  You need not install older versions in order to get the last update enabled.  During the CS4 activation process, you can specify the eligible previous version (choose the oldest among a list, then enter its serial number).  Choose any one you had just before CS4.

  2. install all Windows updates. .
  3 re-create the Photoshop preferences file.

  As alternative, if I throw every OSX bootcamp assistant installer or try to boot from the cd, the screen goes black and it never does to all guests.

  When you download, you should put the folder on the desktop. There are 2 files in the folder. There's the .exe file.

  In windows 7, the default is download folder if it is just a file or program. So, if the download is in the right download folder move to the office.
