  Using OS X El Capitan? It is still in beta and not yet supported. You can disable acceleration GPU for now to avoid this problem.

• First Pro CC have not video

  This morning I had to update my creative CS6 CC cloud because a project I've been working this weekend at home was using CC.

  Since the upgrade (and I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times to make it work) it has been a very long (3 minutes +) start of first CC. Once opened, the video track of ProRes files is missing even on import fees. In the project window, it only shows the little audio icon as if it was only an audio file. The H.264 files work fine.

  It feels like a kind of licensing problem. Here's why:

  On my last reinstall, I started in administrative mode and the creative cloud settled there first. I could open the first (open soon) and import a format ProRes file and everything worked as expected. I disconnected then connected on my normal account where I work always and the same problems again appararurent: long time, ProRes does not start.

  I recently had problems with my hosts file (in the/private/etc directory) where I was forbidden to all 3 of my browsers from adobe.com. Since 'fix' this question, things were strange. Creative cloud made some extremely F'd up things with his licenses/verification, I think.

  Finally solved the problem.

  On Mac in the Finder, hold down the option key, click go to the main menu and select library.

  Inside this folder, open the Preferences folder.

  Inside this folder, open the Adobe folder.

  Nuke the contents of the dynamiclinkmanagerfolder. When you launch first, it will create a new.

  Problem solved (so far).

That has started to happen, is that when I drag a clip form the window source on the timeline, the video clip in the preview window is huge - from most large it displayed in the source window. I don't want to have to go in and resize each clip. What is the cause and how to fix it?  Also, I went into preferences and pliers to adjust the value.

  Since the last 2 updates (now currently 9.0.2 (6) build) whenever I have resize (audio or video) clip from the timeline preview freezes and I can't play the video. I can still do stuff around the program, but I can't hit play to listen to samples. • Movie Maker plays audio / video in the preview window, no audio on the table of storyboard / timeline

  Never had this problem before - I have downloaded the clip from digital camera to PC, then imported into Movie Maker.  He plays in the screen preview with audio and video, but when I add it to the editing view or the storyboard table, there is no audio despite the visibly populated audio track.  Volume settings show no inhibition and no adjustment of the volume level will bring the sound up. A lot of gel on, too.

  Something to try...

  In Movie Maker... try to go to... Tools / Options / compatibility... tab and uncheck all filters / OK.

  If no improvement... go to... Tools / Options / Compatibility tab... left click on the "All default settings" button / OK.

  If this does not work... it may be worth trying to convert the video clip of the. Before importing WMV format.
