  I believe that it is possible to create and export text fields for the completion of a PDF file but can't find this feature in my (albeit) version of InDesign CS4. Does anyone know if it is something that only became available in CS5 go?

• How can I add a text field for the main menu?

  I have a project with a menu.  He has a title.  I wanted to add an additional track on the menu, what I had done in an earlier draft.  I would have thought he would have intuitively obvious, as highlighting the existing title I and do a copy and paste.  However, I learned that nothing is intuitive with Premiere elements 12.  Can someone tell me how to get a 2nd title on my main menu?  I have done it before, but apparently did not write it and I was faced with that I falsely assumed would take me 30 seconds to accomplish.  Thank you.

  Workaround for the title with more than one line of text can backfire on you. But you can try. Excerpt from my first items 13 on this blog

  Could you be more specific. But, for now, consider... If you Play All text, you double-click to open the text of the amendment, the deleted text, click OK. Play All disappeared. Sometimes, in page and removal of text "main menu" scene selection to the navigation button... double click on the button to open the changes to the text, delete text, press ENTER, and then bar spacing, and click OK.

  Hi, this seems like it should be a no-brainer in the Properties menu, but what is the best way to add a credit card number to a form?

  I have mine set up like a text field > category format: number > decimal: 0 > Style separator: (by default with the comma, but not what I want, of course)

  and the symbol > No.

  Is there an easy way to create 16 character space to the digits of the credit card?

  I have a form that has several buttons that uses the items.push (command/script/EC) that you have to put some text in a text field.  People are asking now that they can put several selections from the button in the field.  Can someone point me in the right direction, or suggest a way to do it?

  lives_txt. Text = String (life); Could not access it.

  MovieClip (root).lives_txt.text = String (lives); Is what I was looking for!

  But if I select 'Administrative Specialist II', it returns only Administrative Specialist II.
  
  I only have this problem when there is an 'I' or 'II' in the CLASS_TITLE; Otherwise, it returns the correct values.

  I assumed that "ALL" is the default value from the LOV. If the above does not work it appears that it must be null. So much more SQL 101:

  I'm guessing that you came with all the stuff INSTR/DECODE...

  A sorry again, I am very new to forms and have another question. I have a drop down list which list by selecting certain values I need an another field will not be available if the user can enter data.

  Hopefully this example is logical:

  Here is a script that you can use for the validation script custom from the drop-down list. It resets the value of the text box, whenever a change is made to the drop-down list. You can get rid of the line doing it, if you do not want to. Change "text1" in the code to match the name of a text field that you are using.

• Problem editing text fields since the upgrade to 3.5 + FF

  Since I've upgraded to Firefox 3.5, I had bad to edit fields of text, in some websites and in FF itself. First of all, I noticed this when I went to change the name of a Web site I'm bookmarking. By clicking on the blocked-out title must (and used to) erase the block and the position of the cursor, but now the only way to change is to use the keys on the keyboard (End, arrow, etc.).

• How to format a text field for credit card numbers?

  OK, I found this conversation, http://forums.adobe.com/message/3598185, who gave a useful overview and I adapted the code appearing in to make sure that the user types in a 16-digit number, and he told them to just do it if they do not.

  Here's my problem:

  With the code that appears, I can either get a unique 16 digit string (e.g.: 1234567890123456), or I have to do the user to manually type in the spaces to get the usual format of the CC (1234 5678 9012 3456).

  What I hope is a code that will allow me to allow the user to just type in 16 continuous digits, but which will then display that entry into the format expected. (So user 1234567890123456 types, but the field when they tab or click out of it will show 1234 5678 9012 3456)

  Here is the code I have so far (as I said, almost word for Word copied from the link above):
