  I have a HP Pavilion dvd6-3033 with Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. Some time ago I bought and installed the Adobe Creative Suite 5 Web Premium system which included a disk with Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. Everything has been installed correctly. Recently my hard drive went bad and I had to install a new one. After you have reinstalled Windows 7 Home Premium, I reinstalled the Creative Suite 5 very well, but the installation of Acrobat 9 Pro, after running for some time, produces Error 1311 (found Source file: F:\Acrobat 9\Data1.cab check the file exists and that you can access.) I checked the Acrobat9 folder on the installation disc and Data1.cab is there, but apparently the installer for some reason is not recognize it. Any suggestions on what to do?

  I bought Adobe Creative Suite 5 Web Premium with the delivery of education in 2010.  My computer crashed and I try to install the software on my new computer.  I don't have any serial numbers.  For some reason, Adobe Acrobat 9 serial number was recorded in my Adobe account.  However, the rest of applications that have been installed on the same day, have not been recorded in my account?  So now, I have no way to install anything except Adobe Acrobat 9.  Is it possible to have a new serial number issued to you?  Or a way by Adobe to use my serial number for Acrobat 9 to track down others?  I have all the installation files.  It is hidden in one of these files eventually?

  Try the cat, they might be able to help to find through your account.  You may be able to use the Acrobat info to convince them that you also have the CS5 under your account.

  I use 13-inch MacBook Air. I downloaded Adobe Creative Suite 5 Web Premium from my college. It has Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, and Illustrator CS5. But only Flsh and Dreamweaver launch when I click on them. When I click on Photoshop and Illustrator, nothing happends.

  I tried to uninstall and reinstalled but still not launch. I updated mac to the mavericks and installed upgrading java, but still nothing happens when I click on them. Also, Acrobat Pro, I downloaded from my college does not either.

  This widget can be installed on the Muse CC2014 and above versions and if you are on a 32-bit computer, you will be unable to upgrade to the MUSE CC2014 and above.
