  I uninstalled the debug version of the Flash player to make a test and now I can't install it again. I tried:

  I'm relatively new to Adobe Flash even though I have extensive experience in software and database design. I recently started to learn and to use ActionScript (works with version 2.0 not 3.0 yet) and have simply become aware of the use of the Flash Debug Player. It is an indispensable tool in my opinion. However, I have a problem with it, which can be the result of a lack of knowledge. I recently ran with a large enough Flash animation and complex. The film has been developed by a type of very accomplished figure who knows a lot about the graphic aspects of Flash, but does not get in ActionScript a lot. Some parts of this movie are also purchased components. I got a lot of warnings that trouble me. Things like "addEventListener is not a function" and 'Broadcastmessage' is not a function. When I open the fla file in the Flash IDE and research of these I can't find anything. In addition, these appear to be Adobe provided Flash functions and are documented in the Flash help system. What happens here?

  Flash is a tricky beast when it comes to code nested. With Flash CS 3
  (ActionScript 3.0), usually these instructions would be in
  external as files. This is the first place to look for the two Flash
  8 and Flash CS 3 source code. Major programs such as FlashDevelop or SEPY
  allow you to search recursively through subdirectories for occurrences of
  These channels. Simply indicate the root directory and let them go.

  Also, within Flash, things can be hidden on the elements of library and one
  variety of places that are not visible on the main timeline. Select
  "Edit-> find and replace" and search for the text in the current
  document. It may be on a library point, on a button or movie clip or in
  a whole bunch of other places that may be difficult to find in my hand.

  About mistakes, maybe it's that you try to micro upward
  incompatible versions of ActoinScript. 'addEventListener' is a function,
  but in ActionScript 3.0 requires that you import a number of packages
  (or classes) while Flash knows that it is a function. Check publish it
  settings for the FLA, and if there are any associated as files, check
  see if you can find keywords like 'parcel', 'protected', 'int', and
  "final". These were not available in Flash 8 (ActionScript 2.0) for you
  may be trying to push a square in a round bilge (AS3.0 components room
  in an AS2.0 FLA).

  Please describe the problem in more detail?

  Try to reset the settings of Safari:

  1. open Safari

  2. click on the Safari menu at the top (to the right of the Apple logo)

  3. Select the Preferences/Privacy tab

  4. click on remove all data from the Web site

  5. close Safari.

  Remove cache Safari files:

  1. click on finder

  2. look for the menu GO to top

  3. click on GO and hold down the option key. This will show a user library folder.

  4. click library and find the Caches folder

  5. in the folder caches com.apple.Safari Ouvrezledossier

  6. move the Cache.db file Trash.

• How to install this update and resolve problems of USB and the touchpad?

  I Equium M50 (59th) and am bitten by an update that pulled my touchpad and keyboard. I did the new installation of XP Home and have all updated drivers and everything goes well. The last update, what I can't understand is for

  The update addresses all kinds of questions like I'm having and is an update recommended driver detective, I use offten.

  The problem is that it says uninstall the drivers for the i have installed already and when I do it it hits off my USB mouse me leaving no able to install the new. When I reboot it installs those I don't want not reinstalled.

  Is there that all the features of the captivate 6 who won't work or work properly during release of flash player 10 or 10.2? An important customer of workers around the world is reluctant to update just for the sake or the L & D.

  If these are projects created in a version earlier than Cp6 and then upgraded, it is quite possible that using components such as skins, bars, Preload or widgets from earlier versions will be terminated.

  Then tell your developer to remove the current skin and the play bar it uses and replace it with another that came with Captivate 6.  See if that solves the problem.

• Problem with FWSM and the same L3 interface switch

  I have two 6513 s with a 802. 1 q trunk linking them. Each switch is redundant Sup720s running in native mode, worm IOS 12.2 (18) SXF (that they were running out of SXD3). A FWSM (ver 2.3 (3), routed mode, unique context) is in each switch, Setup in failover mode.

  I can't get a PC in a virtual LAN that has the defined layer 3 interface on the switch with the active FWSM in this document, to communicate with the devices 'behind' the FWSM. If I move the configuration of layer 3 to this vlan to the other 6513, everything works fine.

  The MSFCs are inside the firewall, they have a configured layer 3 interface in the same vlan as the FWSM 'inside' interface. Several "same security level" interfaces are defined on the FWSM and used to protect the farms. I use OSPF on the MSFCs and FWSM and the routing table is correct.

  The FWSM generates connections to the attempts made by the PC with interface layer 3 defined on the same switch as the active FWSM very well, so this isn't a problem with FWSM ACL.

  A ping of the FWSM "inside" interface from a PC with the defined layer 3 interface on the same switch as the active FWSM fails, although debug icmp trace on the FWSM demand and response shows. A the packet capture, using the NAM-2, only shows the request packets. I captured on the vlan common and FWSM port channel interface bottom of basket.

  Just to add to the confusion, if I capture in the same places, but do the ping of a PC which is in a VLAN with the interface of layer 3 defined in the 6513 which does not contain the active FWSM, that works very well, I see the request and response on the capture of vlan common, but only on demand on the capture of the port channel.

  This problem has been there since the beginning of this implementation and has not changed with IOS and FWSM software upgrades. I had this experience with all the VLANS that I tried to define the interface of layer 3 to on the switch with the active FWSM. I turned on MLS.

  If anyone has experienced this and solved, or knows what is happening, I would be grateful for any ideas.

• Problems when I open the Flash CS 5.5

  Hi guys, I hope someone here might have some ideas to work around my problem...

  I tried to import MP3s in my Flash document, when Flash CS5.5 locked up.  I made the old CTRL-ALT-DEL and completed the task.  Now however when I try to run Flash CS5.5, 'Preparation to import' dialog box is displayed, as the application attempts to execute the last action that I was that I had to use the Task Manager to kill him.

  The dialog box disappears and I get the old error "Has no open Document" appear on the screen - when I click on ok, the app just closes...  If I open an existing Flash document, then CS5.5 works ok and can then go to create a new document as usual.

  Any ideas how to get around this?  I guess it's something to do with the automatic recording feature, and she tries to retrieve the document that I lost when I finished the task - but I do not know how to remove this file from the cache, or the automatic backup location, so to make it work as usual?

  Hi Dave,.

  In Flash CS5.5, you can use shortcut keys to remove your user configuration folder, preferences and clear the cache. Hold down the Shift + Ctrl + Alt (windows) or shift + command + Option (Mac) any launch Flash CS5.5. Please let me know if it solves your problem.

  Otherwise, please try to see if you can reproduce this problem again by repeating the same steps as you did before. It would be great if we can find the steps to reproduce this problem.

  How Kown what types of browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) the final file (HTML with embeded SFW) is compatible?

  If compatibility is only for one or two of these browsers, how to get compatible HTML of Captivate file for all browsers. Can I put a sentence in code for all the browsers on the HTML with Dreamweaver.

  I wish that compatibility would be for IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

  When you use Captivate to create your e-learning content you generally need not add the code anywhere because Captivate creates the JavaScript files, the SWF file and the HTM file each time you post.

  All you need to do is copy these files on your web server and provide a hyperlink somewhere (maybe on a web page) to each module in your course.  Hyperlinks should point to the HTM file for each module.

  You can try a Reset and restore, but I think that the crack has a lot to do with your questions. These things only get worse with use.

• Problem with certificate and the exception is not available

  So, here is my problem I am trying to connect to a secure server. When I do this, I get to a page telling me the browser appears not that the server is secure and that the certificate is old.

  When I click on the button "Add an exception" a small window opens saying the certificate is new safe and I can't add an exception.

  The exeption box is grey so I can't click in and the button 'Add exception' is olso gray so I can't click on it. I click on the button "Cancel" and return to the page telling me the server is not sure.

  How can I go about solving this problem?

  Check the date and time of the clock on your computer: (double) click on the clock icon in the Windows taskbar.

  Find out why the site is not approved, then click on "Technical Details to expand this section.
  If the certificate is not reliable because no issuer channel was provided (sec_error_unknown_issuer) and then see if you can install the intermediate certificate from another source.

  You can retrieve the certificate and check details such as WHO issued the certificates and the expiration dates of certificates.

  • Click on the link at the bottom of the error page: "I understand the risks".

  Let Firefox recover the certificate: "Add Exception"-> "get certificate".
