• Need me a previous version of Photoshop installed on my PC before downloading Adobe Photoshop CC.

  I am wanting to enter the CC from Adobe, especially Photoshop and there is a package to £8,57 per month which includes Photoshop and Lightroom.

  Basically, I'm eager to know do I need a previous version of Photoshop on my PC for example:-CS4 or CS5 or CS6 until I download CC, but if I have any of these Photoshop CC will be able to download the last version without Adobe software on my system before downloading.

  You do not need to have previous versions to install Photoshop CC, you can follow: download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps for installation help.

  I tried to install XP in my laptop ASUS PRO31jr which currently has Vista Home Premium installed.  I updated the BIOS first and changed the boot on CD/DVD order.  Disk load bunch of drivers, then when it gets to the installation, said he cannot find a previous version of windows installed on the computer and calls for an XP Home edition (full version), or a CD of XP Professional (full version).  The CD I have is XP Professional Academic Edition version 2002.  RHE booklet supplied with the disc seems to indicate that this is the full version, and I successfully used to clean install on XP.  Is the drive of my problem?  I would appreciate a difinative answer if anybody out there knows for sure.  Goodwich.

  If the message "Setup cannot find a previous version of Windows installed on the computer", you have an upgrade version that requires Windows XP Home Edition installation.

  I have the same problem with previous versions does not. I think if you have uninstalled 2015 and any other application PS, it might show again, or you can try using this link to a direct download. Prodesigntools did a great job, juggling links Adobe.

• A previous version of Photoshop cc went after update

  I've updated my CC photoshop today, as I do normally and after the update, Lightroom was beautiful, but photoshop has been a gray icon. The version of photoshop that opens is a weird version without many features. I can't open my regular version of photoshop, as the computer find it anymore. I am very frustrated because I called customer service and they said that a technician would call in 2 hours. Its been 3 hours. I'm also worried that I have lost all my special presets, actions and brushes. Help, please!

  What's happened is that there is an advanced feature in your update where 'remove previous versions' is checked on by default.

  But in any case you are watered. Something custom is intact. Reinstall the previous versions.

  Here's how: open your creative cloud office, go to Apps and find additional Apps value previous apps on the menu drop-down.

  Click on the arrow pointing down next to the Install and select the version that you uninstalled. Let me know how it went.

  It is not listed in the CC Manager (previous versions), I can't reinstall it if it's not listed even if your help pages say it will be.

  How can I reinstall?  I tried a restore of the system without result.  Plugins are missing or no longer works and cannot be reinstalled.  Like many I didn't it was a version upgrade.

  You can also reinstall choosing to install the previous version in the applications tab.  You can find more information to download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps...  The exception would be if you need the 32-bit version of Photoshop.  In this case, please use the direct download links provided by John in the #2 message.

  I upgraded to CC2015 last week. The ability to download previous versions was there until this morning and now they have disappeared. I need to re - install (2014) of InDesign and Photoshop CC. is this a bug or I'm looking in the wrong place?

• How to download a previous version of Photoshop CC

  I don't know if it is a beta-test version or what (I use Photoshop CC 2015.5) and since this update masking functions add more time for my workflow. I work mainly with Production photography - make the goods and clothes look nice for an online store. I used to just make my selection and adjust the raster mask using smart RADIUS and tweaking the smooth move the edge until I got what I could get wan't. I shoot on a white background, and I'm just trying to cut the white edges which sometimes get my pen tool.

  In the version of 2015.5 that I don't seem to have the same level of control. Smart RADIUS does not seem so smart, I get all sorts of pixelation on the edges and seems always automatically adjust the size of the RADIUS - he ends up taking a lot more just white edges I'm trying to eliminate. (I understand that I can pen to get closer to the object so that spaces whites, but this has never been a problem in previous versions)  I've seen some tutorials that cover the use of the new feature "select and mask", but they don't go nearly in depth enough. Can someone help me achieve what I'm trying to do in this new version? or show me how I can go back and download a previous version?

  I clicked on the button "Update" of 2015 photoshop but once the deleted process and tried to launch the application it turns out be a trial.  I have a full account of CC through my company. My problem is, because it will be not updated I want PSD CC back.  I went to the 'Previous Version' list but PSD isn't on it.   I contacted my business thereon software leader, but I work for a big company and it could take days to get a response.  Anyone where I can go to find PSD CC?  My account is current and in good standing.  I have no idea why it will not update until 2015.

  Cannot download even after following the instructions on the adobe Web site. This is a new Pc and photoshop has been down for a while on the old pc

  CC of Photoshop in the x 86 folder

  Photoshop CC (2014)

  Photoshop CC(64bit)

  I have a 64 bit PC then assume I would use the 64-bit version, BUT this doesn't have some of the characteristics of (2014), such as the blur of the new gallery my CC Cloud app told are all up to date.

  I have also a problem with the 3rd party plugins like copying through sometimes will not work because I lose my registration.

  Photoshop CC 2014 is a new generation, not an update. You are a former CC of Photoshop is there if you want to use it, maybe the filter of painting with oil which has now sadly disappeared and other changes which used the Flash framework.

  Is it possible to transfer all my documents, files, settings, etc in the new hard drive?

  Disconect your drive, insert your disk again as master, install Windows XP on the new drive. Once msupdate was executed and the manufacturers drivers have been installed and the sys works ok.

  Stop, connect the old drive as slave, restart

  Transfer data as needed. You may need to "take possession of records" - see victory help (donot attempt the transfer settings)
