  • Final print size does not match the view screen.

    Hello

I have problems to make my final prints to match the screen display.  Recently, I had this problem: I have an image which is of size at 5 X 7.  I have it on a 5 X 7 model in the Lightroom print module.  The dimensions of the image in Lightroom say 5 X 7.  I have printing on 5 X 7 paper (I actually measured it to be sure).  ON the screen, they look perfect, corresponds to the templates and measure fime with leaders at the screen.  Without fail, a part of the print is cut on final printing.  Along side printing is the most affected.  It is not only limited to 5 X 7, it happens in all areas.  Is this a common problem or I'm I have something wrong?  In the 5 X 7 example above the impression comes from 5.2 X 7.3 give or take.  I use Lightroom 5.3 on an iMac running OS 10.9.1.  The printer is a Canon Pro 100.

I look forward to help with this.

    Thank you

    Joe

If the problem is that the printed image is proportional to the largest, it is a very common side effect with the mode parameters borderless print drivers. In general, (although sometimes you can avoid this where alternative options without borders are given)-edition special unrequested % scale ensures that any physical wrong registration or the inaccuracy of the size of the paper, does not allow accidental white edges.

It's nothing to do with the end of LR in the process, as appropriate.

  • brush cursor does not match the size of the brush I use

The cursor brush changed recently so that it is much larger than the real brush to which is applied a background or a picture.  I can't tell where or how large the brush will apply.  I have reset the Brush tool and checked the Brush tool options.  All are set to zero except the brush spacing which is 25%.  He is always spacing of 25%.  I recently started using a magic mouse on my iMac instead of a regular computer mouse.  I am using the brush in Photoshop Elements 10 and Photoshop CS4 tool.  What is a mouse problem?

  • Exported size does not match the size of my work plan?

    Using CS5.5,.

I created title screens that must be carried into a screen recording program. I create a new document RGB, 72 dpi and 1680px X 1050px. I create my text and graphics and every time that I export as one. TIFF, it looks to export to a different size? I have them open in Photoshop and checked the size of the image and it is not the size, that I put the document up. Looks like that it exports only the part of the artboard that displays, content, because a lot of my work plan is empty. I just tried export as one. PNG with the same results.

    What I am doing wrong?

    Thank you.

  • hard size does not match size of drive setting in the settings

Windows gave me a "low disk space" error today so I'm going to add space on the virtual disk but noticed a strange anomaly...

Looking at the size of the file real hard, it is only 49,29 GB. When I open the settings for the virtual machine, the "Disk size" setting is 233,73 Go. Windows reports the disc as 45.9 GB.

    disksize.jpg

This virtual machine has been migrated my Boot Camp partition before. What's weird, is that the partition came this virtual machine was only of 50 GB. (My entire hard drive is only 250 GB) The virtual machine is now on a 2 TB external.

What happens here? I'm not a 233,76 GB of virtual disk, but I can't drag the slider to the left?

Looks like it's the Windows partition of the Boot Camp imported Virtual Machine partition that is short on space and if you want to better understand what is happening then read my answers in Re: size of HARD drive on the Conversion of Bootcamp at VM and Re: counterintuitive VMWare Instructions on resize virtual disk.

Also preallocating disk hard existing virtual will not solve the problem!

  • image size does not match

I'm working on an animation project... make animation in Flash and then make different effects and editing in Premiere Pro CS3.  I made my scenes of flash as a PNG sequence and then putting them into first... and so far it seems to work well for image quality and what not, but I just noticed something weird.  I'm frames of rendering of Flash with a resolution of 1280 x 720... and first, I'm working with a size of 1280 x 720, it should be a perfect, will agree?  But it appears not to be.  If I get a sequence of images of first, the dimensions are fine, but if I make a video file it stretches the image horizontally for some reason any and also crops the left and right edges.  I also noticed that in first if I choose "scale to fit the size of the image" in the timeline that image of shrinks a bit and leaves a box in very narrow letters up and down... that solves the problem of culture when I export, but the image is still inexplicable stretched... not to mention that is the size of the clamp has the exact dimensions of the same as the size of the image , "scale to fit the size of the image" really do nothing at all.

Anyone know what is happening here?  At present, it has a big impact on my project, but when I finished and want to make a watchable video she's going to be a problem, so I might as well figure it out now before going any further.

    Thanks in advance

  • Print size does not match Image

I dealt with an image in LR 5 and cropped it to 5 x 7.  I print on a Canon Pixma Pro-100 and dropped the image opn a 5 x 7 cell.  Border photo and inside STROKE are unchecked.   Turn to adjustment is checked.  The size of the image shows 6.685 x 4.732.

Any suggestions on why the border is uneven?

    Thank you

Found the treatment on Adobe LR forum.  Select borderless under printer properties.

  • total size of the files of Windows 7 does not match the size of partition

    In the D: partition

total space: 265 GB free space: 59.1 GB

There is only one visible folder: Daisy, size: 87.4 GB from the Explorer

Other records hidden three: info Volume system, c:\Windows\Msdownld.tmp, $RECYCLE. BIN takes up almost no space

Of course free space does not match the file size.

Do not partition system, no problem to update windows and restoration, sleep or page file.

    Some strange things:

    1. with the help of file size 3.4 correctly see the size of the file

    Daisy file occupies 206GB

Once I copied the whole file to the other partition Daisy

and the result is the record more like 2xxGB

so I guess that 206GB is the right size

Even uncheck or untick read only box in the properties of the folder does no effect

2, daisy file is read only

but I managed to delete files inside

Is it a mistake to folder structure?

It's a newly installed windows, so I guess that windows is clean

Hope to see the solution and identify the problem

    Thank you very much

OK, based on your new information, the error is that Daisy is 206 GB but Windows Explorer reports it as 87GB.

No other information seems more relevant.

    Ideas-

1 run ChkDsk on the drive - [first of all, make sure you have a backup of Daisy or make a new backup always] in Windows Explorer, right-click on the drive & select Properties, then the Tools tab, then click the check now button, turn off the option to make repairs in first to see if there are errors or not before making any decision as repairs can delete or corrupt files which are reported in the file allocation table.

    2. find another utility that measures the size of record to help you track down all the difference here.  TreeSize Free will be repeated.

I do not understand your comment "later, I found the reason why I can't locate the"office"is the language of auto change." It's in Chinese at first but watch the 'bureau' cmd"that this had not been mentioned before.

  • paper detected does not match the paper size

After clearing a paper jam when I go to print the 7310 all in one, beeps and has "paper detected does not match size of paper or type". When I hit OK the printed page is slightly bias. How can I fix it?

First thing I want you to try is cleaning the rollers.  You said that the printed pages were asymmetrical.  Which can be the cause of the printer read the incorrect paper size and give this message.  The document below the link should help you clear up the problem of tilt.  Let me know what happens.

    Hey Joe,

    Thanks for the post.

We need a few more details to help games play question, please answer the following questions.

    1. is this problem limited to Bigfish?

2 do you have any problem with other games?

You will need to install a graphics controller (video card) which can meet these minimum requirements.

You can go through the following link; who helps update the graphics card, this could solve the problem.

Update a hardware driver that is not working properly.

  • HP 8600 over Error Message: paper detected does not match format of paper or type selected.

    HP Officejet Pro 8600 more

Error message: paper detected does not match format of paper or type selected

This error message appears on the printer display panel any time a custom paper size has been set up in Word (or any other application) and the format of paper & type was inserted in the Officejet Pro 8600 paper tray.  This error is generated by the printer regardless the orietation or margins or paper size settings in the document to match the paper size in the paper tray.  When you press 'OK' on the printer display panel, the printer ejects paper correctly.  Because this printer lacks a manual bypass tray, the custom paper is always inserted in the Tray1 and is the only book in this tray 1.  It's a simple tray 8600 more.

    What I am doing wrong?

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, you cannot print on a paper size "undefined" with printers. While the functionality is available in word, our printers do not recognize that the sizes of the main paper (these changes according to the country sometimes).

The reason for this is because undefined paper sizes open the printer and the print job to a certain number of risks, including jams paper or misaligned printing. This is why the function is no more on HP printers.

I recommend to find a type of traditional paper which is close to the size you want to print on and select in the layout of the print job as a workaround for this problem.

    I hope this helps!
