Post processor output
The actual process remains 0 for OPP.
Thank you

the problem on the acual process target is not resolved. But the problem of memory. I will check memory and let you know. Don't think that there is shortage of memory. The documents do not have instructions but I tried to use scripts sql on metalink, still does not work. On the same machine, I remember there was a mistake even to OPP. We then reduced the memory to a program (XML...) to 2048, and then it went well. I think I've done on this machine it does not work. I think I need to find which program is the creeating conflict. What do you think?
Do you, you commit the changes (update statement) and bounced the cm?

Manager of competitor (Post Processor output) down
Hello
EBS 11i
RHEL 4.6
I checked the status of our competitor Manager > output Post Processor
and the status is real = 0 target = 1
I run cmclean.sql but still the state changes do not.
What other solutions for this problem?
Thank you very much
Ms. KHello
The question is how can I do OPP real status = 1 target = 1 :(
Its misleading. There is something that I have to clean the data side. You have been already requested to check the OPP log file.

Can't find a Post processor of post-processing application output service
Hi experts,
Users complaining that they could not able to generate the PDF file.
The claim of the user:
The program does not generate the PDF file. The program generates just the XML output. The log file indicates that 'Impossible to find a Post processor of post-processing output service application' 25852905
EBS: 12.1.2
OS: RHEL 5.5
DB: 11.1.0.7.0
Steps we tried:
1. increase the process of the OPP to 16
2. simultaneous increase: OPP Response Timeout to 750
3. There is no problem in the log manager.
4 concurrent requests fail because the output of post-processing (OPP) Timeout (Doc ID 352518.1()
5 restarted Ran CM. CMclean.

7.unable to View output pdf file created by the XML editor
But we find no solution to the foregoing.

Post processor heapsize parameters output
Hello
If we need to increase size maximum of OPP, we increase the mx1024m value, we will be below the query.
Update FND_CP_SERVICES set DEVELOPER_PARAMETERS = ' J:oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsf.GSMServiceController:-mx1024m'
where SERVICE_ID = (select MANAGER_TYPE in the FND_CONCURRENT_QUEUES where CONCURRENT_QUEUE_NAME = 'FNDCPOPP');
How the value of bellows is relevant to OPP (Xmx value)
bash - $3.2 echo $AFJSMARG
-Server-Xmx384m - XX: NewRatio = 2 - XX: + UseSerialGC - Doracle.apps.fnd.common.Pool.leak.mode = stderr: off-verbose: gc
-As per DOC - id: Tuning out Post processor (OPP) to improve performance [1399454.1 ID]
But I have not seen this change3.1 Increase Java heap size for the OPP to higher value. The maximum is 2048MB (2GB). UPDATE fnd_cp_services SET developer_parameters = 'J:oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsf.GSMServiceController:-mx1024m' WHERE service_id = (SELECT manager_type FROM fnd_concurrent_queues WHERE concurrent_queue_name = 'FNDCPOPP'); Note This update will override the default -Xms384m setting for the JVM as defined by AFJSMARG environment variable in the Apps environment file. $ echo $AFJSMARG -server -Xmx384m -XX:NewRatio=2 -XX:+UseSerialGC -Doracle.apps.fnd.common.Pool.leak.mode=stderr:off -verbose:gc
bash-3.2$ echo $AFJSMARG -server -Xmx384m -XX:NewRatio=2 -XX:+UseSerialGC -Doracle.apps.fnd.common.Pool.leak.mode=stderr:off -verbose:gc SQL> select DEVELOPER_PARAMETERS from FND_CP_SERVICES where SERVICE_ID = (select MANAGER_TYPE from FND_CONCURRENT_QUEUES where CONCURRENT_QUEUE_NAME = 'FNDCPOPP'); 2 DEVELOPER_PARAMETERS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- J:oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsf.GSMServiceController:-mx1024m SQL> update FND_CP_SERVICES set DEVELOPER_PARAMETERS = 'J:oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsf.GSMServiceController:-mx2048m' where SERVICE_ID = (select MANAGER_TYPE from FND_CONCURRENT_QUEUES where CONCURRENT_QUEUE_NAME = 'FNDCPOPP'); 2 1 row updated. SQL> commit; Commit complete. SQL> select DEVELOPER_PARAMETERS from FND_CP_SERVICES where SERVICE_ID = (select MANAGER_TYPE from FND_CONCURRENT_QUEUES where CONCURRENT_QUEUE_NAME = 'FNDCPOPP'); 2 DEVELOPER_PARAMETERS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- J:oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsf.GSMServiceController:-mx2048m bash-3.2$ echo $AFJSMARG -server -Xmx384m -XX:NewRatio=2 -XX:+UseSerialGC -Doracle.apps.fnd.common.Pool.leak.mode=stderr:off -verbose:gc
If we want to increse OPP heapsize we increase the mx value.
Here, my question is what denotes Xmx?
If we oacore jvm, the same Xmx value denotes maximum segment size allocated to the JVM.
But in the case of OPP, mx - variable done this?
So, what is the purpose of value Xmx?
Xmx value is the maximum value of segment of memory for the JAVA virtual machine as defined by the AFJSMARG environment variable in the file apps for the environment, and this value can be used by other components of level apps. Setting - mx will replace the value of Xms for only the OPP.
-Another question
Let's say I have 2 OPP processes running and each have 3 thread with 1 GB of heap space
In my view, OPP can process applications for 6 at once, but use even 1 GB of space for all applications of 6.
I understand that each process will use 1 GB of the size of the heap, so with 2 process and 3-wire the OPP will use 2 GB to process applications from 6. And this explains why it is recommneded to increase the number of threads before increasing the number of process - please see the last paragraph in the document referenced in my previous answer (Please make sure we have enough free RAM..).
Thank you

What happens if I run FND_CONC_CLONE EXEC. SETUP_CLEAN;
And I did not run autoconfig? users will still be able to access the system? The FND_NODES table will be empty and you will need to run the automatic configuration to complete this table.
When you run the autoconfig on two levels, all applications and the db levels should be, right?
Database and the database listener must be facing up when you run the automatic configuration service. It is recommended that you to bounce application services after the filling of the FND_NODES table.

Output Post Processor (OPP)
Hi hussein.
EBS R12
Usually, I met a printing error of XML reports as seeming out garbled.
And the cause is usually that the OPP is out of service. I usually fix this by running cmclean.sql
My question is, is it true also in 11i? Must also OPP?
Thank you very muchHello
My question is, is it true also in 11i? Must also OPP?
Yes, it's the same in 11i applications. Also, please check the file of OPP log for possible errors.

Let's say I have 10 process allocated for the OPP and segment memory allocated to OPP is 1024 MB.
Q 1. Let's say 5 queries are run by 5 process OPP... So how this bunch of memory allocated?
is this something like heap space / number of applications being run by OPP (1024/5 in this case)
Q 2. Let's say that I filed 2 requests. A single application requires 800 MB of heap (based on the final races)
And second, it requires that 500 MB of space for the heap.In this, we have java out of memory error? Am I wrong?
Q 3. Will, all applications submitted after after the test scenario 2 (2Q) encounter errors of memory, since the heap space was exhausted until the OPP bounced or full gc completed.
Please correct me if I'm wrong
-Thanks in advance.

Deskotop BEEP 11.1.1.6 (32 bit)
Office 2010 (32-bit)
Win 7 (64-bit)
The matrix of current certification seems to say that this is supported, but I'm having the following problem:
1. I have an existing model of the RTF, with the data model that works. I ran it for sure and then I display output and check.
2. If Iopen this model RTF in office of BEEP, then delete a field and using the browser of field (or insert > field) add this same rear of field, or a new a report generates no output.
Download the RTF, the process ends with the warning from the State, and it fails during post processing. I watch the Post processor output error. Edit the RTF template with a text editor and see that instead of putting a <? YOUR_FIELDNAME? > BEEP Office has rather add something similar to the following: <? Ref: xdo0001? >. The only solution I have right now is to manually edit these tags, but for large BEEP reports, it's heavy and unacceptable for a long-term solution.
Is there a solution? or a reported bug? I couldn't find anything on MOS for this.
Here is the log of the OPP, you see the error points to the "REF" element that was added by BIP:Desktop.

Simultaneous Manager timed out waiting for the output postprocessor
Hello
I am facing this error for the first time:
After processing the request failed with the error message:

I tried increasing the values in the following profile options to their default values in 700 900
Simultaneous response time: OPP
Waiting period of concurrent processes: OPP
but no change, can someone tell me how to decide how many seconds must be used for the profiles that is to say based on parameters, etc.
Strangley than what was going on when the data is over and for this combination of setting:
The total number of records in the output is approximately 5000
Please guide if I missed something.

Packet switching not EFC / what is 'classification of output EAC?
Hello
I noticed a 3945-DRY with fairly high CPU load without doing much, because there are more packages switching process that the CFR switched.
To study, I did the following:
Router #sh ip cef switching statistics feature
Input characteristics IPv4 CEF:
Feature road Drop consume Punt Punt2Host gave
Access the list 24911921 0 0 14678240 0
0 0 0 0 20433673 routing policy
24911921 0 0 14678240 20433673 total
Output features IPv4 CEF:
Feature Drop consume Punt Punt2Host new i / f
Class output EAC 715266717 0 0 0 0
Total 0 0 715266717 0 0
Characteristics of post-encap IPv4 CEF:
Feature Drop consume Punt Punt2Host new i / f
IPSEC Post-encap 1 655816389 0 0 0
Total 1 655816389 0 0 0
CEF IPv4 for us offers:
Feature Drop consume Punt Punt2Host new i / f
Total 0 0 0 0 0
Features of punt IPv4 CEF:
Feature Drop consume Punt Punt2Host new i / f
Total 0 0 0 0 0
Features local IPv4 CEF:
Feature road Drop consume Punt Punt2Host gave
Total 0 0 0 0 0
Punted them (= "punted" another mechanism of switching, not switched cef) packages for the feature 'EAC exit class' increase of ~ 1000 per second.
This made me wonder, what exactly is the feature 'CEC output class'. As I can see in the following output, this feature is enabled on my Tunnel Interface:
Router ip int tu0 #sh
Tunnel0 is up, line protocol is up
The Internet address is x.x.x.x/xx

Display the characteristics of encapsulation: IPSEC Post-encap output classification
WCCP redirect outgoing is disabled
WCCP redirect incoming is disabled
WCCP redirect exclude is disabled
Someone tell me, what is "CCE output ranking" and why this is receptive used by my router?
Hello Sebastian,.
EAC is the engine of common classification. I think that its used to "match" traffic for features like qos, nat, etc.. ". Based on the "HS in you ' out, some features on the direction of the output are originally be punted packets. You can try "debug ip cef drop" for a few seconds while the meter is incremented, usually it will give a reason to punt. The most common reasons are listed below.
ACL log or log-entry option (or)
An unreachable next hop for a route (or)
A missing arp entry for a next jump (or)
Entry to arp for outside nat... etc.
Please rate this post without fault if you found it useful. *
Thank you best regards &,.

Oracle SQLDeveloper 4.0, script output, how enabled
Hello,
I downloaded Oracle SQLDeveloper 4.0 to use and realized that when issuing of orders DDL 'or DML' as:CREATE TABLE (( itg.test () vcol VARCHAR2 ( )40()() TABLESPACE tbs_itg_data;
INSERT IN test VALUES ('test1');
INSERT IN test VALUES ('test2');
INSERT IN test VALUES ('test3');
is no longer poster the output script, indicating that the table was created and 3 were inserted tuples.
Please, How can I activate this feature in Oracle SQLDeveloper 4.0, like this function exist in version sqldeveloper 3.2.20.09.87.
Recognizing.
Silvio ButtenbenderI looked more and found the problem.
I changed my language setting to the Brazilian and you can see the problem. I will raise a bug and we can fix this.
There are two solutions of temporary workarounds that you can choose from
(1) perform all of the product in English or Spanish
in the sqldeveloper.conf file, add a line
AddVMOption - Duser.language = on (or for Spanish)
OR
(2) remove the translation class causes the error from the pot in which case only the scripts of worksheet will be in English and the rest of the product will be in your language
It will be a few bits of decompression etc so let me know if you want instructions on that.
