  From your description, it seems that your MacBook Pro is powered, as soon as you hear the startup chime and see the light on the keyboard.  Thus, it seems that the problem may be with your screen or the video card.

  On the screens you see when you start your Mac

  Power on

  

  When you turn on your Mac, display is off (black) and you hear a startup chime. Your Mac Initializes his BootROM and memory (RAM live). It then performs a power - on that self test (POST) and a test of BootROM. If you hear beeps or chimes at this stage, this indicates a possible hardware problem and start stops. If you add memory to your Mac, check that it is installed correctly.

  After that only walking self-test is completed, your Mac sends a video signal to your connected screens. The screen may appear black or grey at this point in the boot sequence and backlight of the screen should light up.   Try this common workaround;
  Remove the battery, disconnect the adapter
  Wait a longer time (2 hours) and then reconnect the two parts.
  Then try again to power the unit.

  I tried to remove the battery and the RAM and the wireless and all that I can :), but nothing happens, but when I try to power without RAM I see on power light beep two red and two yellow (IE my motherboard work).

  Long ago, I had similar problem on my old Satellite. CPU was faulty. After replacing the CPU, everything was OK again.
  I put t really know what to say.
  Maybe you should contact Toshiba and let check your laptop. They have diagnostic tools and may know what is the problem.

  In case it was an update of the BIOS I recommend contact the ASP in your country, because it seems that the ROM module must be flashed again.

  Remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter.
  Then wait a little (1 hour should be enough)
  Then reconnect both sides and try to turn on your NB200.
