  If you continue Windows then go to control panel-> add and remove programs and uninstall completely the first pro then install using creative cloud.

  If you use MAC OS, then go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and double-click uninstaller first Pro to uninstall completely.

  If the problem is still not resolved on your computer then please use Adobe CS tool cleaner to clean the application completely. You can download the CS cleaning tool from: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

  After uninstalling and cleaning it try to reinstall the software.

  I tried to install Premiere Pro. 42% download 'feeds '. It seems to be over. But then there is no button opening. "Aktuell" is gray without green dot. I deleted the program and installed it again. The same problem. I used the cleaning tool. The same problem.

• Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 downloaded, unable to find the program to run - Windows 10

  So, recently updated my OS to Windows 10.

  I downloaded the application of Creative Suite and do multiple downloads for products, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc...

  I went yesterday to locate my program of Premiere Pro, but for some reason, it do not exist. I checked my creative suite app and I never gave an option "Open" the program, only a symbol of the gear and works according to "up-to-date" for the program. Photoshop has the Open button that does what it is supposed too, but I can't do that for Premiere Pro, almost as if it lacks the executable file to launch the thing.

  Anyone had problems similar to this? I use first very regularly and do not have this kind of STINKS.

  Any help is appreciated.

• Premiere Pro CS6 download creative cloud. Says "the file is corrupt.

  I had a nightmare 48 hours period. My final goal is to take my four hours of edited video and burn it to a DVD through yet. That in itself is a chore, that I will not go. But train trying to get everything to do that I have installed and uninstalled Prem Pro CS6 several times and most recently ran the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool. On my last attempt to download CS6 creative cloud, download failed because he says the "file appears corrupt."  Ugh. He said to wait and try again. I waited an hour. Logged off and turn it back on for creative cloud. Looks like what he "remembered of ' me because it won't let me even try again.

  'Aid' he mutters defeatedly.  :-)

• Message "Illegal search" after the Premiere Pro trial download

  Adobe has installed a Premiere Pro folder on my desktop but I get an "unauthorized" message when you try to open it.  At the same time the download Assistant seems to be stuck to extract the files... I got a nice email telling me to enjoy my 30-day trial, which runs out quickly because the download will not work! And of course I can't re - download because I'm already on the system as having downloaded! Any help much appreciated :)

  The error "illegal pick... "indicates your download is corrupted. Consider redownloading the package.

  I downloaded Adobe Application Manager and it lists 13 programs, but it does not list After Effects or Premiere Pro as options to install. These are the two that I had to try more than anything. Help?

  They are available in tests, but your system does not meet the requirements. This is why they are not in the MAA. Refer to the card tech on the product pages.

  I have tried to install Premiere Pro CS 6 on my laptop, (Windows 8 Aspire switch 10,) but it does not work. I can't find CS6 and I tried to found in the computer several times now. How can I insall / find? Works perfect programs.

  After clicking on "Download now" on the trial of Adobe Premiere pro page, I get the dmg Adobe Download Assistant (which I downloaded 4 times.) But when I open it it gives me the error message above. Help! I have an imac.

  Anyway is to buy a single copy of Premiere Pro (I don't have photoshop or After Effects) without a monthly subscription to Adobe Cloud?  If it's this hard to try and buy the software and there is no Adobe in order to answer a question, I can't imagine how hard it will be to purchase a monthly subscription.

  I want to download PP CS6 because apparently you still get with it and I need to make the preset of DVD with MPEG-2 if any good that I am happy with that set up.

  BUT

  Should I download Prem Pro CC 7.0 or 8.0 (2014)?

  Will I be able to still DVD burn using some new features or settings predefined CC download new Pro Prem or should I stick to my original plan as written above?

  This is were you get yet. Just install first CS6. Still comes with the program.

  All you have to do is export of first with a preset mpeg2 -dvd .

  Load files into the still, do menu and burn.

  I just created a video for my brother swim team. I'm looking for two the same scenes: the first exported, of the original source video. The quality of the exported video is not as good as the original video. IM wondering why this is happening and what I can do to solve this problem.

  It seems that you export to 4 k. Try a H.264 1080 p or 720 p preset instead.
