  I can't send or receive messages from my "warm primary e-mail account. My husbands on the same computer email is fine, it can send and receive mail.  On August 7, I was having a problem with my account and was told by a Tech Windows, follow the instructions online and change my password, I did, and everything was working fine until yesterday, when I was no longer able to send or receive mail.  I unplugged the computer and the router from one day to the next, but having this problem today. I have the version of Windows 8, if it helped someone out there who can help me with my computer.  Please help me if you can, Mary Lou

  Try going to Outlook.com and connection... Microsoft has made some changes to the Web site some time yesterday, and the address is a little different now...

  You can save a new shortcut once you get recorder.

• The problem with the file sharing by mail from the contextual menu in the Finder.

  Clear the cache and cookies from sites that cause problems.

  "Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox > Preferences > advanced > network > storage (Cache) offline: 'clear now '.

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Firefox > Preferences > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions of the origin of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).

  Unsent Mail file, do you mean the Outbox? Check: File | Work offline and in: reviews | Layout: uncheck the preview pane and delete the messages. Otherwise, delete the Outbox.dbx file in the message store.

  Just because your address is in the messages people receive does not mean that messages are sent to yor account.

  These files are probably within your e-mail program on your computer (for example, Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird or another program).

  You can turn off the messages to appear in the search results, but anyone could still just open your e-mail program and snooping.  The only way to be really sure is to use a password on your computer and let other people use a guest account (or make their own account).
