Basically, I am based in the United Kingdom and I would buy the education of Production Premium CS5.5 Amazon version. I would like to know if the CS6 free update remain valid if you purchase outside of Adobe software? I know that this is the case in North America, but we have the terms different policy who fail everything about buying from a dealer.

  Customer education will be eligibile for the upgrade in the world.  For best results of this program, I recommend buying your product from Adobe directly.  You may need to take additional measures in order to receive the upgrade of the client purchasing from an authorized reseller.  If you don't buy from a dealer, of that I recommend you to keep your proof of purchase available as it may be necessary to prove eligibility.

  -order a service partner
  -check if you can find a defective unit by ebay and use it for spare parts or
  -Google bit.
  Maybe you will find a shop where you can order the necessary parts. If this is not the case in the United Kingdom avoid any problem to order the cover from another country.
