I am trying to download my camera cd on my pc, win 7, and he tells me that I don't have administrator permission. How can I me RID/remove the administrator? Do I have to be an administrator to use the pc?

I don't necessarily get coverage error messages (and in some cases I don't get any other error message that the computer tells me an error has occurred), but when I try to install/load of programs that are based on the internet (Viewer gotomypc, photo uploader facebook, other programs uploader, etc.) I can not install the program, unless I have save the file on my computer then right click on the file and select "Run as Administrator" When my user account is the main account on my PC.
My account shows that it is an admin acocunt, so it's not as if this has been changed.
I can't pin-point when this started to happen, but it lasts for quite awhile - maybe since the latest service pack installed...?
This is the normal way to solve any problems with the installation of programs > download/save to the desktop > right - click > run as admin.

I downloaded a game from microsoft called 'Faery-Legends of Avalon', I am currently running Windows 7 Professional. I can't play the game.
