  I would like to print text messages that contains a lot of Info for me to do my financial task.  Please how print you directly these text messages?

  I find that the easiest way is to use a computer application. My favorite is PhoneView (Mac), but I've seen TouchCopy (Mac or Windows) recommended as well. This allows me to archive my text conversations in the form of files txt or pdf that can easily be printed.

  Alternatively, you can take screenshots by pressing home and power both buttons and those printing. A lot heavier in my opinion.

  I have a Hp officejet 8600. I have the top drawer loaded with envelopes and the bottom with paper. It's the only way it works. If I got airprint with my iphone 5 mail it print properly in the paper tray. If I print a text message it prints from the envelope tray. I tried going through the steps to reconnect everything but the problem persists.

  There may be no way around this problem for some things.  I know you won't, but it may be easier to reverse the contents of the bins from the printer.  Sorry...

  I just bought the printer MG 5420, after the death of the previous Canon printer.  When I printed the test page, it only printed the image of Microsoft of four small diamond, without text.   You cannot print text in Windows Mail. ... It is normal that you cannot print the messages sent and received... the print option is grayed out in the drafts.

  Very easy solution.  Long click on the sms message.  Simply type the email address you want to go to the field and send!  Very easy.

  I suggest to use IOUtils to read the file. A string with the concatenation using is really not a good development practice.

  It works very well for texts normal phones, but when I receive a message from Clickatell message is always empty even if when I go to the Inbox of the message is there with all the text. Any ideas why it does this?

  The other odd thing is that the Message received: to: print on the same line, when the message is empty, but on separate lines when the message has something.

  I was debugging for Age but no joy so any help much appreciated.

  It turns out that this is a problem of Unicode, it does not seem like trying to read Unicode text messages...

  Since the purchase of this printer less than a year ago, I had several printing issues.  The original gave me such an adjustment, I brought back to the place of purchase after a few days for a replacement.  Initially, the replacement seems to work fine (I got it networked with my home network).  After a few months, it wouldn't scan.  I spent many hours on the phone with support through mutiple and finally freezing procedures and reinstall everything.  Once all was said and done, it seems to work fine... for a while.

  Then he started giving me intermittent problems with printing.  Sometimes, when I went to print, I would get the "eprint" message not available  If I cancelled and let the printer sit awhile, it would print later.  I started to get the message so often, I opted to use the usb connection and that seemed to work... for a while.  Finally I could print at all, the message of "eprint" unavailable each time.

  In the last days of work on my current problem, I used the print and scan doctor, made multiple adjustments, uninstalled/reinstalled it, nothing is.  The doctor print and scan says it all is fine, but after this last problem (do not print text), pages of printed report in print and scan doctor show only black outline boxes, solid colored boxes and boxes of blue outline, all very vibrant prints, but no text at all.  I tried to print a text-only document and the printer responds but does not print anything.  He continues to analyse very well from my computer and via the LCD screen.  I continue to use the USB only, because of all the problems of network with this printer.

  I don't consider myself like a fool technology, and I know that I'm not an expert by any means.  I had years of experience using several brands of the technology to accomplish my own ends, but I am at my wits end with this printer.  I have never reached this level of frustration before and have always been able to get the issues resolved.  Not the case with this one.  Someone at - it give me advice for me before I got with this printer and return to my previous printer brand?

  Although it may seem that the pritner prints in black it is actually not - in the test page, the boxes around the area of ink levels are printed with a combination of color inks to make black.  Please follow the procedure described in my previous post.

  You can check that the black is not printing by printing a test page to as the Six Solution, you will see that documents to be reproduced in black are empty.

  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. After reading your post, I understand you want to create a new contact with an incoming text messages, but have been unable to find a way to do it in iOS 10. I know it's important to keep your contacts up to date, so I'd be happy to help you!

  Instead click on the 'i' in the upper right of the message (where the details used to be in iOS 9), type right on the actual phone number itself at the top in the center of the message. You will be taken to another screen that contains a message option or call the number, but also options apart from Contact, create a new Contact and add to Contact existing.
