  If you are not able to install a search plugin for Yandex from the modules or Mycroft site, you can try to install one on the site (this works in Firefox 41, I have not tested in every night):

  Visit https://www.yandex.ru/ and notice that there is a green circle with a + on it on the search bar of Firefox. Click on that and then find the line on the menu drop down to add the site as a search engine.

  I have attached a screenshot, but since I can't actually read the language, I apologize if it's totally another thing.

  To make Yandex your default, you can use the link at the bottom of the Panel to the Options page search section.

  Me and my colleague installed the exact version of our software that we will document. We have access to the help system, and we two are looking for the exact term.

  I get results from the main help, but also the merged help there.

  Ah, CHMS merged, you don't mention that although I wondered when I saw on a local installation. Next question is which version of RoboHelp but without worrying about watch using RoboHelp 9 item 13 on my site. I wouldn't mind betting that the parent HHP project has an absolute path in it.

  I used TestStand "help" to get information about a property that a colleague of mine recommended that I look at, and the research gave "no topics found.  My colleague ran the same search (check the spelling and the parameters are the same) and he got 4-5 topics.  Is there a way to check if I have all the documents/resources help and if I can't how to change?

  I suggest you sign upward to Google Webmaster tools (free) and check your site (directions are in the webmaster tools) and

  also consider joining Google analytic (also free).  Analytical will allow you to 'see' who is visiting your site and how they experience through research, order the seizure of the URL, or through the links, etc.  Also from where they come, how much per day, etc.  Lots of good information.

  In the eyes of SER60 in the section "creating rules files. It lists the codes member than the outputs for example outline Extractor X property - dynamic Calc etc.

  You can also search the "member property codes" (exact phrase) in the SER60 and it will take you just here... Sorry I'm not good at the display of links to things SER60 online...:)

  Thanks to all who have posted a reply to my problem. I'm not a novice computer user, but nor am I an expert. I tried all of the fixes suggested with/without success. I found another calendar... though not nearly as good calendar a calendar as the Thunderbird. I'm quite giving up Thunderbird & "make" w / the new calendar. Thanks again for trying to help me. MBT

  I think it started right after the installation of Firefox 23.0.1, before which a search in the address bar would always search Google.

  Basically enter a string in the address bar will do the same thing as the search bar. If the search bar is defined on Wikipedia, in the address bar search Wikipedia. If the search bar is set on Youtube, it will search Youtube and so on.

  When I have about: open config and I change my search bar engine (using the bar drop-down menu, which is the browser search), these two values change for this new search engine selected: browser.search.selectedEngine and browser.search.defaultenginename. Their status is "user-set" FWIW.

  Note: When you install Firefox 23, I got two Add-ons installed that touched the search bar: organize search engines 1.7 and Add to Search Bar 2.0. Since then, I have disabled the two Add-ons, and it has not changed anything.

  Earlier, when I used to get a few words into the address bar and press ENTER, firefox would use the innovation of google by searching for the name and redirect to what I want. For example if I wrote fb, it took me to facebook, and if I wrote something ambiguous it would open a google search for the query.
  Recenly, it's somehow changed. I keyword.enabled set to true and the keyword.url is http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-8 & oe = UTF - 8 & sourceid = navclient & gfns = 1 & q = but when I enter something in the address bar, it uses the active engine in the search box. If I have active wikipedia in the search box and I type in google in the address bar, it takes me to the page from wikipedia to google.

• Update Firefox 16 prevents by typing in the search box

  I had Firefox 15.1.1 on my netbook and found that when I click on the search bar, the cursor would move toward the front of the word Google and not allow me to type anything in. Reinstall from scratch has not helped. I put it down to a conflict with something else installed.

  On my PC the research was working fine until I updated to 14.1.1 16.1.1 and the same thing happened as with my netbook, the cursor would go before the word Google and I couldn't get anything by typing.

  I did a restore of the system on my PC and got 14.1.1 rear and the search bar worked. So I then uninstalled Firefox on my netbook and reinstalled with 14.1.1 and it works well.

  Either way, while I had 15.1.1 on my netbook, I used a work around by sliding a word in the search bar, google would find it, and then I was able to use the search bar until I closed Firefox.

  I've done many research, but could not find a solution to the problem. Create a new profile, such as recommended, did not help. When I uninstalled 15.1.1 off the netbook and reinstalled with 14.1.1 the latter uses the profile without any problem.

  I attributed the problem to my configuration on the netbook, but when the problem appeared also on my PC so I can tell it seems to be a bug in 15.1.1 and it had not been resolved in 16.1.1

  Many apologies for don't get back to you as soon as possible. Everything now works well using the latest version, after that I decided to uninstall Firefox, delete the Mozilla folder and start again.
  My current Mozilla file is about 20 MB while the old record was 44MB. I can only assume he had a lot of unnecessary information in this folder and that something created the problem I posted.
