  Please click the Help menu in Lightroom and choose Disconnect

  Then close and re - open Lightroom and choose you connect with your serial key

  Your "more details of the system" does not include any information about your extensions, but one who might be responsible.

  Could check you extensions not recognized on the page modules. Either:

  • CTRL + SHIFT + a
  • Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > Add ons

  In the left column, click Extensions. Then, in case of doubt that something is valid and useful, turn it off.

  Typically, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

One thing that irks the hell out of me is why BC has a small pop-up dialog box indicating "item added to cart" and "xyz shipping option selected. I know there is an option to disable this - I have btw, but it means that my cart no longer displays validation errors (for example, when the client has not chosen a delivery status).

  Why BC has these popup dialogs? What major you ecommerce sites see it work with? I don't see this on Amazon.com or any other major retailer. Or see this with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento based sites.

  At this time, and for a company like Adobe - it seems so backwards. Sorry for the rant. But I've been waiting for years to see if BC would turn off this option, but this is just not happened so far.

  And even if I'm on a mug shot - same with poplets. The next and previous links on the poplets are not yet aligned pixel perfectly. For the love of heaven, you're Adobe and you sell a software that allows to create most pixel perfect and elegant stuff out there. Your poplets seems very sad compared to what may look like a proper poplet. And also give us an option to turn off poplets and simply change the big picture as one clicks on the image of the small poplet. I know that some have found a workaroud using JQuery, but it must be easy for a user to do.

  I hope someone pays attention and these fixed relatively minor items.

  Using Windows Explorer, open the folder that contains your catalog. By default, it is Pictures\Lightroom, and unless you have moved your catalog intentionally, this is where it will be. There will be a file there with the .lrdata extension. This complete package should be removed. Then Lightroom should begin, and it will generate a new folder.

  OK the extension. Download would indicate that it is still in the download process.  If you go back to Safari and go to view > view downloads you should be able to resume the download here.

  When the download is complete, you will then have a file called Lightroom_4_LS11.dmg.  Then, you should be able to double-click to mount the image, and then run the installation program.

  Hey Danny,

  Pop-out messages are in the gear icon from the original message (at the top right), and are generally used to copy and paste the link to share a conversation with another Member of the community.  Another way to get a conversation thread link is by clicking on the timestamp on the original message.
