Plug not defined

Hello all and I would just like to say thank you in advance for any input, it is appreciated. Recently, I ordered the portable deck of Ivy dv7tqe, I added a blu - ray & dvd supermulti burner burners and I wanted to know exactly what she was capable of given I can't find this info anywhere can I burn double layer DVD / Blu - Ray, Blu Tri/quad layer as well? Or am I limited to only one layer per format? Also this laptop does support SATA III? I'm really sorry if this documentation exists somewhere and would be happy to enjoy a little nudge in the right direction as to where I can acquire. Thanks again!

It will support a hard drive or an ssd SATA-III, and unfortunately, without knowing the exact model of the blu - ray burner, I can not say its capabilities. When you get the Manager of open devices and copy and paste the description of the optical drive (something like this-HL-DT-ST BD - RE BH10LS30 ATA Device-that is to say the Blu - Ray drive in the computer, sometimes I use) and we can google for its hardware specification. Most of the Blu - Ray burners do not DL DVD but can do multi - layer Blu-Rays. But the most recent can do everything. Everything depends on the material that HP has chosen to put in them and generally that the info is hard to get because they do not want to have to be limited to a single element. They often empty screens and hard drives and optical drives in the middle of a production run on a range of laptops. Whateve they can get the best deal on.
