Problem signing in Business Catalyst
I just created an account of BC, but he seems to have only made part-baked. I managed to get it through Muse by using the published. At the time where I got an error dialog box when I used my live Adobe ID, but then received an email telling me that my account is active. I can connect using my Adobe ID via the direct link of the BC site but if I click on publish to Muse it rejects my password. Any attempt to find how to change my BC account points back to the main site of Adobe and I end up going in circles!
Any ideas guys?

I apologize for the long response time. Are you still on this issue? Have you tried disabling Muse (help-> Deactivate) and then connect again on the stimulus?

Please log out of Muse and sign again. Make sure you also apply creative cloud is updated (to check that disconnect from the creative cloud and login again if its not up to date you will be asked to install the update)
To sign out of muse click help > Sign Out
If the problem is still not fixed then please rename the folder "OOBE" to "OOBE.old" starting from the following locations
MAC: (This file can be found at Finder > go > go to folder > enter ~/library/application support/Adobe > press return)
Widows: (This file can be found at C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe )Please let me know in case the problem persists

Muse of Adobe cannot sign in business catalyst

Could you please try to disconnect from Adobe Muse (on the Help menu), restart Muse and log in again. then try to publish the site again.

Import of Business Catalyst site is stuck in a continuous loop of sign-in?

I'm trying to import my Business Catalyst site in Dreamweaver. I select "import business catalyst site" on the tab "manage sites".
Suite of Dreamweaver that invites its "connecting to Server" and then opens the window Adobe ID asking me to connect. Now, it's where I have questions.
I get my email and password, it takes a few seconds to process to verify the password and email, closed the window and then re-opens it invites me to retype the password and email.
It's the endless loop in that I'm stuck.
Now I know this isn't a fake email or password issue as Adobe 'ticks' the email if its correct when she entered. In addition to this, I put in the wrong password once and he instantly said "password incorrect... ».
Anyone know how I can fix this problem? Or least even download my business catalyst site without using Dreamweaver?

Is there a formatting issue that I don't see? It seems to me that once it downloads on BC, things are converted and will not be converted. It is vital that I can make changes to both the browser and the master file without interruption of the site as a whole and without having to redo work hours which is done via the browser in the editor.

I spoke with business catalyst support and we have determined that the problem was not with the software but with the process. I just change each page through the site manager and not through the edit tab that was causing my whole question. I appreciate all your help!

Problems with the navigation links in EDIT mode in the Business Catalyst Muse sites.
Has anyone else had problems with the navigation links / EDIT mode in sites Business Catalyst Muse?
In EDIT mode, I can't use the list drop DOWN the SELECT DIRECTLY to go to another page or a link. The drafting of the text or label works, but to actually go to a /visit link a hard link is broken.
Others have this problem as well.

I developed a client site, but want to test how to enter a Blog, Online Store etc. which are British Colombia – I can do that on my BC account while I am to develop and test the site? Ideally I'd like to iron out any problems before you get the customer to sign up to Business Catalyst and transfer me over sites - is it possible?

Yes, you can create the site of Muse, publish on BC and test ecommerce, cms features.
After you publish the test site, contact BC support so that they can upgrade the plan of test site to ecommerce trial plan.

When I click on OK - it doesn't show any problems. I have disconnected and back, close etc. STILL STUCK, please help.
Please stop Muse. Then go to the application desktop creative cloud and in the preferences (menu on the gear icon) Sign Out. Wait 60 seconds, then start Muse. It should invite you to connect. Once connected try to publish again.
If the publication still does not work, you probably want to contact support by Chat or phone. For making this visit Contact Customer Care>, select Adobe Muse, ' how to and resolution of the problems ","Troubleshooting", then click on" still need help? Contact us"and click on the Chat or by phone.
A 101004 is a mistake of the credentials. Signing out and back in should solve. If it's not, then there may be a problem with your account on Business Catalyst or a mismatch between your information ID Adobe Creative cloud and Business Catalyst.

2 reinstall creative cloud Application. Sign in using your Adobe ID, then set it to the Dutch language.

3. reinstall Muse and Indesign and check if everything is a file.
