  Premiere Pro CC 2015 does not recognize my 4 AJA Kona card.  Here are the specs:

  Computer:

  Mac Pro 2013 (trash)

  OS: 10.10.5

  Map:

  AJA Kona 3 G + 4 e/s

  Installed in mercure Helios via Thunderbolt

  I can capture in the AJA control room, the computer recognizes the card and my Mac Pro towers plays very well with the first CC 2015 + combo 4 Kona.

  What I did to solve problems:

  -Replace the mercure Helios with mercure Helios 2

  -Replace cable Thunderbolt

  -Ports exchanged

  -J' tried CC 2014

  -Restarted

  -Standing on one foot...

  Any help would be appreciated!

  What has ended up having to happen was 12.3 UN-installing, installation of 10.6.1, can upgrade to 12.3.  Just solved!  Thank you

• Premiere Pro CC 2015 does not start.

  Out of curiosity, have you tried different formatting on SD cards to see if it helped the recognition (eg. exFAT, NTFS)?

  Hi David,

  InDesign CC 2015 is available in 32-bit and 64-bit. You must create your plugin as the two versions. Have you checked that?

  To get direct support D610, you must at least 5.3 Lightroom. If you don't want to update to Lightroom, you can get support for the camera the LR 4 by translating your NEF files to DNG using free Adobe dng converter.
