  Hello world.

  I have a problem: I can not install Photoshop creative CC 2015 compared to the clouds. I read on the forum and on the Adobe site, and I tried to uninstall everything CC, using CC cleaning tool. Then I rebooted and installed. Then I started from the beginning. And I saw that CC Cleaner Tool can uninstall everything but a voice called "Adobe Illustrator CC 2015_19.2.0_AdobeIllustrator19 - mul. Since I am not find this file in the Mac I don't know what to do to delete everything about this in order to restart the installation.

  I solved the problem on mine, if I write it here.
  He was part of a file downloaded with an extension of Google Chrome. I found it in the system registry. So, it might be easy to solve if you find in your pc.

• Problem installing photoshop cs6 download.

  I uninstalled my photoshop cs6 my last machine a few months ago. I decided to install photoshop cs6 today from the Adobe Download Center (I don't have the original installation). I went through the installation process and a key of my paper in, but it would be not installed CS6. It would give me only the option of EXTENDED CS6.  Belongs to Photoshop CS6 regular version Download now? Shouldn't I be able to "downgrade" extended to the regular? Is there another download from adobe? I don't want to buy a subscription of clouds, as I am very good with my CS6.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  I do not understand how the image you show relates to your problem of having a better version of the software than what you say you bought.  You will need to contact the Support from Adobe to see if they can work on what is the problem, but I don't think that they will be considered a problem if you get more than what you paid for.

  I do not understand why you mention Photshop elements... CS6 could not have summer buy an update to Photoshop Elements... it was never in the upgrade path as far as I know.

  See another post here in the forum who proposed to rename the library/ColorSync/Profiles to Profiles_old before reinstalling, I did it.

  -Tried several times to update Photoshop desktop application CC CC, but he showed every time also updated. (Update bridge and Bishop Ext, but nothing for Photoshop).

  Well... just in case where the above problem is similar to a problem that someone else is having, I'll leave it and provide here what I did to correct.

  -I went to Applications/Utilities for Adobe Installers and used between the programs uninstaller for CC in Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud and a trial version of Photoshop 6 I've always had. I left for Lightroom, Bridge 5, uninstalling programs Mgr Ext and all other apps/plugins I had installed via the CC single desktop application.

  -Returned to Library/Color Sync / Profiles and changed Profiles_old return to profiles.

  -Restarting my computer.

  -A a sandwich and a Coke.

  -CC of Photoshop re-downloaded from the site Adobe CC, which of course first installed CC desktop app, then installed Photoshop CC.

  -Everything seems fine now, including plugins.

  Now I feel more edumacated.

  For the third time... I'm unable to install Photoshop elements 11.  There is a loop about Roxio Burn E:.  These files are in use... and need to update.  When I "click" the file in the dialog... is highligted. I click on continue... the same message appears.  There is a line.  How can I fix it?

  Nicholas, I recommend to review your log files to determine the exact problems you are facing.  Please see Troubleshooting installation using newspapers | Elements - http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/troubleshoot-install-using-logs-elements.html for more information on how to locate and interpret log files.

  You can also try to remove Roxio software you have installed if it is in conflict.  Please make sure that you always have good available installation files in the case where you need to reinstall the software at a later date.

  I have photoshop cs3 and recently bought a new computer.  I tried to install photoshop on the computer and I'm having a problem.

  The computer is running

  Windows 7 home 64-bit

  When I try to install from the CD, it starts the initialization process then everything disappears once he finishes the initialization process.  I have read this is a common problem, but did not see a way to fix it.

  OK, I got it figured out.  I closed every non-essential function, process and commissioning through msconfig restarted and then it worked like a charm. Christmas thanks for the reply though.

  Fix. The only options are to install on another computer, or to a total deletion of the system and disc format. It used to be a full format, but who were able to evolve with SATA being the common HARD disk controller type? There are bits of code written, where you can't have them. If there was only an operating system and the trial, which goes back to low level may be somewhat viable. Otherwise, load it on another computer. This is the only set method.

  Sorry to bring bad news to the OP, but this policy is there for a reason and has been in effect since probably the days offered the first test of Adobe. Inform a friend that you must try PS on their computer.

  The other option is to buy PS. Adobe offers a 30 day warranty, refund, so we could get 60 day total trial. Now, there are some formalities to get your money back, but that's life. Also, if go you this route, and if the trial had installed, be sure to uninstall, run the Script Clean Adobe CS4 a couple of times, then probably a registry cleaner like CCleaner, before installing version fully-paid.   If you plan to buy, with the possibility to return it, you can buy from the Adobe store, even if it costs a few dollars more, just to save the possible entries.

  normally when you install an upgrade on a computer that does not have the previous version installed, you will be prompted for the serial number of the previous versions.

  These versions are so old (unless you mean photoshop elements), I don't know how it will work with these versions.

  You can download the Creative Suite 5 from this link: Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products and try the installation again.

  Before installing, please check and confirm that your Mac, guardian of the gate is set to allow installs anywhere.

  To do this, go to Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > enable applications downloaded from anywhere

  (to make these changes click the padlock in the lower left corner and enter your Mac password)

  These changes are temporary, you can restore these back to normal later.

  I bought the software at the same time I got a new Dell laptop. The software has been a download online. Whenever I try to install, I get an error message which says that the software is not compatible on a 64 bit system, although is it supposed to be. I have files disabled anti-virus, uninstalled/removed, re-downloaded... always the same exact error message. I also contacted Dell Tech Support and they remotely access my computer and tried to install it... same problem. Any help is appreciated!
