  CS4 IND, win7. I have a file with the pump and the price of parts and another with a fair price for parts. Starting price on page 1 of the pump (the cover page, the left side of page 2... etc.) up to page 48. Similar agreement with parts price file. Today I created a book file, so I can make a pdf and search for the reference numbers in the two files and make sure that they have the same price in both files.   Hello

  I have to do an update minute to this old project we have in Framemaker. I've never really used it before so I'm clueless!

  Problem is that I have a book, it consists of several chapters, which everyone seems to have an FM extension.

  I need to create a pdf file and the page numbers in her flowing from chapter to chapter. Problem I have now is that Chapter 1 ends on page 10 and Chapter 2 begins on page 13!

  It wouldn't be so bad if she even inserted a couple of blank pages in the pdf, but it's not so the number goes out of sync!

  In the box of the home page where it lists all the files of FM, I linked on Chapter 2, selected numbers and selected continue numbering from previous file in the book, then pressed together. This is not another if.

  Chapter 2 ends on page 18 and Chapter 3 starts on page 21 if something is wrong.

  I need to get this completed document today, if someone could help pls it would be really appreciated!

  I created a document of 24 pages in Indesign 2015.0 version (Mac version, English), with the to pages. Page numbering starts with the first page. The problem is that on the left-hand pages, the page number is reversed (i.e. "61" instead of "16"). I searched for hours and watched on the internet, no answer.

  The text block has 1 or 3 rounded corners?

  This is the case, you must upgrade to a later version or avoid rounded corners with an odd number in a text frame. This is clearly a bug.

• I'm trouble getting the automatic page numbering and TOC to play nice.

  I use Indesign CC 2014.

  I created a book, consisting of several separate Indesign documents. The page number for the majority of the documents resets to 1, even though the settings are correctly defined:

  

  The screenshot above shows the second document in the book. The page numbers in the document are properly leaving page 13, as long as the previous document finished at 12.

  But see how the book file shows the numbers restart from 1. And they do the same thing on the table of contents:

  I think I have these configured correctly, and yet the book file shows each page 1 reset.

  All the documents have the same exact Document number Options, as I showed earlier.

  I even tried to create a file of book .indb nine, but the problem remains.

  I sent the .idml the version files to a friend who has Indesign cs5, and she said they were numbered everything correctly on the two real pages and in the table of contents - she had absolutely no problem on its version. So there must be another parameter/overide/bug on my system that causes this problem.

  I'd love help on how to fix this please.

  Problem solved!

  I came across this post (Re: automatic numbering does not work in the files of the book of) and the fix was: preferences-> General-> Page numbers and put it in the Section numbering. I had already been advised to have as absolute numbering, but once I changed it, the problem is resolved.

• Problem with the generated TOC numbering in FM8

  I use unstructured models FM8 I "inherited", but I'm not familiar enough with FM again to understand what the problem is.  I have a book with a large NUMBER, LOF and a chapter.  When I ask him to generate a table of contents, it all works perfectly except that a chapter is labeled as 'Module 2 '.  And, as you can see, even if the numbers are correct, the page numbers are displayed as 2-1, 2-2, instead of 1-1, 1-2.

  In the book file, right click on the chapter 1 Module and select the dialing properties. Under the chapter tab, set the chapter # to start at 1, so if you have the following files in the book, set them to "continue numbering from previous book file".

• For the last week, I had problems on the Web pages in the browser look at a box itself (the box that actually shows the site), I can't click on anything anyone in the top thumb or inch - and a quarter. What does this, and how can this be repaired?

• Someone else's problem with the Web page jump when hovering the links with long URLS in Firefox 4 beta 12?

  When I hover over a link with a URL that is longer than what corresponds to the length of the status bar in Firefox 4 beta 12, the entire page jumps back until I stop hovering over the link. It was so annoying (especially on Google search pages with lots of links, etc.) In fact, I uninstalled Firefox 4 Beta 12 and returned to the release of the Beta 11.

  Is there anything in all: config which would disable the status bar that the URL link seen in, at least?

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

  When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

  So I have a certain ebooks that start directly with the number of page 1 of the actual book. There is a page of coverage and then a few pages numbered in Roman numerals. These appear in the Adobe Reader for PC page number box, but not in Android. In some books the Romans numbered pages go to over a hundred in number, so it's a bit bulky to make the calculation before typing what page number to go to. is possible to do this on the Android app? Otherwise, it's my humble request to fix it or add the feature soon.

• The error page numbering in the file PS edition

  I have a PS three-page file. In order to save the cost of printing, I try to compress it in 1st Page (IE in a single Page).

  I converted to a single page, but I am met with an error 'No Page numbering available'

  I use GS View to see Post Script file. The fisrt page seems that I needed. However, when I click on the next page, it's empty (in fact do so not) and when I click back, it gives an error "no available page numbering.

  Veuileez Guide what text I need to insert/delete and where?

  Did you even open the PostScript language reference manual? Comments are a normal part of the PostScript. Anything from % this is a comment (but avoid %% %! because they have special meanings). Be sure you do not accidentally break the DSC (do not add in the middle of a stream of special comments) comments.

  The problem is that the table gets stretching correctly on the content tab, but not in the page opened with showPrintablePageBehaviour, the table border extends well but not the columns there is plenty of extra space after the last column...

  You can have AN index page at the root of the server at a time.  You must remove the unwanted (php). When you do, your index.html page will go up.

  If the digit number changes because a new figure is inserted earlier in the thread, or if the number is pushed to a new page, I would like to that references to the figure number and the page number to be automatically updated in the paragraph that describes them.
  
  For example, the pattern here, if the figures increased from 4 to 5 and figure is pushed to page 69, I would like to the paragraph to account for this and change to 'please see Figure 5, Page 69 for further instructions.

  You need a reference to capture the part of the auto-numerotees paragraph legend, as well as the page number on which the legend is displayed. InDesign CS4 is the first version that offers referrals that can do. DTP Tools sells a references InDesign plugin which adds the possibility of InDesign CS3 and later.

  Sectors de Jong is a free script that sets a marker on a page, enters the number of the page on which this marker is displayed and updates the page numbers when you execute it after moving text. It cannot capture the caption
