Copy the link of the image and it enter in the URL bar also evokes the same error message for the articles in question.
  I added 'yarn.com' and 'cdno1.yarn.com' to my list of exceptions for the popup blocker, but has not made a difference or doesn't open Firefox in Mode without failure.

  I recently had to delete and reinstall my laptop OS, so I lost my preferences for Firefox and I am trying to sort and correct any unexpected behavior. I am currently using Mac OS X 10.6.8 and the latest version of Firefox. (I can't access this information in Mode without failure, but 38.0 sounds right.)

  I try to open a .swf Captivate in a new window; However, the options are grayed out when you use the hyperlink function. When I click on the hyperlink the captivate project opens inbedded in RBH. If I choose to use the Captivate icon, it's also well anchored. Help is appreciated!

  Once you insert the SWF file in an HTML page, you can then open the HTML page in a new window.

• Project created on Mac to PC

  Script user - create a Premiere Pro CS6 project using a capture card Blackmagic intensity shuttle on a Mac OS x computer.  Change the sequence for my taste on the Mac.  Copy the project and all of its files on a PC (using also CS6 but, well, of course, the PC version) and try to open it.

  First error: "the preset used by one or more sequences in this project requires third-party components that could not find.  I thought it would be easy enough to fix by loading the Blackmagic intensity etc on my PC drivers, although the acquisition card is not really there.  This doesn't quite work.  Says he uses by default.  Maybe this isn't a problem, but I can't because of the second error.

  Second mistake; "The selected file cannot be bound because its (audio) type does not match the type of original (audio/video) file.

  The clips were initially captured via the process of video capture for Mac OSX Lion of mountain Premiere Pro CS6 using Blackmagic presets in the .mov format.

  Any thoughts?

  I feel like a fool, sorry.  I loaded Quicktime on PC and all is well.

  The first mistake on the sequence presets is still there, but after accepting the default value, the project works very well.

  I created once first & AE project at the office on a MAC 10.5 CS5.5 running. I got them home to continue working on my PC Window7 64 system.

  I tried to open the video that have a .dvd file extension. I tried several trial programs, but none does not recognize the extension. The videos were created on my old computer using Windows XP, but many programs I moved were lost when the hard drive is gone on my new Vista machine. I do not have Vista Ultimate so I can't use the previous versions feature and I tried so many programs to open these films that the Properties tab shows that this last program that the file 'opens with '. I guess I need to know what program created the.dvd files and what I can do to save them. I don't have the original avi or mpeg files any longer. Thanks in advance,

  the last update that I did for my windows machine was that a few weeks earlier and yet when I try and load all new project, created on any windows machine, Mac copy said that was created on a newer copy.

  Well, after two multi sessions remote time with Adobe, with a less than helpful gentleman who finally used the phrase "it works on my machine" The other session more yet successful eradication of some massively complex file, but the system is now updated correctly again.

  If the fix to this problem is set aside a few hours and start a remote session with Adobe (I just hope that you do not get the first guy).

  After that you go to the tab Advanced button/video of the video Codec presets and select = H.264, then scroll down to the Bitrate option. Here, place a check mark next to the data rate limit and the type to 8000 in the field of Kbps (or whatever you want in addition to what you have - 2990 Kbps).

  b. AVCHD

  Under the Advanced button/video of the suggested preset tab, go to the Bitrate area to find two parameters, one for the target bit rate = 3 Mbps (megabits per second) and the maximum bit rate = 6 Mbps. here 3 Mbps = 3000 Kbps and 6 Mbps = 6000 kbps. If you want 8000 kbps, then set the flow to 8 Mbit/s. You can explore and experiment with target values and Maximum in order to get the optimal bitrate for you (compromise between quality and file size).

  We´re a creative team in my company of four people, three users of mac and a pc user. Recently we have all subscribed to the creative cloud so that we always have the latest version of CS5, but there seems to be a problem with all the files published or created by the PC user.

  We have (mac users, all three) I tried to open the files either created or edited by the PC user and we told us that this was created by a newer version and that it is not possible. Try to understand why this message occure when all three Mac where updated with creative cloud after the PC user.

  If so, there should be no problem.

  If someone is using cs5 to try to open a file created by an application of 2014 cc, you will see the problem you have described.

• RoboHelp 2015: Several output types that are not available when you open the project created with RH9

  I recently upgraded from RoboHelp 9 in RoboHelp 2015, and I have installed all updates. I use WebHelp output for most of my projects. I would like to use the new features of HR 2015, specifically the release of HTML5 sensitive; However, when I open a project created with RH9, this type of output is not available. This type of output, and many others is not listed as options can I choose from eBook including HTML5 Multiscreen, and others. I tried to create a new project with HR 2015, and import my RH9 project files, but the sensitive HTML5 output and others remained unavailable. Are there settings I can change into my existing project or HR 2015 in order to use these features and new types of output? Recreate all the subjects in HR 2015 seems to be a very undesirable solution.

• PE8 says cannot open the Premiere Pro project trying to open a project created earlier seconds using Premiere Elements. I have same Premiere Pro!

  I created a project using elements of first. Then when I tried to open it PE8 says it can't open Premiere Pro projects because they are incompatible. This project is empty and was created using a few seconds before Premiere Elements. I didn't yet own Premiere Pro! Please help as I can't create all new projects! (P.S. I was not able to create all new projects previously. This was my first try on this PC. I'm not the settings!)

  Are trying to get preferences in another way, do not require an open project.

  Remove the Adobe Premiere elements prefs file. The path to it under Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit is

  and in the 8.0 folder is the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file that you delete. If it does not, then delete the 8.0 all the folder in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists. Be sure to work with folder Option show hidden files, folders, or drives enabled so that you can see the given full path. In 8.1 for Windows 64-bit, you start with the file Explorer to access Folder Options.

  You have the installation files or the installation for first Elements 8 disc? You have purchased serial number? It of just in case, uninstall/cleaner/resettlement must become a choice.

  Also...

  Right-click the desktop icon, select and use Run As Administrator.
