  A few days ago my old site on which has increased. Then I sent the files to my new muse site sensitive to my third party host. Now that he's alive, I noticed a big problem.

  New mobile design renders beautifully on iphones and droids. However on the tablets and desktop computers, it presents itself as my old site.

  I would really appreciate if someone could help me to determine if it's something I should fix on my end, or if it's something that my third host would be fix on their end.

  Hi Jane,

  It certainly is a problem with your host. The desktop version is Wordpress, its possible that it takes them over the new Muse pages. It redirects to the new version of the site on the phone because Muse adds code at a higher level to do so.

  You need to get your host to completely remove the installation of WP before you download Muse site.

  We have a HP 6500 CB815A, which works well for almost a year. As of today, we get "Paper Out" status on the computer, but there is paper loaded in the tray... the same high quality paper as we always use. The test printer utility reports the same status. However, the printer can print a test page and fax without printing problem status.

  I unplugged for 30 seconds to reset, but we get the same status.

  Someone has had this same problem and solved?

  If you have not tried to reboot your PC, I would. If this does not clear the issue, I would follow the following steps:

  1. Click Start-> Control Panel
  2. Select uninstall a program (it's the heading programs)
  3. Find your driver HP software; Select it by clicking on it once, then select Edit. If the change is not available, select uninstall/change.
  4. Select repair and then follow the prompts for your software repairs itself.
  5. If your software does not have the repair option, it may be advisable to download the latest drivers from support.hp.com site. Uninstall the drivers for your printer, and then reinstall them using.

  If these steps do not work, please post and I can continue further with troubleshooting.

  There is no claim code for this printer. The claim codes are used to set up ePrint (the ability to send content to your printer) and web services are needed for this - your printer is not active ePrint.

  You can however print wirlessly from your mobile phone using the instructios I've included below:

  The simplest is to print wireless from your mobile device to download the HP eprint app and make sure that your printer and devices are connected to the same network wifi - once the operation is finished, you will be bale to print wireless from the eprint app.
  
  You can also use direct funtion wireless to your printer by turining on the button on the front of the printer wireless. This allows to generate the printer it's own singal wifi that you can connect through any wireless device. To find the wireless password, simply hold the direct wireless for more than 3 seconds and it will display the password on plain paper (make sure that the paper is loaded).

  Let me know if you have problems with the installation.
