PremierePro uninstalled, but saying installed in application manager?

Had a version track of PP from Adobe installed on Mac OS X 10.6.8 downloaded the new Application Manager for creative cloud, open Pp and says that it is still a trial version, so uninstalled.

After re-opening the Application re Manager - download a new RP, it is still saying 'installed', without the possibility to open or do anything. I have to re - install the application manager? If so, how? Help, please

Hello

I used the location of the uninstall program in the application folder.

I think I solved this problem. I ended up coming back to the beginging and re - download the trail from the Web site. Once installed the old fashion way, I registered as a Subscriber asked record and I was back running.

Be good that the Application Manager would know when the software has been uninstalled, so you can re - click install or have a few options?

Thanks for getting back to me.

The correct answer to the thread did not directly help, but knowing that there are more files in the folder utilities under Adobe Application Manager allowed me to try to delete all files from Adobe in this folder. After that, I was able to install the new application manager.

Advice to Adobe if you want:

Consider changing the installer to find and delete all the files in a conflict like this to the user to help with the installation process.

Just registered to cloud adobe two days ago, but has not been able to start to install the Application Manager to this day. The thin application of downloads on my desktop, but when I try to open the EXE file, I get this is an error message:

  • Install Adobe Application Manager: "the remote server does not appropriately."

I am running Windows 7 and have signed today for the trial of the creative cloud.  I am trying to download my first application (InDesign).  When you try to install Adobe Application Manager I download a 1866 KB file, then when I try to run it I get this error message (again and again, throughout the day): "the remote server does not properly.  Please try after a few minutes. »

The only other things I can think of that may be relevant are 1) I have a few other licensed Adobe products installed on my drive (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat). (2) I have a few programs running, such as Spotify background; and (3) I have tried this for a work computer and I wonder if the network firewall or my permissions to download which is streaked with this place.

Thanks for any help you can give.

  • Error A12E6 when you install Adobe Application Manager

    Hello

I try to install applications Adobe CC and it seems that the only way to proceed is through the Adobe Application Manager.

I can't find the direct download links for DC applications, with the exception of Adobe Acrobat Pro.

I run the Setup with administrator rights.

When you launch the Application Manager, it immediately starts a progress of the update.

The update goes through about 60-70% and always stops. With the error A12E6 or error 43.

Since installation is not going through, there is nothing to uninstall on the application manager. However, I have tried the cleaning tool from Adobe with the option ALL CLEAN, but nothing helped.

I simply don't get the Application Manager installed and therefore cannot get installed CC applications.

A Twitter account about the error about 2 years ago back: Adobe on Twitter: "@James_Fenn no problem." Glad you solved it! ↑ Darrian"

Who recommends to "download your applications here" which is just a link to the page of Adobe CC. If I follow this link to download the apps, it just goes back to the Application Manager which must be installed first.

  • Failed to install Adobe Application Manager

Whenever I use a creative cloud application, a notice appears that I need to install the adobe application manager - but when I go to the site and download the Installer (it becomes the Director of CC), he told me there was a problem and the installation program closes unexpectedly. I tried to uninstall creative cloud and each application through my programs (using Windows 7), but it is said again once I need the Manager application to do so. Any thoughts on how to solve it?

    Follow the procedure below:

    Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud application:

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

    Step 1:

Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".

Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

    Step 2:

    Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]

    Impossible to remove? Rename it.

    Step 3:

Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

Type below command and press the enter"" key.

    AppData

Then go to the Local > Adobe.

Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

    Step 4:

Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.

    Step 5)

    Temporarily disable anti-virus and firewall...

Click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

Once the installation is complete, look for the icon of Adobe Application Manager launch on desktop and double-click it.

It will start the update process and is updated to Adobe Creative cloud.

  • 5 Lightroom appears as not installed in application manager

I installed 5 Lightroom (CC member) on my Mac with the Application Manager. As a first step, he has appeared on the list of installed applications. But now is no longer presents itself as installed. I can go to my applications and launch it, and it works fine. But, when I click on the Application Manager, it is on the saying of list ('find new Apps') background that is not installed.

This means that I have now to manually download and install all updates to Lightroom. Why does it not appear? How can I recognise once again that it is installed, so I can be informed of updates to the Application Manager?

The only thing I can think of that has changed since I installed, it's that I've upgraded to OSX Mavericks.

Edit: Latest version of Lightroom installed is 5.2

Shows update of Lightroom 5.7 in the application of CC desktop as 'install' rather than 'update' - confused - this behavior will change in the future, but 'install' is more or less just a LR5 update.

    Hope this helps,

  • Used to install Adobe Application Manager

I just signed up for Photoshop CC.  Given my credit card and ordered the trial to start download.  After clicking Download trial Adobe Application Manager tries to start, but I get an error message fast on another instance and it disappears before I can write it.  The Application Manager tries to install and I get a message from errorl; "Adobe application manage failed to install."  I can't download Photoshop CC.

I couldn't find any Adobe Application Manager in my programs to try to uninstall and resinstall.  Of course, it happens always on Saturdays or on Sundays when there is no support.  Any help would be greatly appreciated,

  • Impossible to uninstall version beta cs6 Adobe Application Manager error

A few weeks ago, I installed the beta version of cs6, but has never been able to run this program because of the Adobe Application Manager error, I got whenever I tried to run it.  I have never found any solutions on the internet so I just gave up.  Recently I bought Photoshop cs6 in any case, however, in order to install cs6, you must uninstall the beta version of cs6.  Unfortunately, Windows 7 allows not to uninstall the beta version.  Whenever I click on uninstall, nothing happens.  Until I can uninstall the beta version, I will not be able to install my newly bought Photoshop cs6.  Anyone has suggestions or solutions?

Thank you for your quick response.  I was able to uninstall the cs6 beta and install the cs6 newly purchased without any problems.

  • I installed Adobe Application Manager, it updated itself to Creative Cloud?

Hello, I assumed erroneously that the Adobe Application Manager icon was to check the updates to Photoshop CS6, but it is indeed to launch the Setup program for the application manager that automatically updates to Adobe Creative cloud.

I'm not a Subscriber CC, I have a local installation of Adobe Photoshop CS6, I can uninstall safely creative Cloud?

Is not serious anyway. The CC app is the new AAM.
