PowerCLI 6.0 R2 - Exception calling "OnImportModule" error on Windows 10

Hello - I'm looking for support for this little problem. When you run PowerCLI 6.0 R2 on Windows 10 x 64, I'm getting an exception after the top of the window and I would like to find a way to solve it. I spoke with Brian Graf briefly, but he was not sure how to fix this and indicated that this version of PowerCLI is not yet 'technically' compatible with Windows 10, although it can still work most of the time. Can someone help me please?

So I guess I must have one messed up the Windows installation on the machine I was using. I spun upward (2) all new Windows VM (10240 & 10547 versions) 10, installed PowerCLI 6.0 R2 on each, rebooted and launch the application. No error at all! Looks like it's time for me to rebuild my Tech workstation. Thanks for all your help!

Hi @tej,

I'm assuming that you actually see the core MediaPlayer card app transition when you perform this invocation. But if this is the case, you simply reference to a * looking to come * operation from the progress bar? (i.e. component UI slider). Because the only way you can actually get a * operation forward fast * is increasing reading speek, through the Cascades MediaPlayer API or mm-renderer C API; links to documentation for the MediaPlayer card above, there is no way to specify the quick delivery.

Now, assuming that your * search * operationg is a failure, it could even be on how Dropbox is expected or with HTTP calls. A few things to consider (the URL you pasted is not accessible to me, at least my network to work here):

(1) the same video file works with the search when you already downloaded on your phone (which is pointing to a local path instead)?

(2) the same Dropbox URL works perfectly well with the streaming/looking for a browser based player? (for example VLC client on the default player on Google Chrome or Firefox)

I suggest that you remove the application of PocketDay you installed recently to AW. Restart your device and see if that does not get rid of the error message. Go a few days and confirm that the error remains far away. Then you can try to reinstall the application; Perhaps the installation has been corrupted. (btw I see on the site of PocketDay all BB PocketDay products have been abandoned so maybe that is the issue.) I could not find the app in AW either.) Let us know how it goes.

If you get this reliable error, then it is very likely that something in your OS device is damaged. This type of error is the "final" in the programming code - an event has happened for which there is no event handler in the code. I suggest to try two things (in order):

(1) whenever random strange behaviors creep, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I just added an extra column in the viewobject.
I also tried to extend the view object without adding additional columns to the query of the view object, and it always up with the exception of sql.
