• Firefox crashes at startup Win7

  As of today, firefox crashes at startup, the safe mode or not.

  I tried to run it with SHIFT, crash.

  I tried to start it with the command line: firefox-safe-mode

  It runs with - ProfileManager. I created a new profile and launched with a single, crash.

  Windows 7 x 64, fully patched.
  Recent analysis made using a variety of products from virus, spyware and software malware, including the bytes of malware, spybot, superantispyware, etc. No infection or malware found.

  It was working fine yesterday, today it does not immediately at startup. Here are the most recent accident ID strings:

  Let's close this issue. I rebooted and now firefox works perfectly. I'm going to blame the weather. Thank you for your time.

• Firefox crashes frequently in Win7 64-bit.

  Firefox version 20.0 crash often. I upgraded to V21.0 and accidents.

  Accidents are:
  -Infrequent and is not consistent. Happen on sites based on the text as well as sites that use Flash.
  -Cannot be replicated.

  I scoured websites and technical support, according to their suggestions, I did the following:
  -Update of Flash, Shockwave, Adobe Air.
  -Started in Mode safe - incident occurred.
  -Uninstalled Firefox completely using Revo Uninstaller and reinstalled.
  -Removed AVG Free with AVG and reinstalled removal tool.
  -ATI Radeon HD4200 video card driver update.

  Shockwave Flash is obsolete and that can cause some problems that make your browser crash.

  You do not also use the latest version of Firefox. Maybe upgrade to Firefox 22.0 patch issue.

  I tried:

  Re-install,

  Changing account,

  Change the folder AppData «Skype» Skype - old

  Started in legacy mode, lasted about a minute (almost 10 x longer than previously (6 seconds)) and then crashed as it would previously.

  A solution that I seem to have found is to run Skype in compatibility mode (Windows XP SP2)

  I will update to see if this solution works permenantly.

• SpeedGrade Adobe Master Collection CS6 crashing. -PC WIN7

  After a video import minute 3 to speedgrade, I started my video of the wedding of ranking. After a shooting second ranking process adobe speedgrade say: adobe speedgrade stop working. I tried so many times to import the first seq speedgrade pro but without a bit of luck. It crashes all the time. But wen I import a sequence with only a few shoot he looks like a stable and enjoyable job.

  My compuper spec are:
  i7 processor
  32 GB of ram 2400 mhz
  SSD drive
  4 x 2 TB HD
  nVidia GTX 680

  All the drivers are up to date and adobe speed shade are also updated.
  Please help me somehow. Is it possible to work stable on this color ranking software?

  Wow. You have at least 10 tracks on this sequence! Cool editing and I like what is displayed in the expanses of the current view... but honestly, why a lot of tracks, this intensive work to do... you would probably need a bit more machine tuning for its smooth functioning.

  Just saw a bit on the forum hardware, for a lot of the i7, it is recommended to bring them up to 4 GHz through overclocking if possible, allowing the start of the CPU sending more to the GPU. Intriguing, who. Next... At a speed higher than the DDR3, DDR4 memory and has the same effect as the processor to 4 GHz of lifting... best performance GPU or at the very least, use. For your perusal & review?

  And Yes, for your work, this GTX 680 could do with the above changes, or... may not be not. Again, I would check the page of the tweaker:

• Prelude 20141 hangs at startup

  Prelude 20141 crashes at startup. I have re-installed wiping out the presets, but it still won't start. I can send a crash report to any interested person. Would be grateful for any suggestion.

  OS X 10.1.1 a large number of plugins, extensions. Removal of the extensions did not fix the issue.

  Thanks for the reply. I'll send you the newspapers then.  Looks like I was wrong - it was 3.2 Prelude (2014.2) all along.

  However, the story seems to resolve itself. Prelude is now working well. Maybe the update to OS X 10.10.2 corrected, as seems to be one of the main differences between then and today.

• PP 2015.3 Second monitor does not work and preferences locked

  Just upgraded to 2015.3 and open that I work on the current project. My second monitor has completely stopped playing after years of work. The second monitor shows only the extension of my office. Note that I did not any changes to my machine at the level of the OS x I thought on the upgrade, some preferences might have been reset.

  I went into preferences and that no monitor has been checked for video playback. I moved and my second monitor is TICKING as video playback to solve the problem. When I hit OK, nothing happens. The preferences windows remains open. It is never closed. It's as if the program refuses to accept all the changes I want to make. The only way to exit preferences window is to hit Cancel who reverts my changes.

  Any help is appreciated.

  Just found the solution to your preferences is not not qualify: it is possible that your user account is not authorized to change the Preferences folder. (No idea how this occurs, mine was going well until I updated to CC2015.3)

  I tried the fix installing the Adobe folder in the public folder, even did it for my admin account.

  Update Intel drivers as well.

  Fixed! It was the MPE. Took me a while to remember there was a problem, I had some time like this.
  Edit > Preferences > playback > video and reading
  The default value is the value Open CL changed software only.

  Welcome to the forums.

  If please go to C:\Windows\System32, find and remove the amdocl64.dll of this place and move it to the desktop. Try to start and work with Prelude and check if it fails or not. If all goes very well remove the DLL from the desktop as well.
