  10.10 is no longer available unless you had previously downloaded. In this case, it would be in the purchase of the Mac App Store section. Its not available for direct plus download.

• I have windows Live to my email. After opening, I lose with the actual message preview pane, shows only as an attachment that appears on the browser can not reply or forward email

You must use SHIFT + DELETE to do; otherwise, Windows will spend ages copy all the content in the Recycle Bin in case you change your mind. It might take some time (even hours or minutes) to remove so much superfluous things, it might be a good idea to do just before going to bed and hope that nothing hinders while you sleep, then take a look in the morning to check that it is all gone.
