  It is a retail license or is it preinstalled on your computer?

  You cannot use a product ID to activate Windows 7, you need a "product key".

  If it is a retail license, you have purchased and installed yourself, you can retrieve the product key and activate it:

  Could someone help me with this one? I had a full membership for over 2 years now and have never had any problem with upgrading my CC (primarily Ai Ps and Id) programs, but since CC 2014 came out I seem to only have 30 days access to trial versions of these. This also applies to 2015 for CC. I'm still in the pre CC2014 versions of these programs without a hitch, so I don't think that my subscription is the question. Anyone has this problem.   Here's my view on your situation.

  If you have the first Elements 11 Mac tryout on your computer and it has been downloaded from Adobe, you don't have the same program from the Mac Store under the name of the Publisher Adobe Premiere elements 11 (Mac only). This Mac Store version of the program is delivered without the organizing elements 11.

  So, I would review the wisdom of plugging a store bought Mac serial number in your essay to Adobe in the circumstances. I'm not on a firm ground here. But if it is I think and want what you have purchased, then consider uninstalling the tryout from Adobe and installing what you bought at the Mac store with the serial number that the Mac Store gives you.

  I would like to ask Steve Grisetti to double check on this point before proceeding with the configuration of the computer.

  I wanted to buy Adobe Photo 11 elements, but do not want to pay a fortune for an editor who I don't know.  So, I tried to download the trial version to see if I was going to be satisfied with the program.  To my surprise, I can not find the downloaded evaluation version.  First of all, I went to adobe.com and download "Adobe Assistant" and it inspired me to create an account. After setting up my account, I was able to download the trial version of Adobe Photo 11 elements.  After waiting for 2 hours?, I tried to locate the file downloaded on my computer.  NO CHANCE!  I downloaded again to see if it was just that he had not downloaded and once again no. PHOTO ITEMS! This must be the poorest implementation ever to adobe!  Can you help me solve this problem?
