  I am haing issues with our Hp C7180 (connected wifi printer)

  We have 2 printers on the system, a Lexmark is also installed.

  When you try to print a "notice of pay" Magny accounting V16...

  If the Hp C7180 is the default printer... MYOB breaks down...

  If the Lexmark is default printer... Prints ok...

  If the Lexmark is default... myob will build the report ok and I can then choose to print to the HP C7180 and it prints very well...

  If its only if the HP is selected by default when you create report... which causes the program to crash...

  Strange driver problem?... I loaded the updates for the drivers of Hp... through HP update...

  The system is Win7 32 bit

  Other reports seem to work ok... with the ch as default...

  We used the years Lexmark printer (16 MYOB is dated program)... never a glitch...

  HP seems to be ok for the most part, except the tips of the payroll reports...

  I doubt that it is the program MYOB causing the fault... I mean that a printer is a printer isn't?

  I just thought I inform HP incase the problem is also with the never the Versions of MYOB, I can't test those since we only V16.

  The work around is enough, since I'm only using the printer to blow through a cartridge expired HP, will return to the use of the Lexmark when its empty.

  Hi, in the old interface that I can print individual invoices for orders received, but when I try v3, I get a very bad result that looks more like a screenshot.

  I tried to do this for individual orders and wholesale orders, but with the same result.

  In fact Jim I was informed that it is actually a bug found in the Internet Explorer browser.  If you use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome, etc., it will work very well.

  This will be fixed in our next release at the end of the month.

  Please try these steps... it might solve your problem...

  1. go to mac apple icon-go to the software update - pls download and install the update.

  2 restart the pc - and then go to the new apple icon - go to System Preferences and continue to print and scan

  3 Higlight your printer, then click on the button "-" to remove the printer-if your connected USB printer please unplug USB cable - then restart your pc

  4. after the restart, return to icon - system preferences - apple print and scan-for usb connection: plug the USB - if your printer does not automatically appeared on list of the printer olease, click plus the sign and Higlight your printer then click Add button - after that - to prove the fucnctionality

  for a wireless connection - simply click on the sign more, then, HELLO - Higlight your click and select printer Add button - then prove the functionality if you can print and scan.

  Ah, you try to print invoices from the instant ink from your web browser.

  What you can do is to take a screenshot of the billing information. To reach the billing from the hand information instant ink page, click activity log, then display billing information. Once done:

  1. Hold down the shift, command and 4.
  2. Click around the area you want to print.
  3. Drag to create a box around the information you want to print.

  So after a search much more, someone else came up with a solution to my problem. For windows users, it is a question of the evolution of the drivers. A specifically. The 990c driver. I'm not sure of the exact user or the subject header, but it goes like this for windows vista.

  1. click on start

  2. click on Control Panel

  3. click on printers

  4. right click on the printer in question

  5 point to run as administrator, and then click Properties

  6. click on continue

  7. click on advanced

  8. click on new driver

  9. click on next

  10. click on HP under manufacturer

  11. under printers, click HP deskjet 990c

  12. click on next

  13. click on finish

  14. click on apply

  15. click on ok to close

  This is very similar for all windows programs operating.

  with a little research, you will be able to find the exact measurements for each operating system
