I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate on an ASUS Gaming Notebook aged 2 years. All installed software is set up to receive the latest updates.

About 3 days, 24/09/2012, UTC - 6 h, I started to experience problems opening files inside MS Paint. Recently used files open without problems, but when I used the drill down menu file and clicked Open, the File Manager window opens but seemed not completely. It stops before you post content in the panels on the left or right. After waiting almost a minute, an error window opens saying that the Paint program does not react with the choice of activation of one of the 2 buttons, Debug or Cancel.

Despite my system restarts and run virus scans, nothing seems to be broken. I did, however, go through the Event Viewer to see what specifics have been involved in these accidents. As I'm not a programmer or remotely competent in any language of software, the only elements that makes any sense to me were mspaint.exe & explorerframe.dll mentioned in Application event error reports as well as a series of numbers. (I also made the applet of Quicktime, 22, do not overwrite my selections of extension of file to default, programs installed that I read in another forum, it tends to do with files visual & audio) So now, I have several issues with that I hope other posters can help me:
- Everyone knows that I have here and have been able to solve it?
- Is it possible to uninstall, and then reinstall the paint? (I don't want to do a restore system b/c my last restore point was in April).
- Any of you know how I can repair this situation or even help out there so I could fix the problem myself?
- Is it possible to have reported this instance to Microsoft somewhere other than the generic return route?

A restore point can be created manually, but when you use windows update a restore point is often automatic created in the update process.

Simply type 'Restore' in the search text box programs & files, double-click the shortcut to "System Restore" which results in and follow the instructions (note the show more restore point box)

Problem opening files with Mac OS Mavericks and elements

I recently installed Mac OS 10.9.x Mavericks. Since then, I've had problems opening files in 11 elements. I upgraded to 12 items, blindly hoping the problem fixed itself, however it does not. When I try to open a file from the Finder window appears then disappears immediately. Occasionally, it will remain open until I scroll down to the bottom, but then closes. I keep files on an external drive, but the drive work with other applications, so I don't think it's that. Problem opening files PC created on the latest version of CS5 on Mac

We´re a creative team in my company of four people, three users of mac and a pc user. Recently we have all subscribed to the creative cloud so that we always have the latest version of CS5, but there seems to be a problem with all the files published or created by the PC user.
We have (mac users, all three) I tried to open the files either created or edited by the PC user and we told us that this was created by a newer version and that it is not possible. Try to understand why this message occure when all three Mac where updated with creative cloud after the PC user.

Have a current last Mac OS X - I used the CS6 programs for years - just recently tried to open a file in PhotoShop and Illustrator and see only a window pop up that sound - black and white. Can close this window, but can not get display open later. Program to quit smoking and the same thing happens again and again.
Tried to restart the computer, running "first aid" - all to nothing does not.

The latest version of Mac OS X is El Capitan (10.11). It is not compatible with the CS6 software. It is out of use and will never be updated.

No, Flash Player is unable to play, even the standalone player. You need Adobe Media Player to read these.

AMP is no more available for download on the Adobe site; you will need to download it from some sites to download 3rd - party.

Problem opening file
I have a file I created in Dreamweaver and have opened successfully in the past. But now it blocks the application and does not open. I tried to use a backup copy, but also the text look a/backup of the file uploaded on my server, same result. The file opens correctly in a browser and in BBEdit everything so I don't think it's corrupt.

Any ideas on how to open it successfully? I really hate to make changes using the hand-code and BBEdit, but afraid that I will be forced to do.
