Only problem is that I know this must be installed through FDD we have with the laptop, but we have no way to open the file on disk. Neither our computers from home or at work have a floppy drive to open and copy the downloaded file.   Toshiba has offered traditional old BIOS updated (diskette), a long time ago. Now you can find WIN updates only.
