  Like I said, it could be any file requiring a restore of the system to access what has been its permissions modified by malware.  If I was at that time, I would declare my compromised machine and reinstall Windows completely.  If you are determined not to reinstall, you can use a tool such as Microsoft "Process Monitor" that will display all the queue access that occur when you run the program.  You may be able to locate the file that is being denied access, but you're going to be turning to sift through a large amount of data.

I'm unable to open iTunes without them because it says that it cannot access the program folder, but if I open it with privileges, it works perfectly. Whenever I try to pin a program to the taskbar, clicking on the "Pin to taskbar" button does nothing. Again right click on the shortcut and select Pin to Taskbar does not work. I can't download any type of files on Google Chrome; nothing happens when I try to record anything.  Chrome is also impossible to record all new cookies as well, and I am also unable to watch Netflix instant Streaming due to a Silverlight issue. Flash work, however.  Whenever I try to delete all files, or move files, in my "Documents" folder, he said: "you have to give administrator privileges... blah blah blah."   You can point to the folder to see the size, but not the details can show it as questioning the disc for all of these values causes the massive shift (especially in a corporate network, the traffic generated by the query can bring down a network).
