  Click on the still in the timeline panel, right click and press SET to framework mery. This will scale it down rather then the setting to 100% as would scale to the size of the image.

  Elements 8 is rejection of jpeg photos, I am trying to import the card SD or DVD. The photos were taken with different cameras and ones I imported successfully to front.
