  your cs6 is an upgrade from a previous product (qualifying).  Select the product calling precedent that you have from the drop-down list.

  If the installer locates it on your computer, installation will pronounce.

  If the installation program is unable to locate the previous product, you will be asked the previous product serial number.

  Enter the correct number at the right time, and the installation is complete.

  Go back and do it again... before commit you to buying that there should be an option to switch from Windows to Mac... I know that there are for regular CS6, and the version of education should have that same option

  I use 13-inch MacBook Air. I downloaded Adobe Creative Suite 5 Web Premium from my college. It has Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, and Illustrator CS5. But only Flsh and Dreamweaver launch when I click on them. When I click on Photoshop and Illustrator, nothing happends.

  I tried to uninstall and reinstalled but still not launch. I updated mac to the mavericks and installed upgrading java, but still nothing happens when I click on them. Also, Acrobat Pro, I downloaded from my college does not either.

  Illustrator cs5 has been declared incompatible, ps cs5 compatible and I cannot tell what acrobat pro version you are trying to use.
