  I have created a PDF file and have included a button 'Submit' at the bottom of the page. When all required fields are completed, hit Submit attached the document in an e-mail message to us. The only problem is that this 'submit' function only works when you view the document in Adobe Reader.

  in help, it has ther tooltip, you can type the message you want to display (for type a message that you typed for the tip). If you want to also set the Visual attribute, you can set (which is below the ToolTip).

  Now, this works perfectly if I want to click a button to send a line and save each line individually... But what the user wants is to have a button Save all that loops through each line and did the update based on code for all lines (not individually) on what is selected in the option boxes.

  Sorry if I don't have to describe my problem well, its just that I have not used CF for awhile now and try my best to get back in it.

• Links inside the flash form buttons

  I create a game. The idea is that the user clicks on the buttons of the form with the incorrect apostrophe usage. I said if they are good or bad, with a sound and button shape color changing, but it would be nice to also display a score that could increase or decrease depending on how much they get just. I don't want this score to influence the overall score of the lesson. I want to just use it to give an indication to the user of how they were wrong or. Is this possible?   You may not use the score that can be fixed directly on the button of form in this case. You must create a variable user v_score for the score.

  For form buttons, I would create shared two actions: one for the correct shape buttons, which I have tagged SB_Correct1... and for the incorrect form buttons (SB_Wrong1,...). This action will be several orders:

  1. Reading audio first parameter clip1
  2. Change the State of SB_Correct1 to the finished second and third parameter
  3. Disable SB_Correct
  4. Increment v_score by x (I don't know which partition you want for a good answer, where the ' x, if all have the same amount, no parameter here)

  A similar, a need for the buttons of bad form, but with decrement instead of the increment.

  Not possible to use a variable in this case to link the label name for a name for the slide.  But I still don't see the purpose at all?

  Will you need to the same button with the same name on multiple slides? Will you use for the rest of the project timing in this case? Because you cannot reuse a name of a button, if you have two instances of this button on two different slides, they will need each a different name. If this is the same form button, programmed for the rest of the project, we will always use the same action, needs not even a tip action because it will «Pop X zip» But there is no way to use the name of the button in this action at all. Joint action is possible with X as the parameter, and then you can assign it to all the buttons that have need of this action. But why do you want that the link between the button name and the name of the slide?  Can you explain? My Captivate intuition tells me that there is a misunderstanding, perhaps because of your experiences of Lectora. Captivate is really different, presented on the differences in workflow with an expert Lectora. I no longer use Lectora but the structure, and certainly the way to 'script' is totally different.

• Need a way to clear a form on the current page and not the entire form...

  IM new to Adobe Acrobat and worked on the conversion of some of our OmnForm 5.0 form PDF file, I've created a form that contains a button to clear the form.  It works very well!  Now, I created a template in the PDF of the current page and then created a button to spawn a new page of the model.  Creating the page works as well.  The only problem I have is that the clear form button clears the entire form.  I need the key to erase only the current page.

  I'm a relative newbie when it comes to script.  I can understand generally simple scripts when I see them, but to create new groupings still isn't my forte. HE's researching the resetForm method, but it seems that there is no option to move the current page to him? (As I said I am relatively new to java scripts).  If anyone has the directions on how to do it I would be very happy.

  My experience is that re - run only the distribute the form does not change the options you get in the first race.

  To fix this, you need to open the PDF file in Acrobat Pro and go in Edition > Preferences and then click the category of identity.  The email address can be changed there.

  Right-click on the signature field. Go to the tab "Signed" in the "Digital Signature Properties" dialog box. The option 'Mark read-only' as shown below:

  Thanks for the reply. You are right that MS Access is not really a database. ;-)

  When the operator will push the button, the program generates a serial number and add the new number in the article table.
  Therefore, by pushing the button means process this code.

  After that I became the password to unlock the database, I have check the code behind the button and build it with LabVIEW.
