• Problem set up RV connection between two sites

  Dear all,

  I'm putting a replication for some virtual machines from the production site to a recovery site. The two sites are on ESXi with vCenter 5.5 5.5 with their own AD domains. The connection between them is done with customer VPN Cisco of DR site in Production site.

  I installed SRM 5.5.1 on two places and I was able to successfully combine the two sites. The State of them is CONNECTED on both sites. On both environments, I deployed unit of replication vsphere and that they are properly registered on the two vCenters.

  The problem is that when I try to configure the connection of VR, I get the following error:

  VRM Server generic error. Please see the documentation for troubleshooting information. The detailed exception is: '"HmsServiceInstance" thrown an unexpected exception "java.net.UnknownHostException' with message 'siteB.dns.name' when calling method of managed objects' getContent".

  I get this error from two different points.

  I can't do a ping on the two sites using the FULL domain name and I've tried the following article:

  I configured a DB and SOA - MDS connection for the DEV_MDS scheme with success. But when you try to configure connection for BPM - MDS using the pre configured connection SOA - MDS, I get the error below.

  I'm missing something.

  JDev - 11.1.1.7 with SOA and BPM installed extensions.

  BPM Suite 11.1.1.7 installed on the server and the necessary schemas are created using the remote control.

  I have developed and delivered a system in Germany several years ago.  He worked then.  But the cRIO was damaged and replaced by a newer model, and does not now.  I suspect (and Support technical OR agree) it's a problem of software version, which could be solved with the NOT-MAX Software Installer.  But I do not have access to the system myself, and correspondence is slow and tedious.

  The original system was a cRIO-9073, developed with LabView 2009.  He used the implicit Messaging.  The ID of Instance, sizes, IP addresses, etc everything has worked very well.

  The current system is a cRIO-9074, with LabView DURATION 14.0 (I guess that LV 2014), Scan Engine 4.3, NI - Industrial Communications for Ethernet/IP 14.0.0, etc.  Programs FPGA and processor are responsible and seem to work in the cRIO.  The "EthernetIP Set Assembly Instance Data.vi' will return no error.  But the PLC just pointing out "(Code 16 #0315)" connection request error: invalid segment type "."  We looked at intellectual property (the mistake was different), sizes and body #s.

  The PLC doesn't have to all be modified.

  Anyone know if there is no problem of compatibility with LV-2014 and Ethernet/IP 14.0.0?  Or if there are all the other required packages?

  To help you 2009 application to work with the new cRIO, you must deploy it to the device. You must in order to deploy the cRIO, make sure it has the same versions of software that you used with the old cRIO.

  You can format the cRIO NI MAX and deploy the application of LV, 2009. However, if you do not have access to the cRIO or your client does not have the necessary software, you can deploy the application in another cRIO with software (cRIO same model and same modules as your client) and create a picture of it and send it to your customer so that it can deploy the cRIO even without the software on his computer. • Trek PR2000 DHCP problems, maintains a drop connections, perhaps workaround

  A few days ago, I bought the new Netgear Trek PR2000 mobile wireless router. Goal was to have a point of contact for all my devices while traveling and be able to connect to a hotspot or wifi in the hotel.

  Configuration has been fine and I was able to connect to my home network in wireless client mode. My router is a TP-Link TL-WR1043ND running OpenWrt 12.09 Attitude Adjustment, wifi with WPA2-AES, DHCP service.

  The Trek has been able to connect, and the whole system was running. Unfortunately, I realized, that the Trek has kept falling connections every 3-5 minutes with the genius of Netgear annoying pop up and try to re-establish a connection. Sometimes it worked, then the Trek cannot connect at all.

  Since I read that OpenWrt Attitude Adjustment can be problems with some wifi connections, I have improved my WR1043ND barrier breaker. The connection drops continued, including OSX almost every minute. The WR1043ND showed various DHCP-wifi-a failed-to-recognize-errors and in his diary.

  After trying all possible setting changes in the Trek-config (and shortly before returning the Trek), I found something as a workaround. In the Trek-config, I disabled the DHCP Server for the LAN area and assigned static IP addresses to connecting clients. Well at least so far, it seems to work very well. No more connections, no more boring engineering arise not interrupted and try to reconnect, the system seems to work.

  But for now, I'm a little confused as to the reason. In my view, the Trek connects to a hotspot and gets an IP address assigned by DHCP from hotspot. Then the Trek uses NAT to connect the clients attached to the internet. Actually the IP addresses of the DHCP assigned by the Trek to customers connected to the LAN area shouldn't affect hotspot NETWORK settings at all. Normally the IP address and private DNS settings are just for private clients LAN, aren't they? If I'm not completely wrong in my assumption, there could be a bug in the DHCP server on the hike or the way how dynamic the client LAN IPs are handled. From the point where I changed to static IP in the LAN client, there was no error message in the log of the WR1043ND.

  Strange thing... Maybe someone could correct me if my assumptions are wrong? BTW, I use the stock PR2000 Trek firmware (which is something like 1.0.0.9) since there is no other is available.

• Unable to set IMAP account due to invalid security certificate - error 4010

  Hello I just got a new TouchPad and have updated the OS to the latest version. I try to set up multiple e-mail accounts and am having a problem with an IMAP account. I already put in place two POP accounts without any problems. But when I tried to set up a connection to the account of my work (IMAP) I wasn't able to do. He told me that the security certificate is not valid with the 4010 error.

  I did some research on the Board of Directors and have tried the following:

  (1) used the web browser to sign on my webmail from work, he complained the untrusted certificate and I said to add the exception and TouchPad Certificate Manager confirmed the certificate (webmail.myworkplace.com). This did not help the e-mail client.

  (2) someone suggests to send the certificate by e-mail attachment and open it. So, I exported the certificate through firefox (as X.509 - PEM certificate) to the POP account that I had put in place. The mail reader didn't know what to do with this attachment and will not open it. I renamed the file in .txt and the mail reader just showed me the text content. So no luck there.

  I have an iPod touch and I had no problem whether to set up my account to work with the native mail on this device reader and I do not know why the TouchPad also gives me a hard time.

  Sorry, that took me so long. I ended up having to install openssl in order to display the certificate, but once I did, the issue jumped immediately.

  There are 2 problems with your certificate

  1. It is self-signed (this isn't a problem, there's just one additional configuration step involved)
  2. He was assigned to the wrong domain. Right now, the certificate is awarded to "localhost". This is not the area in which your TouchPad uses to connect to the server that is why he makes the mistake of certificate

  To make this work, you need to create a self-signed certificate that uses the correct domain name (the CN value must be the same domain name that you have sent me in private message).

  Also, you need to add this certificate to your TouchPad (because it is self-signed). The last part is pretty easy, just copy the certificate file on the touch pad using USB drive mode, and then open the Certificate Manager and the new certificate. To access the Certificate Manager:

  • Info on the open unit
  • In the main Menu on the left, select Certificate Manager
  • Press the Add button
  • Select your certificate

  Once this is done, everything should work for you.

  I have a UI project, for which I created a profile of deployment named "adfXXXXXUI" nothing but created an adflibrary for that user interface project.
  
  While creating the jar from the adf, I came across an Option called "Connections".
  
  Here I chose logins only... means I will get all the names of the connections, I created & those who will be included in my file local connection.xml.
  
  After you set up the rest of the params, I deployed my UI project to "deploy-> adfXXXXXUI.jar '.
  
  And we used this pot to be integrated into another application UI... And the avilable taskflows in the jar will be used in the other user interface application.
  
  Now, here's my problem... In fact my connections.xml file has a connection to the URL. This is what it looks like...

  all taskflows accessible to the general public in my jar using the connection to the URL mentioned above. But the pot of adflibray was created with a file named ' jar - connection.xml', where I see < reference / > as a tag empty.» Because I chose the name of connections only option when creating the adflibrary for my UI.
  
  This is why it appears so... But when I added this pot to the other application, I slipped and dropped the taskflows as a region on the page JSPX. And I started to run the page. On the page... I see that data which does not make use of MapServer defiition connection. Along with this, some cards needs made... but that does not happen. Rest of the page with the filter criteria is displayed correctly.
  
  Now, I've selected include the details of connection optionally, by modifying the deployment of the UI adfLibrary & dispatched profile and find the same thing. As, although I specify the connection details include as an option... I didn't know the details of login URL in my jar file - connection.xml. Still, it does not work.
  
  All taskflows inside the jar are trying to use this connection to jar URL - connection.xml, which is available within the adfLibUI.jar.
  
  I tried with a scenorio something like... For the application to which I added this adfUILibrary, he himself, I created a URLConnection... but it has not worked as well.

  This could be a known issue. Try this:
  -Copy the file web.xml entries related to the initial project map and put them in the Web.XML of the project where you use the library
  -In the next version of the map should not be used the web.xml file and will use the ADF settings that will properly when the card is used through a library

  What problems are you having with the connection exactly? You have reinstalled the drivers provided by the manufacturer. If you have not done this, I recommend to go on the manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers wireless. You can find the article you describe below.

  It's too generic to mean anything. The application is hidden the real error message. You got when you did the tnsping and obtained "TNS-12535: TNS:operation has expired. Now THAT's an error.

  This indicates a problem firewall and routing. You said earlier you could ping the server, but now we see tnsping fails. Two different protocols of usage, so that both the successful ping turns out a valid physical path, it guarantees not that all traffic will pass. What happens with

• Blu - Ray building error: "invalid format", Code 13 - Please help to diagnose this problem!

  Hi all

  I have a yet simple project that is successfully burning a dvd, image file and the dvd folder.  Now, I want to do the same thing except build the project for a blu - ray release.  (Video files source I have are hi-def).  I don't have a blu - ray burner, but I still want to produce a blu - ray disc image file and a folder of blu - ray disc as in the future when I get a blu - ray burner, I can simply burn the image or folder on the blu - ray disc. I use Encore CS5.5 in windows 7.

  Then, I put the project of construction of blu - ray image file and I get the following error:

  "Blu - ray error:"Invalid Format", Code 13, Note:" errors in some GSP: the end time of the previous display is set on near beginning to succeed all the display, see the log for more information "."  I get the error even though I am trying to build a blu - ray folder.  I also tried this construction project on a Mac (also with CS5.5 Encore), but get the same error.  How can I fix this error, or is anyone know what could be the problem?  the menu of the dvd I have is simple: 2 menus, 1 audio stream, subtitle 1, 1 main video stream and 2 videos of little "trailer".

  Hi - I think I have fixed the problem.  Basically, I found that some of my subtitles were too close together and so I have separated by 5 images 'standards' apart and all built very well.  We hope in the future if anyone else has this error, they can find this message and try this solution.

  "BTW, does anyone know if the rule of subtitle ' 5 frames apart ' for subtitles adjacent is just one more thing from adobe, or all the professional authoring software require the same thing?
