• Premiere Pro CC 2015 consistently crashes when you select different scopes in sign of Lumetri Scopes.

  Hey guys. Whenever I'm in the scopes of Lumetri Panel, right click and choose Vectorscope HLS or YUV Vectorscope or one of the Presets... BOOM.
  Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015.0 has stopped working". Blah blah blah. Displays Debug/continue buttons on my system, because I have a few tools of development there, too.
  Just for the pure hell of it, I took the debugging, and it launched Visual Studio 2013. Here's what I got from it:
  Unhandled exception at 0x000000001CB69D87 (TransmitScopes.prm) in Adobe Premiere Pro.exe: 0xC000001D: invalid statement.

  Problem with da scopes, ay?  For some reason, the histogram is correct. Two default scopes are okay. Nothing else, expansion and time.

  I love your products when they work, which is most of the time. This is the first I've ever had a problem.
  I'm sure you'll solve these bugs (uh, sorry, 'from') soon and I look forward to that in the days and weeks to come.

  My system a bit dated, but still strong enough to change small things on:
  Windows 8.1 Pro
  AMD Phenom II X processor 4 955
  12 GB of RAM (I wasn't under all the other apps, just Premiere Pro CC 2015)
  NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti
  The film in question, filmed on a Canon t2i, 1920 x 1080 24 fps, but I also tried with a downloaded. MP4 files and got the same result. So I don't think this is the film.

  Any ideas?

  Thanks for reporting your finds with speedgrade. the common material of the speedgrade thread is amd cpu, some systems had amd video cards and some nvidia.

  Premiere Pro CC: I can't move video and audio of the preview in the timeline window. Until last week, it worked OK. Now, I can move this way audio only. To keep me working - at this stage - I can move all files in the project window in the timeline. In this way, I get audio and video in the timeline. However I move here also: files that I need. No idea what to do? Thank you

  Move multiple clips will work around the source patch and follow the targeting on the timeline settings.

  I am currently working on an animated to download on YouTube pretty clip soon and while trying to export my video I get an error saying popup [..-...] Src\Win\Winfile.cpp-814].

  

  

  I had no problem before export and now this thing appears out of nowhere to ruin my day and my project haha.

  I restart the project and the popup appears always. I even went to a maximum return to first Pro CS 5.5 but I get a popup saying [..-...] Src\Win\Winfile.cpp-785]

  I've never had this problem before, it happened just by chance. I use Premiere Pro going on 5 years now and have never had a problem until now. Someone or some hero please help me kill that dragon so I can post my awesome YouTube clip. Thank you

  I found a bug on this exact crash report. The developer notes indicated that the accident occurred when the first gets an unexpected result when checking to see if a file is opened. One thing that might work is to restart the system, closing all files that were basically in poor condition.

  If that is not the case, then by installing CC of the body as a trial should allow you to work around this problem.

• Cs6.02 Mac Premiere Pro 10.7.5 crashing every 2 min.

  Hi Group had a horrible summer where first pro 6.0 - 6.01 crashed all the time, this means that every 1-2 mins on both of my machines that are a 2012 macbook pro and imac, both have max ram and SSD drives. As most of you experienced after that 10.7.5 and 6.02 is released things went pretty easily, but yesterday, the crash came. I tried two reinstalls of Premiere Pro 6.0 and 6.02 upgrading as well as result of my Boris and Magic Bullet, but I am experiencing now crashes on every 1-3 min trying to reduce noise audio and minor scouring. My project is only 5 min long I have magic bullet looks on the reduction of video and simple noise on audio tracks, do not understand what is happening.

  To back up, I had to reinstalls because PP refused start crashed on every restart, even after restarting the computer and running the utility disk from another computer. It's maddening and so disappointing, the CS6 any update at level of nightmare really made me lose some faith in Adobe. In my mind if Adobe had not spent so much time trying to rent their software through cloud and made the cs6 work they would be converted so many former users of the PCF as me.

  In any case, I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on what to do, I tried dumping the prefs. cache cleaning, newspapers etc. I have over 300 GB of space on a 2nd SSD drive via esata via thunderbolt as my drive to work. In the past, I've done everything reinstalled from scratch on the OS, but I'm tired of losing 3 to 5 hours, this. I seriously think to go to AVID if this crash is not resolved...

  So please help dear reader a poor soul like solve me this problem...

  Try unistalling all the plug-ins. It can be fixed now, but the plugin for creating audio denoiser caused crashing into Cs5.5, not sure if you were using that. Try to be like barebones, as you can and slowly add things back.

  As KGCW said, try to ML. I think that Adobe has released a statement that was more stable with CS6 last ML.

• Premiere Pro 5.5 still crashes at startup

  I bought the package of Production Premium, CS5.5, and almost everything works fine - After Effects, PhotoShop, Illustrator.  With the exception of Premiere Pro.  For the life of me, I can't start the program, and I am not convinced that I have ever.  It simply says "Adobe Premiere Pro 5.5 has stopped working" (check online for a solution, etc.), the details are given as:

  So, I thought about it.

  If I look at the splash screen, it goes through the loading of DLLs and plugins.  The last of them showed before the crash is QuickLooks.aex.  Was not clear if this meant it crashed in the, or crushed right after she (on other online, or maybe some process is planned, if it's the last), but I remember I got shots as part of Magic Bullet for After Effects (and he settled at first too) and since it does not part of the regular distribution of first I suspect.

  So, I've disabled the plugin (by renaming the extension), and voila!  First charge.

  I can live with this solution.  And a diagnostic test can remember - it might be the plugins.  Look at the splash screen for any plugin loaded, especially if it of third and try that pulling out of the process.

  In my view, first also has an option to start without loading plugins, but nobody mentioned that.  This is another obvious step.

• Why a Premiere Pro main window not showing on Mac

  It was working fine, then I exported my video and decided to make some changes. I opened again first and it opens... displays the screen title... and remains open, but there is no windows anywhere. I looked at a variety of short cuts Mac but nothing has done the main window become visible. Photoshop and Illustrator work correctly. I rebooted and reinstalled same first but nothing did.

  From the top bar, you can say that the program is open.

  

  strange, when I try to play with the Windows I can open some of the frameworks, such as the title one and see that the project is open!

  Try the window > Workspaces > edition. If this does not work, you can reset the preferences. Press Option while raising demand. Remember that you might lose some custom settings for the steps.

• Premiere Pro and Media Encoder crashing when exporting since the upgrade to 2015

  I need to get a story out today and I can't export. Whenever it blocks 3/4 of the way through. Same thing with me. Read all the forums and trying different solutions - thought should autosave, I get an error since the update whenever it saves automatically-, but will have turned this off & still crashed. My MAC is 3 months and to spec. Please someone make me know that if there is a solution - I can't open the 2014 project and am out.

• Premiere Pro CC: Screen black startup + process continues to run when the app is closed

  Hello

  Two strange behavior since the end of November update of my Premiere Pro:

  (1) screen (such a list is recent project, etc.) stays entirely black, nothing is shown in it. I can always close the window by clicking the upper right X, only then the software is entirely funccional - I can load my project or create a new one using a file menu and I have not noticed any other question.

  

  (2) when I'm out of Premiere Pro, all windows normally but deal with "Adobe Premiere pro.exe" continues running, I can see it in the Windows Task Manager with his usual large amount of used memory resource - but it seems frozen and does not use CPU, at least not enough to be noticeable. I have to manually kill the process if I want to load Premiere Pro, once again, otherwise instance launching at all.

  

  Two of these cases only since late November last updated, I've never seen him before.

When you run first with my iMac late 2013 and Yosemite (now at version 10.10.4 and still no solution, do not know who is at fault) I get these purple and green artifacts on the screen, sometimes causing crashing of the first and in the worst case the machine to hang. Most of the time it can limp through an editing tool.

  Incredibly frustrating however.

  I have an i7 3.5 GHz, 16 GB of RAM and a NVIDIA GTX 780 M Card 4 Gig graphic running CUDA 7.0.52

  Please help, it's incredibly frustrating and annoying to work with.

  This problem began to occur with OS X 10.9 and is the most widespread in OS X 10.10 and later versions. The problem does not exist in OS X 10.8 or 10.8.5. It seems to be an incompatibility between OSX and NVIDIA CUDA drivers. It is more common in first Pro CC or later is running and using GPU effects in real time. The problem occurs more frequently when other applications that use the GPU are open simultaneously.

  NVIDIA is working on a fix for some time, without any recent comments on the situation.

  Mainly, this frustrating problem can be circumvented by opting for project settings > Mercury Playback Engine (OpenCL) GPU acceleration.

• I have Premiere Pro CS6, but never installed.  Now, I try to install, but have encountered a roadblock.

  I downloaded Premiere Pro CS6 several years ago, but never installed.  Now I try to install, when I downloaded the SW, it consisted of two folders.  Inside were 7 - zip files.  I extracted all the files in a folder and I try to install it.  I have the MSG "Please insert content CS6 disk to continue.  One of the files is NAMED "CONTENT".  But it will not be installed.  This file is the pgm are you looking for?

  The two folders that I have are:

  Adobe Premiere Pro_6_Content (Windows) inside this folder are two files.  PremierePro_Content_LS7.7z and PremierePro_6_Content_LS7.exe

  Two files are in the 7-zip file.  One is called Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 functional content, the other is called Adobe Encore 6 functional content.

  The other top-level folder I have is called Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 (Windows).  Inside this folder are two files PremiereProe_6_LS7.7z and PremierePro_6_LS7.exe

  In the 7-zip file, I find a folder - CS6 Adobe and a pr_disc_icons.ico file

  To load the files, I found a SETUP.exe in the folder Adobe Premiere Pro from 7 - zip.  When I ran that, he started to install it, but after a few moments, I got the message

  "Please insert disc CS6 Content to continue".

  No matter what I do, I can't clear the checkpoint.  I have all of the decompressed files and put them into a subdirectory of wholesale.  But that no longer works.

  AND when I get settled, I imagine that I will ask you a serial number.  If I already have a serial number, this number has long since passed. How do I get a replacement?

  I searched through my emails, and I can find no confirmation of Adobe I bought the pgm, but I assure you that I did.
