  You should consult the Canon (manufacturer) for this and it must be available on their Web site.

  This isn't a question, but a solution. I was unable to install Canon Print Studio Pro in 2015 CC Lightroom and Photoshop CC 2015. It is was on a desktop of Windows 7 who have Photoshop CS5 installed with Print Studio Pro already added.

  The standalone installation package Print Studio Pro has been able to update the plugin Photoshop CS5, but it also didn't he added to 2015 CC Lightroom and Photoshop CC 2015.

  After exchanging a few emails with the Suport of Canon European team, the solution was as follows

  Select [Print Studio Pro plugin install] in [start] - [Canon Utilities] - [Print Studio Pro], then install the Print Studio Pro plug-in in the following folder:

  [Adobe Photoshop CC 2015: 64 bit OS environment]

  2015\Plug-ins Photoshop CC %ProgramFiles%\Adobe\Adobe

  I recently bought the Pixma Pro-100 and installed the supplied software. Everything seems to go well except that Print Studio Pro is not displayed in my Photoshop CS6. It works fine in Lightroom. In PS, it should be under file/controller, correct? (He is not here)

  If I go to start programs/Canon Utilities/Print Studio Pro/Print Studio Pro plugin install, it tells that I found Adobe Lightroom, but no mention of Adobe Photoshop. Is there another way to install this plug-in for Photoshop?

  I am very new to this I just bought a Mac Book Pro and I'm subscribed to the Photoshop CC 2015.  I downloaded the last version of driver and software for the Canon Pixma Pro 100, as recommended to do and it does not appear in my plugins Photoshop CC, but it installed in my lighthouse.  It gives you the option of selection of the destination, it jumps just to install.  When you click also on the canon utilities cd and an arrow appears, it gives you only the windows of adobe versions, then lighthouse.  Why what can be done?   I've been using the plugin "Print Studio Pro" with Photoshop elements 11 to print on my PIXMA Pro-10 photo printer.

  I upgraded to 12 items of Photoshop and now cannot install the plugin to 12 items.

  Any thoughts?

  Canon has an updated version of the Print Studio Pro (version 1.3.5) that should work OK with 12 elements. You can download it here: v1.3.5 Print Studio Pro.

  All software are the latest versions, but after downloading the latest printer driver, I still need to go back to system preferences and uninstall the printer in the printer list and then reinstall it, making sure to select the new driver (it is the one which appears as 'Canon IJ' on the list, not 'Hello').

  I'm having trouble installing the plugin Print Studio Pro for Photoshop Elements.  I just installed 12 items and downloaded Print Studio Pro 1.3.0.  When I try to install the plug-in, I get a message telling me that I don't have a supported Photoshop version.  Apparently the 11 items is supported but is not the case of the 12?  When will be supported 12?

  As someone posted on another thread, Print Studio Pro version 1.3.5 is out and supports the 12 elements of Photoshop.

  I downloaded Print Studio Pro. It is automatically implemented in Lightroom CC 2015.2.1 but does not appear in Photoshop CC 2015.0.1 it doesn't work with Photoshop CC?

  The HP Color Laserjet Pro M252N Featuer software complete is not supported on Windows XP, however you can get the features of the printer using HP PCL 6 Universal Print Driver listed on page 9 of the User Guide, be aware that the Service Pack 3 must be installed on the operating system to use the printer:

  Make a right click my computer and select Properties - locate Service Pack 3 in this form... If Service Pack 3 is not the operating system MUST be updated first:

  As Windows Embedded edition is an edition of the customized version no official support is guaranteed.

  It is a customized operating system version includes only the components of the operating system selected for specific needs.

  Those selected by the OEM computer and not necessarily include any component required by the HP software or hardware.

  Try to install the printer and see if this can work, however it can work as explained and may not only the manufacturer of the computer can respond if such material can be installed on the operating system or not...

  I have an officejet pro printer hp8600.  I have connected to a network. I had to reinstall Windows 7 64 bit on my computer following an accident.  This meant also to reinstall the printer drivers as well.  I am able to print from Word, however I can't print from internet.  I get this message: "there was an internal error and Internet Explorer is unable to print this document." (Internet Explore 11) I downloaded pint and Scan Doctor 4.2 and made 'issues of difficulty printing' and all checks very well.  In my view, that the problem is that I can't solve my printer because it has a warning sign in my area "devices and printers".  When I run the troubleshooter, it is said that it cannot identify the problem.

  Understand that you have reinstalled the software.

  For troubleshooting further, could remove you & reinstall the driver software according to the Guide to ensure that the software is installed correctly.

  Please help make sure that you get the latest Firrmware and update by the link as well.
