  After the webex session, we just had, I discovered the root cause of the problem reported to an underlying problem on the block device (the logical drive, or a problem on the Board) presented to accommodate the data in question store successfully.

  We have set up a computer for our son with ourselves as administrators and child protection software installed on the computer.   We apologize for the late response and caused inconvenience. It is not possible to change the administrator password. It could be the password you use in knowing or it might be possible that he might have administrator privileges. Then I suggest you change the password alphanumeric password (small, uppercase, numbers and special characters).

  Follow the step by steps in the process.

  Step 1:

  1. Go into settings.
  2. Click on change PC settings.
  3. Click to select the category of accounts.
  4. Select your account and click on the logout under the e-mail account option.
  5. In the local account selector window, in the current password field, type the password that you use to connect (if it prompts)
  6. Click Next, in the next window, type and retype the new password and an indication of password and click Next.
  7. On the next window, click on the logout button and Finish to continue.

  Step 2:

  1. Go into settings.
  2. Click on change PC settings.
  3. Click to select the category of accounts.
  4. Click to connect to a Microsoft account.
  5. Configure the account with the new credentials.

  Your Windows 8.1 must have your new account as the default account.

  Microsoft not never initiate calls to users. Unless you've placed a support call and expect a call back from the support agent, the call is not Microsoft. You can ignore it, or, if you choose, you can keep the crook on the line as long as possible to keep him from calling other gullible users.   Check to make sure the real names you; ve entered all are different.  If they are the same then it will reuse the same window that you discovered.  Or leave this completely empty value!  Without window name value it will spawn multiiple windows and not to reuse them.

  Apparently, there is a way to achieve the goal.

  A nice gentleman from the Germany wrote dll that create a "time-shift buffer recording" add-in for WindowsMedia Center (for Vista and XP only) which can be found at:

  For Windows 7, there would currently be via a 3rd party of program, i.e. PowerCinema 6, which records from any point in the time shift buffer zone - I don't know why Microsoft has not also incorporated this feature into WMC for have other programs third 3rd (including EyeTV for the Mac).

  Unfortunately, suggestions from another forum to change file extensions in .tmp .dvr-ms TempSBE and double-click on the file to read the file of time lag in WMC, does not work in Windows 7 x 64 (the message in this forum has been regarding the Vista x 64), however, I have not tried with other versions of Windows - I would like to know if anyone has had some luck using this method.

  Even if it had worked, I think I would have always preferred the usability and features of a program that does the job for me, like Power Cinema - damage, it could not have been WMC. What do you think?
