• Prelude 2.2.0 crashes on Ingest, OSX 10.9.1

  I just updated my 2008 15 "Macbook Pro (5.1) at Mavericks (10.9.1) and updated all my CC applications the newer versions. I tried to use prelude CC 2.2 tonight and it crashed everytime I tried to ingest media, either double click in the window, or by clicking on the "Purchase" button produces a crash. The program starts, but I can't interfere.

• Prelude CC hangs on 'ingest' key.

  I downloaded the trial version of prelude CC and attempted to open the program. Who did it, but when I tried to "ingest", it crashed. Whenever I try, the same result. I say workaround. I do not have the 2.0 cents share folder but the agreements of the same thing. Help me with this problem. • Toshiba crash with 3G data card

  Hello

  hope someone can advise. I've been using a Vodafone 3 G datacard in my PCMCIA slot in my Toshiba Satellite A75-S226 [purchased in the USA] - unfortunately on the first night of use - it has been problematic.

  at first, I loaded the software and inserted the card and hey presto, I was online on the wonderful web without a phone in sight line.

  After only 20 minutes - the pc crashed - complete blackout - rebooted as I thought it was a stop of the battery (not on the AC at this point).

  It wasn't. 12 the cell breaks down - screen sometimes black, sometimes white screen - in almost every use of the card 3G - sometimes, it crashes when the card is inserted, sometimes it works and I'm in line for one minute (or 5 or 10 or 15 - who knows) but it still crashes

  I removed and re installed the software several times, spoke with vodafone and installed 3 alternative versions of the software - 2 old and more recent 1 (later).

  I tried another card 3 G on my laptop and it crashed. I used my card on the pc of my neighbour without difficulty. ERGO - the problem comes from my pc - and it is an interaction with the vodafone card and/or its software.

  This isn't somehow due to overheating, as the shutdown problems mentioned on other threads seem to indicate - if my laptop runs perfectly and can run for hours to child's play.

  I'm not sure is the extent of the use of 3G data cards, but maybe someone can advise.

  PS I am the person most untechy to join a computer forum - so less jargon and more explanations would be useful - think of me as your old uncle doddery, but with more hair

  Unfortunately, this is a specific problem with external Toshiba no product, and in this case, I believe that Vodafone people have a lot of experience with troubleshooting. Try to contact them.

  Otherwise, you can use advanced search option and search using the word VODAFONE. As far as I know there must be a few topics with the same or similar issue.

  You can also check the knowledge base on http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/cgi-bin/ToshibaCSG/generic_content.jsp?service=EU&ID=TIC2 Toshiba site and Vodafone as searchtext. Check it please all documents. I hope that you will find useful information.

  Yes... I searched the forums and have seen all of the threads to create the 2.0 folder or whatever.

  All other apps work except prelude. Adobe... can help you with this?

  The software is practically useless if I am unable to ingest media.

  Could you please try steps below for me and let me know the result?

  1. Please go to your drive: \Users\Public\Public Documents\, clear (or rename it to "Adobe1" If you want to save the files exist) the folders under "Public Documents".

  2 restart the prelude to prelude recreates files

  3. try the new "ingest".

  As soon as I disable one or the other of the graphics adapters and run a single card, the problem goes away.

  Cards (and all three monitors) have the latest drivers installed.

  Premiere Pro 5.5 has applied all available updates/patches.

  Should my graphics cards be matched?

• BlackBerry Smartphones phone crashes when the media card is on the phone

  I had my phone for a few weeks.  I have a 4 GB card that I had in my phone for over a week.  Now it freezes up when the card is in the phone.  Once I take the card the phone works very well.  Any ideas of what I could in fact?

  I had not upgraded the operating system, but I had added a photo that must have been great.  I took the card on the phone and removed the photo on the card in the Desktop Manager.  When I put the card in the phone it seems to work fine now.

• Crashing on the graphics card ATi DX 11

  I used to use Adobe first Elements 7. I was happy with it, no problem with break of any kind. Then one day I decided to move to 8 thinking this would be an improved product. Oh dear. It seems that it was a very bad move on my part. Because it is clearly self evident that Adobe has chosen to use delayed monkeys to develop the latest iteration in its series of MONKEY. I spent the better part of a day trying to make the 9 minutes, MEASILY NINE MINUTES of video, only to find APE8 implode after the completion of 2 to 20% of the rendering. Here are my specs before you bleating on this topic:

  OS: Windows 7 64 bit - Home Premium

  CPU: Intel Dual Core 2 Extreme

  GPU: ATi Radeon 8570 1 GB DX 11 graphics card

  Storage: 2 TB of HARD drive space

  RAM: 4 GB of RAM at 1600 Mhz DDR3

  Screens: 2, 22 "and 17" Samsung screen flat monitors. 22 ", one is the main screen.

  So far, I submitted 12 reports after each accident. Initially, they were very informative, explaining what I was doing at the time of the accident. The last of them had launched me of coarse abuse to the developers and asking that they and their consorts die horribly in a fire. Childish and irrisponsible? Oh Yes. It makes feel me better? Yes he did.

  I've updated my graphic drivers and tried to change the display settings, all to nothing done. I can't cut hardware acceleration and the ATi drivers, you cannot do it under Windows 7.

  So my question for you all folk fine on these forums is this: who do I have to kill to get this piece of software pox to work effectively as advertised?

  I'm not about to change anything on my PC to get this piece of junk to work.

  So I think that the suggestion of this Neale to send the software for a refund is the only course of action. This just before the expiry of the period of 30 days.

  I tried the fix installing the Adobe folder in the public folder, even did it for my admin account.

  Update Intel drivers as well.

  Fixed! It was the MPE. Took me a while to remember there was a problem, I had some time like this.
  Edit > Preferences > playback > video and reading
  The default value is the value Open CL changed software only.

• BSOD occurs when the inserted SD card. FASTFAT. SYS crashes.

  I have it happens almost everytime if the machine has been used for a while. Insertion of an SD (4 GB format Canon) a BSOD is virtually guaranteed. After a new start it works fine but disastrous otherwise since all the info is lost and nothing is closed.

  I watched the dump file and the FASTFAT. SYS is the cause of the accident. It is a very old driver in Windows 7 and there are several problems with it in many forums that goes back even to XP. There is no plant introduced by any other device or USB key/drive connected. Only the SD card.

  I thought that this may have be due to the USB controller is off for economy of energy, but even after the removal of capacity by enabling / disabling not to turn it off to save power to USB devices, that it always crashed the very next time I used what was days later. The system was that it is usually plugged.

  I can do the same thing on my old laptop with its internal player of multicast running Windows 7 32 bit, and there is no problem. The Thinkpad with Win 7 64 bit. I am always aware of a BSOD occurring dare I plug my camera card. This makes the port useless since I can't afford regular crashes and an external card reader may have to be used.

  After considerable effort and reload the drivers. I found the driver for the series 6.x installed version and not the version number that Lenovo States on the package information. By comparing the file SYS of two pilots in effect is the same, including the version number. In the end, I got the last being installed, but it is not what says Lenovo.

  Also, since all this time number uninstall anyway, I was able to force it to take. The SD card is no more crash the system. I used it several times since the announcement, then all the time before putting it together. It looks like all that fixes something, somewhere, somehow without rational reason for BSOD crashes.

• Prelude: several "partial ingests" a clip?

  I was in hopes that, thanks to the capabilities as a prelude to have "Partial Ingestion" that Adobe could also include "several partial intakes", but it seems like they did not.

  It seems that partial Ingestion is only good for throw away unused headers/trailers of a clip.  Is this correct?

  You have a vision of how you want the workflow of numerous watching departure? What type of options you would find most valuable for your workflow? Any other thoughts on what you'd like to see here are always welcome.

  Welcome to the forums.

  If please go to C:\Windows\System32, find and remove the amdocl64.dll of this place and move it to the desktop. Try to start and work with Prelude and check if it fails or not. If all goes very well remove the DLL from the desktop as well.

• Accident to ingest if SpeedGrade file is located in the directory

  just installed last CC on a clean install win 7 / x 64 machine and face the bug where the prelude crashes on ingest.

  so I searched a bit and found a lot of people with this problem. Here, on my PC, it seems that as soon as a project file SpeedGrade is present in a directory which is traversed by the dialogue to ingest an instant crash happens as a prelude. I can browse all fine records, thumbnails work etc but a SpeedGrade file gives a crash.

  My fresh installed office was quite empty, except a few .movs and SG file... then quickly revealed systematic test the culprit.

  Thanks to accentuate this problem. I just checked. Prelude crashes when any project file SpeedGrade is at the location covered.

  Surely look on this and try to resolve as quickly as possible.

  In the meantime, if you know better than me now, create another folder in the same place and keep the SpeedGrade file in this folder. Prelude will not crash until the SpeedGrade file is in the location of the parent traveled.

  I had problems with my drivers and front 3d map.

  I got a Satellite A100 (psaa9c) and I reinstalled my windows. I put the new drivers after reinstalling but I have the same problem... when I play games PC stops.
  I put the drivers for A100 psaa9e... There is no drivers for psaa9c on this support site.

  These drivers work perfectly for my 3d card or y at - it somewhere where I can get specific drivers for psaa9c.
  I also had a fan under my lappy but it always crashes.
  Is my card 3d on its last leg?

  Could there be other problems I do not? Is - this driver issue? My friend changed the gell contact between chips and fans and heatsinks etc and he assured me that he has done a good job.
  Any suggestions? Advice?
