Problem installing Adobe DC Pro on Windows 7, 4 GB ram, 10 GB of space.

Series no activation number accepted. Valid serial number from Adobe online dealer. The software seems to think that the serial number has been used before that is not the case. All previous editions of Adobe acrobat reader have been uninstalled.  Checked the registry and have confirmed the software has not been activated.  Suggestions?

Not sure which one would be the Adobe Acrobat Pro I bought and have a serial number, I don't have to buy because the site is not clear on the download, I need!

    Help would be appreciated, preferably with a link and specific instructions as this isn't my first time that I asked this question.

    Also, anyone else a bit angry that you can't actually get to talk to a human being!

    Acrobat DC requires either Mac OS 10.9.x or 10.10.x.

    This is why it is not and can not install.

    I have a HP Pavilion dvd6-3033 with Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. Some time ago I bought and installed the Adobe Creative Suite 5 Web Premium system which included a disk with Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. Everything has been installed correctly. Recently my hard drive went bad and I had to install a new one. After you have reinstalled Windows 7 Home Premium, I reinstalled the Creative Suite 5 very well, but the installation of Acrobat 9 Pro, after running for some time, produces Error 1311 (found Source file: F:\Acrobat 9\Data1.cab check the file exists and that you can access.) I checked the Acrobat9 folder on the installation disc and Data1.cab is there, but apparently the installer for some reason is not recognize it. Any suggestions on what to do?

    VISTA is not listed as a supported, but is taken system XP, SP3. So I suspect that this is just an oversite because VISTA is newer than XP. You may be sure that you have updated your VISTA with the latest service packs.

    Since you mention CC, you may need to check the CC forum to get more information on how to access the necessary files.

    If you go through the installation process for AA XI? For the CC, you may need to check the CC forum, since there are some differences on the installation of CC and CS for the standalone product.

    I have a scenario where a client is running Adobe Acrobat Standard Xi on a Citrix/Terminal Server.

    Now, they want to install Adobe DC Pro on the same server, which should be used by a single user.

    When I run the Adobe Pro DC installation it calls telling me that it is not recommended to have these programs installed at the same time on the same machine. But there is an option to choose "ignore."

    the downside is

    1. xi acrobat probably will not open (but it might) and, if this is the case, can have a variety of problems such as not being able to edit or save a file.

    2 acrobat CC can (but probably won't) have a problem opening.
