  There is no download language pack available for the English language on Windows XP.

  I suggest that you try the step to change the language from Spanish to English and check if it helps below.

  To install another language and keyboard Windows XP configuration, follow these steps:

  In the start menu classic Windows XP, click Start, click settings, and then click Control Panel.
