Printer network 160 E - studio does not work in my office network

Hi Toshiba team,

I ' v got a Toshiba e-studio 160 network printer/scanner/fax in my office and I want everyone in the office (network) has access to the printer and scanner functions of the e-studio without using a computer 'server' that must be connected to the local parallel port of the printer. In other words, the printer is connected over TCP/IP and a RJ45 cable to my switch to the office.

The printer configured with a valid IP address, but in my Office I havn't no matter what WINS server, the configuration field is empty and unused ones. I tried several different methods, but I can't access the printer via TCP/IP. Just the 'PING' command works correctly. I expected that the printer appears in the Windows file sharing folders, but it doesn't. Furthermore, all my computers are equipped with Microsoft Windows XP. I read somewhere in a Board of Directors that a guy has solved this problem by using a program called "P2P", but I couldn't find something like that.

With original Toshiba drivers, it is only possible to exploit this local printer or on a print share Windows function, but I don't want that a machine is running all the time.

I hope someone can help me with my problem.

  • I have the latest version of Smart Web Printing 4.6 but it does not work. Why?

    I have a netbook Acer running the Windows XP operating system and Internet Explorer 8.  The latest version of Smart Web Printing is supposed to work with them, but it is more the fact.  I see warnings that it does not work with Internet Explorer 9, but that is not what I have.  I have the image of the web page and a smaller version of the same thing where I should have the box clip options.  The only option I get is one on top to close.

    I saw that your Officejet 6700 no longer works after upgrade to Windows 10, and I wanted to tender hand. Start with printer HP install wizard for Windows, that will find and install the correct drivers, you will need on Windows 10 for the printer running. Try printing and scanning then and let me know the result!

  • PDF Maker does not work after loading Office 10

    I've read other messages of the forum on this issue and none of the solutions worked.

    Office 10 doesn't have a normal.dot file to rename or delete.

    I applied the patches to register unsuccessfully

    I uninstalled Acrobat 8 and installed Acrobat 9.

    I checked the updates of Acrobat 9and loaded those as well.

    The Acrobat tab appears in the office applications, but nothing happens when I select Create a PDF file or one of the other selections except preferences in Acrobat.

    When I select Preferences it blocks of Word.  Word then restarts itself and said that there is a serious problem with Acrobat AddIn, I need to check updates and I would turn off.  The same goes for Excel as well.

    I tried to place C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 9.0\PDFMaker\Common\ as a reliable source, but my security settings did not allow.

    The add-in is in the Active AddIn section and does not appear in the disabled AddIn section.

    I really like this feature.  A resolution would be greatly appreciated.

    With OFFICE 2010 and AA8 AA9, you can print to the printer Adobe PDF and nothing more. For compatibility with OFFICE 2010 to PDF Maker, you must use X AA. In addition, if you are on a 64-bit computer, you may need to use the 32-bit version of OFFICE. I don't know if the last X AA is still compatible with the 64-bit version.

    Office Viewer is old and it is really useful only for the most basic content preview. We have not updated the Viewer from office more than three years. I suggest to use the iPad or Android directly devices to get an overview of your work.

    In recent years, I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader (IX, X, XI) on my Sony Vaio.

    It has been integrated with MS Office 2010 and worked perfect with Outlook, Word and Excel.

    Last week, I had serious risks with my laptop and had to do a clean installation of Windows 7 64-bit.

    I installed all the software in the back (end point of Eset Antivirus 5, MS Office 2010 32-bit, etc.) and in the end, yesterday

    I finally installed Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) XI. Then I noticed with disappointment that there is no tape of Adobe.

    I have everything mentioned here fact PDFMaker unavailable | Office 2007, Office 2010 | Acrobat 9, X, Acrobat Acrobat XI

    including instalation in a simplified mode, but it don't work for me.

    The above path in the link does not exist in my computer "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat [9.0 or 10.0]\PDFMaker\Office'. ]"

    I can find only: "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader"-a path to the AR app. There is no record of PDFMaker to all.

    And another path: 'C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Acrobat\11.0\Replicate' - Replicate is the only record less "11.0".

    Do you have any idea what I might do to install PDFMaker module and use it with MS Office 2010?

    If you have all the products Adobe Reader on your system, you have problems. Adobe accurate should not have more than one copy of an application on their system.

    Player doesn't have a plug-in for MS Office of any version.

    Acrobat only has a plug-in for MS Office. New Adobe does not support more than one copy of Acrobat on a system. And if you dare have the reader on the same system, then, Acrobat and Reader should be to the same major version.

  • B110 series printer: HP Solution Center suddenly does not work

    The HP Solution Center has suddenly stopped working.  The notice says that he cannot work because the device is not over...  It was not a problem in the past (and I'm on Windows 10 months) and I don't have no problem with printing a document, but can not scan - from the solution center or the printer to the PC.  I have uninstalled and installed the drivers twice and also removed a recent update of security Microsoft as advised in a single site, but nothing helped.  The printer is a B110 series and I am on Windows 10.

    Even if you have already uninstalled and reinstalled the software, I suggest you to perform an uninstall, but with a different approach. Please use the following steps to perform a complete uninstall:

    1. Hold down the Windows Logo key on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the dialog box run, type % temp %
    2. Delete all files and folders in the temp folder. Choose Skip if all pop ups seem to say all files cannot be deleted
    3. Download the software and choose Save as, save to desktop > PS_AIO_07_B110_USW_Full_Win_WW_140_408 - 5.exe
    4. After downloading software and extracts, reopen the temp folder, use the instructions in step 1.
    5. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356)

  • Windows 7 enterprise - wireless network does not work at the office

    I'm a remote worker for a company.  I travel offices across the United States and hit this problem before, but thought it was just a transitory problem.  However, now I am in our headquarters and the problem has resurfaced.  Essentially, networks under Windows 7 Enterprise associates for wireless access points but cannot obtain a DHCP address.  I tried the usual: enough and ipconfig ipconfig / renew, I took it to our support people who confirmed that the configuration is correct, we have tried uninstalling the driver and put back in place, all in vain.  The configuration of the machine is:

    Windows 7 Enterprise x 64

    Wireless: Intel 5300 AGN

    The wireless works now in my office at home (I have a Windows 2003, Cisco 1200 AP domain and use WPA2 with PEAP to authenticate).  Please note that the configuration has NOT changed since the last time I was in this office (about 3 weeks ago).  We are a Windows 2008 R2 using NPS area (AFAIK).  Help desk support people are completely baffled.  The good news is that the cable works fine.

  • The print on the websites function does not work in Firefox.

    I want to print information from a Web site by clicking on the view print button. This works. But when I select the function print, nothing happens. In other words, Firefox has stopped printing from Web sites. Other print functions (for example Word 2007) work very well.

    Re-install it would be my advice.  Maybe uninstalling 'Card Factory 8' deleted something he should not have.

    Because I'm not sure of exact applications you speak of (there are to many 'card Studios' there)-that's the best advice general I can think to give.  Out of its media and install it over again and again, download patches, you need for it, etc..

    On my X220T, my digitizer eraser works in OneNote, but not in other programs of Microsoft Office 2010 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). The gum works as if it were a the tip of the stylus. All drivers are up to date, with regard to the update of Windows 7 and Lenovo ThinkVantage System Update.

    Unfortunately, the stylus eraser will work in OneNote. The engine of inking in other office applications will not detect the difference. When you use Office applications, you will need to use gum to change the stylus eraser. I wish that it worked naturally as well. Here is the Microsoft article for more information:
