  In short, no it's not possible.

  Basically, some ECM systems will create the tables of specific database for each content type store that content type-specific metadata.

  University Complutense of MADRID takes a simpler approach. All custom metadata are stored in the DocMeta table and the standard fields are in the table of revisions. So if you have documents that do not use some fields, you get "null in your database - I don't think it's a huge waste of resources that the DB does not really use a lot of storage in this way."

  Having in general many areas can reduce the performance of loading search page and very slightly so it is advisable to try to keep the number of fields to a manageable level.

  The type of recordable DVD, you need to use depends on your DVD burner, as well as on your DVD player. Some DVD burners can burn only to certain types of DVD recordable. For example, with some DVD burners, you can only record to DVD + R discs or DVD + RW or DVD-R or DVD - RW discs, while some other DVD burners will let you burn on all of these recordable DVD types.

  As long as your DVD burner supports burning to these types of discs, you can use Windows DVD creation to burn a DVD using one of the following types of recordable and re-recordable DVD media: DVD + R, DVD + RW, DVD - R, DVD - RW, and DVD - ROM. These recordable or rewritable DVDs can be either simple single laminate or single sided double layer.

  You should also consider the device you're using to play the DVD once you have engraved, if possible. Some DVD players and DVD - ROM drives play only certain types of DVD. To determine what types of DVDs your DVD player or DVD - ROM drive can play, see the documentation that came with your device or go to the manufacturer's Web site.

I have decided that my other type of file should be, who will be the file that print. The PNG and PDF files were 60MB each. Should I continue to record as both?   You have two issues:

  In order to re - edit later, save it as a TIFF or PSD (elements native file format).  These file formats maintain your layers and masks, so a re-Edition is a snap.

  When it's time to print, talk to the print shop that you'll use and ask them what file format they prefer.  Most places can manage PDF files.
