PROBLEM IN ANY PROGRAM TO STARTUP IN WINDOWS 7

Two days ago, I was playing with friends, and whenever I started the game appeared a message saying that the network was unstable (or something) and a question "do you want to continue?". I didn't click on one of the options, only I closed the window.
The next day, I couldn't access internet, but with the help of a procedure in cmd, I found the research on my laptop, I could solve the problem.
Today, I called my PC and simply can not run any program, the following message appears:
"Your settings Internet prevented one or more files to open"... I tried everything that I saw helps out there, but nothing has worked. I can't create a new user, as this should open the MMC. It doesn't have the ability to unlock the program properties, whenever I'm trying to reset the settings for "Internet Options", the delivery will fail, he can't also open Regedit, such that it appears the same error. When I try to do a backup is displayed ' ' C:-windows-system32-sddt.exe

Unspecified error"
I don't want to format my PC because I have over 200 GB of important files.
Can someone help me solve this problem?
(I also can't run the command prompt)

The first part of this post (from 2010!) was fairly innocuous, but the second part - involving a substantial change in the Windows registry - is something that I've never seen elsewhere.  If I understand you correctly, after making these changes, you can access is no longer in any program, including, regedit.exe.  Is this correct?

In particular, once you have made the changes suggested in the registry, did you open the control panel and reset Internet Explorer?

You made a backup of the registry before you've made the changes?

Assuming that (1) that the problems started as soon as you've made the registry changes, and (2) you didn't do a backup of the registry before making changes, my suggestion is that you use a bootable CD to change the registry in offline mode and reverse the changes.  See, for example, https://www.raymond.cc/blog/how-to-edit-windows-registry-key-values-without-booting-in-windows/

In other words, access HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft.  If there is a key named Internet Explorer, rename that you named explorer.exe Internet to Internet Explorer so that it looks like this:

If there is already an Internet Explorer key, change the name to bad Internet Explorer, and then rename your old key.

Restart normally and see if you can now open program.  Otherwise, use the same procedure described above to restore HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings

If this does not work, you will probably need to do a repair installation, which should leave your files intact - but you should create a backup first, just in case.  Yes, you can backup the data without having to start Windows.

  • Impossible to install any program to do with windows or printer drivers?

I can't get windows updates keep giving me. I think I'm up to about 55 so far. I can't get the drivers installed by windows - they install form Epson, but then a pop-up at the bottom of the screen says unable to install the drivers and it cannot recognize my printer. I also tried to download Heimdal and is not yet open. I tried to find WindowsUpdate.log to see what is happening and what I can see is not permitted. I even tried to download - System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x 64 based systems (KB947821) [October 2014]

and who says windows cannot open this file. So I don't have an idea of what has gone wrong with the system and I don't really want to do a clean install as I have so many programs it takes me forever to re - download all programs and find all the codes, etc.

So is there someone who can solve this problem?

If so, I would be extremely and eternally grateful.

thanking you all in anticipation of a good answer.

    Hello

    Thank you for the update.

Program installation or removal fails due to corrupted registry or install blocked key. Follow these methods and check if that helps:

Method 1: Unregister and register the Windows Setup program again

    1. Press Windows key + R, type MSIEXEC /Unregister. and then click OK. Even if you do it right, it may seem that nothing is happening.
    2. Press Windows key + R, type MSIEXEC/REGSERVER, and then click OK. Even if you do it right, it may seem that nothing happens, or you can briefly see an hourglass. After you run this command, the operation is complete.

Method 2: I suggest you scan your computer with the Microsoft Security Scanner, which would help us to get rid of viruses, spyware and other malicious software. The Microsoft Security Scanner is a downloadable security tool for free which allows analysis at the application and helps remove viruses, spyware and other malware. It works with your current antivirus software.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Note: The Microsoft Safety Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.

Warning: Data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means there is a risk of data loss.

    I hope this helps.

  • Run program at startup of windows 7

    Hi all

I need to make a program to run at startup of windows instead of windows Explorer. How can I stop exploring to run at startup. also, I need the program to start without asking permission that is to say without the UAC window burst and ask permission.

    Thank you.

You can go to your control panel to turn off UAC (all programs then automatically have full control administrator rights, which means simply visit a bad website can compromise your PC instantly and infect you).

I don't know how to stop loading Explorer. The old way, I knew I couldn't replace the shell has been removed from XP SP2.

  • Problems with services of automatic startup after Windows Update problem

These are probably related to many things I tried trying to solve the problem of Windows Update - until I found the answer to Fix It.  That fixed my Windows Update, but now I have these problems.

I tried to run the bat file that Sohail suggested in this thread: http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistawu/thread/41f1d01e-e787-479b-83de-c66f40a23a37/
He ran with errors, so I suspect he undid some things and then they don't get put back.

Those that I know I need is:
    Windows Audio
    DHCP client

These two begin very well once the system is in place, but I have to do it manually.  They still claim to be automatic when I view in the Services management tool.

I also noticed that the following services are set to automatic but have not started either.  Is this a problem?
    Task Scheduler
    TCP/IP Net BIOS Helper
    Windows event log
    TPM Base Services

So, how do you restart automatically?

Problem posted in another thread to improved Performance.  Long story short - a repair settled with Vista DVD.   He fixed the problem of services, but the problem of Windows Update is back.

    Hello!

  • Try opening Windows Defender me gives error code: 0x800106ba - a problem caused this program service stop. Help, please.

    Hi all

I am a newbie with doozy a bit of a problem:

Services of Windows Defender on my local computer no longer works.  The message I get is:

«Windows Defender encountered an error: 0x800106ba.» A problem caused this program service stop.  To start the service, restart your computer or search help and Support to find out how to start a service manually. »

"The Windows Defender service on Local computer started and then stopped.  Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs. »

Any help, help, clarity on this issue...?

    Thank you very much! :]

This problem can occur because another security application is used or the Windows Defender service has stopped, or components of Windows Defender are corrupt.

You install any new programs recently? Windows Defender is not designed to protect against the extent of malware. If programs like Microsoft Security Essentials or AVG 9 and Windows Defender both run, your system may experience degradation in performance and other problems caused by the conflict of two services providing real-time protection at the same time. I recommend that you keep the Defender off if another application of security protection is running. These security software stop windows Defender work properly in order to prevent conflicts.

If no similar security application is installed, I suggest that we have follow these steps to resolve the problem:

Step 1: Check the Windows Defender service
    =================================
    1. click on start, in the search box, type: "services.msc" (without the quotes) and press ENTER. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
    2. double-click on the service "Windows Defender".
    3. click on the 'general' tab. Make sure the "Startup Type" is "automatic". Click on apply. Then please click on "Start" under "Status of Service" to start the service.

If the problem is not resolved, please refer to step 2:

Step 2: Save the associated DLL files
    ========================
    1. click on start, type "cmd" (without the quotes) in the box start the search. Right click on CMD listed above and click 'run as administrator '.

    2. in the command prompt, type the following and press ENTER to each order:

    regsvr32 atl.dll

    regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\wuapi.dll
    regsvr32 softpub.dll
    regsvr32 mssip32.dll

    3. close the command prompt, and then run Windows Defender.

    Hello

It seems that the module defective sdb4mdu.dll is the cause of the crash. According to my research, sdb4mdu.dll is a driver printer interface module - which means that it is related to your printer drivers. Assuming that this module belongs to your default printer (which it might not, it is hard to say), disable it would risk instability. I recommend you to run the System File Checker. See this article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833/en-us

Don't forget to restart your computer after you run it.

If this does not work, try to uninstall and reinstall the drivers for your printer.

If it does not either, we can try to turn off the TPM. (first of all, creating a restore point in case something goes wrong)

    I hope this helps!
