Problem to convert the format of date in place of the Second

I'm developing an application that uses the OAF in JDeveloper.
I spend the day of my page to a quary to filter the data.
I used the following:

String PresentDate = this.getOADBTransaction () .getCurrentDBDate () m:System.NET.SocketAddress.ToString ();

However he sends a date as "2011-03-22 17:04:14.0'." If you see the second place, there a fraction as well.

I need to convert it using TO_DATE (PresentDate, ' ' YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS)

But because of the fraction in second place, it gives an error.

Can someone help me solve this problem?

Thanks and greetings

Hawker

Hawker,

Instead of using...

Calling (dateValue) does not include the time.
SYSDATE long = transaction.getCurrentDBDate () .dateValue ();

Kind regards
GYAN

  • Problem with convert the string to date using DateTimeStringConverter

    Hello

    I would like convert string date (JJ/MM/AAAA) - it is useful to compare dates in TableColumns.

    so I use DateTimeStringConverter (the string "01/11/2014" is a value of date picker)

    DateTimeStringConverter format = new DateTimeStringConverter (Locale.FRANCE,

    "dd/MM/YYYY");

    Date d1 = format.fromString("01/11/2014");

    D1. ToString()

    "I do not get the right date, but that date =" Mon Dec 30 00:00:00 THIS 2013!

    I don't understand what the problem is (which in fact should not be a problem)?

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance

    Fabrice

    You have an error in the spec use format ' dd/MM/YYYY' instead of 'dd/MM/YYYY '.

    DateTimeStringConverter f = new DateTimeStringConverter(Locale.FRANCE, "dd/MM/yyyy");
    Date d1 = f.fromString("01/11/2014");
    System.out.println(d1.toString()); // --> Sat Nov 01 00:00:00 CET 2014

    If you do not need long, I would use DateStringConverter

    When I run in the Simulator, APP crash automatically. I have no more information about the errors. How can I solve this problem? Can someone help me? Thank you very much

    @hmartinez do not select min OS 10.2.1 (10.3 will be fine).

    The question is that if you select 2.0 or less and supported of the PlayBook as a device, we need to test the application on this platform. If it fails, the entire application will fail.

    Please PM me your appID so I can study the issue further away.

    Finally, app control may take up to 5 working days, but we do not believe that it takes this long. If you experience delays of 4 days (not counting weekends), I'd be happy as climbing as well.

  • Problems after installing the second SATA drive in Windows 7

    I just install a second SATA hard drive in Windows 7. Currently, I use only a processor AMD Athlon X 2 4800 with 3 GB of RAM, Windows 7 64 - bit, installed on a 400 GB Samsung SATA drive and have two (a pioneer and a Liteon) DVD burners.

    System worked fine until I put in the new drive. Previously, I had hung as such discs: SATA1 was the existing 400Go drive, SATA2 and 3 were two DVD burners (don't ask me why, I have 2, will remove one of them, if that's the problem).

    Installed the new HARD in the SATA4 drive. Booted up, saw the new drive in the BIOS, but Windows does not see it until I went to disk management, a drive letter assigned and formatted etc. Also, I swapped the drive letters so I had all of the HARD drive (I have my 400 GB split into two readers via the partition) and C: D: E: F: and G:, DVD players.

    Started, began to transfer data from D: to the new E:, and Windows crashes. No message error, everything freezes. Need to reset, and then allow Windows to check for errors etc. Return to Windows, same case again. I swapped the SATA cables so that SATA1 and 2 are the HARD drives and SATA3 and 4 are DVD players. Reboot, same case.

    What I am doing wrong? Or what should I do? I don't even have to start the transfer of data I just let WIndows running for 2 minutes and it automatically hangs again.

    If someone could help me as soon as POSSIBLE please, it would be fantastic. Thank you!

    I've been in contact with the provider, and Yes, that will take it back for Exchange. They gave me some ideas to try first, I'm going to do tonight; They asked me to check if the HARD disk is running on series complete ATA (SATA) mode and to enable the DMA if he asks me to. Otherwise, they said, try the fail-safe mode. Don't know if any of them are currently enabled etc but will find tonight.

    All else fails, I take that back! Simply means a 3 hours trip to Melbourne to make...

    Thanks again guys for your help.

    Michael.

  • convert the seconds numberic hh

    Hello

    I have to insert in a value of column in the format hh: mm:

    I get value for that number in seconds how can I convert this to an insertion?

    for example

    If I get the value of 3600...

    so I have to convert it to 01:00

    in the same way...

    4800 - > 01:20

    4850 - > 01:20:50

    Thank you.

    Oracle has a function for these conversions. Reference NUMTODSINTERVAL

    Select NUMTODSINTERVAL (4800, 'other') twice;

    HELLO Manu,

    7 April 09
    It is not a date,
    If you need to change the query to get the format to the xsd format: YYYY-MM-ddTHH + hh: mm

    otherwise, you need to write a custom sort function to decode and order it.
    If you make custom order and use

    the data will be processed as a string and you will see that the line is sorted on the channel.

  • I can't install the second disk sata hard

    I have a problem when install the second disk sata hard
    I bought a new one 500 GB and I installed windows xp sp3
    and it works well I plugged in SATA 0 port
    When I want to install a second sata hard disk 320 on sata 1
    and it has an important data, windows will reboot, and do
    blue screen sometimes 'NTFS.sys"or"SCSIPORT.sys.
    and it is written "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL".
    If someone help me what should I do or there is no FIX for this problem.

    in the BIOS I have regcognized both hard drivers:
    IDE pri master 500 GB
    PRI IDE slave 320
    Second master IDE-
    Second slave IDE-
    PORT SATA - 0
    SATA 1 - PORT

    I plugged the IDE 2 cd-rom

    ----------
    Specification of the device:
    Windows xp sp3
    card mother gigabyte 848P
    Intel ICH5
    Intel 8I848p775-g
    Celeron D Socket 775

    You said that the hard drives are sata but your bios recognizes them as IDE depending on your position. You might have to set your bios to operate in sata mode or enable AHCI of have recognized them as sata. Regarding the error you get, look in the system BIOS to boot from hard disk command menu. This is different from the command menu of usual starting where you choose each time you start a cd ROM or hard drive ect... The parameter that I refer to determine which hard drive of your computer starts on the first. Change to the primary master 500 GB disk > save your settings and restart your computer. Even if one is defined as main and the other slave is not serious. Some bios have the ability to choose what hard drive to boot from. In other words, it is adjustable to start first on the slave drive.

  • Add the Second monitor - XPS 8100

    I have a XPS8100 (June 2012) with a Radeon 7570 video card and two monitors Gateway TFT1980PS + (2006 Vintage). I have a problem connecting to the second monitor. I was told that the machine runs two on purchase. Current configuration includes primary monitor in the slot of DVI with an adapter for a VGA splitter cable. When I attach the second monitor splitter cable I get the identical to the new monitor signal but the machine does not recognize a second monitor.  Also if I connect the second VGA/SVGA cable directly on the HDMI output is there nothing more.

    Question: What is the good setup or adapter needs to use two VGA monitors on this machine?

    As you note, you're right, that my machine is a 8500 with map 7570. (woman machine was a 8100).

    The card into the slot (probably the 7570) has the output DVI and my current monitor works through this port.  Now that I look closer, I see the HDMI port on the card. I'll have to find an adapter for the second monitor. At this point I feel quite stupid, like the location of the machine was that I couldn't really see the back that well and did not yet see the HDMI port on the card. Seeing this a few days ago would have save me embarrassment, you and your great tech team some time.

    Thank you

  • PHP convert the variable date of table format

    I can not explain this without showing all the code...

    I have a script which basically scrape information off the myspace site and updates the information in a table.  I then had the script put this in tabular form.  The problem that I'm hoping to get help, I would like to change the date format, and I don't know how I can do this since it is Setup how to loop through the table.  If anyone can show me a better way to do it without a loop or a way to convert the date, I'd be very happy.

  • Convert the Period_Name in GL_JE_Lines table to a date format and then come back year

    I'm working on a data model BI Publisher and I try to convert the Period_Name in GL_JE_Lines table to a date format and then return of the year.

    The sql below works in 11i, but I can't make it work in Fusion.

    to_char (to_date (l. )) period_name , ' MON-RR ' ),'YYYY')

    Any ideas?

    Hi Jennifer,.

    To_char (sysdate, 'DDMONYYYY') in BI Publisher does not return a correct results due NLS_DATE_FORMAT/DATE_LANGUAGE settings.

    According to the standards of the I18N, NLS_DATE_LANGUAGE in the database is still hardcoded to NUMERIC_DATE_LANGUAGE. NUMERIC_DATE_LANGUAGE 'MY' in a date format mask is an integer, so you see the correct value.

    You're not supposed to publish direct SQL with fixΘe format masks (unless it's some sort of canonical format used in internal processing, including the end-user will not be), you should return language digital date to the mid range and then make the formatting of y.

    Workaround

    Try adjusting the NLS_LANGUAGE in SQL data model to override formatting from of the

    Data base and values of the Session, for ex: select to_char (sysdate, 'MON-DD-YYYY', 'NLS_DATE_LANGUAGE = AMERICAN') of double;

    I got this Oracle support after lifting a SR.

    Thank you

  • convert the money data type in a decimal format 2.

    What is the best way to convert the money data type in a decimal 2 format in ms sql 2005 for use in my applications.

    This?

    CAST (tr.depositReceivedAmount AS decimal (10, 2))

    I respectfully disagree with the idea that you must change the query column a type of 'money' data to something else.

    In most database servers, "«argent» Silver" is a data type that is designed to provide a very homogeneous behaviour with regard to the arithmetic accuracy.  In Microsoft Access, the representation is a the whole scale.  MS SQL Server, it is obviously similar.  Ditto Oracle and others.

    You like that the money data type in the database for this clarification, because "hell has no fury like an accountant looking for a bad penny."   The column of database storage formats are designed to satisfy the accountants, and it's a good thing.

    Meanwhile, you also want to take care as to exactly how you are dealing with values.  There are several points where the district could take place.  You don't have available the strongest possible manipulation of the floating of the data types in ColdFusion.  You also are somewhat at the mercy of any interface software can be between you and that SQL server, you can use.  "It is correct to all about values , but not several times."

    I suggest to round the value just before the display and user input must be two decimals.

    Then, you may need to do some things at the end of SQL server.  For example, when you update a value in the table, you may need to use logical server to explicitly truncate the value to two decimal places, as well as an update of "$ 34,56" explicitly updates the column "$34,5600.."  (This kind of thing should happen in the context of SQL Server).  You know that the user entry has exactly two significant digits, but maybe (maybe not...)! SQL server may not know this.  You want to ensure that the stored server internally represents exactly two digits, when the origin of a user input value.

    Do not err on the side of "convenience" or "which seems." good on the screen  (If you do, get ready get telephone communications of the accountants, always at inappropriate times of the night.)

  • convert the format of output in text buffer

    I received an ASCII output a signal source Analyzer I would like to convert in a readable text format. In the vi attached (LV2009) chain of read buffer control contains the data that I get and I put a free label on the Panel before which contains the expected results. When I have catalogued in a single table, I had the right values, but every 3 values that I have received a number that probably is a conversion of a carriage return character. I could sort the table to convert the number to a string and each third \r\n value but it seems a silly way to solve this problem. There must be an easy way to do it. Any idea?

    Like a little more fun, I initially wanted to do this:

    A bit embarrassing that the function to build matrix does not deal with SGL, but for some reason any LV9 it throws at you:

    Consider this my report to Technical Support OR.

    Adding a constraint to DBL before building matrix kind of defeated the purpose, but solves the problem.

  • Problem to convert milliseconds to date

    Hello:

    I have a long type with milliseconds which have information from an external source. This information is GMT + 1 dates from the period. The problem is that if I convert it to a Date of (Date d = new Date (xmilliseconds)), the result is different in Simulator and real device. I have in this time zone GMT + 1 devices. What can I do to resolve this difference?

    Thank you.

    The java.util.Date object is simply a wrapper for a value of type long, counting the milliseconds from the time (midnight UTC 1970-01-01).

    long millis = 1240849164046l;
    java.util.Date date = new java.util.Date(millis);
    boolean alwaysTrue = (millis == date.getTime()); // regardless of phone's timezone

    SimpleDateFormat, however, depends on the phone zone.

    long tzOffset = TimeZone.getDefault().getRawOffset();
    System.out.println("Default Timezone offset: " + tzOffset);
    SimpleDateFormat sdf = new SimpleDateFormat("yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss z");
    System.out.println("Epoch: " + sdf.format(new Date(0l)));
    long now = System.currentTimeMillis();
    System.out.println("Now: " + sdf.format(new Date(now)) + " (millis = " + now + ")");

    In Chicago outputs:
    Default Timezone offset: -21600000
    Epoch: 1969-12-31 18:00:00 America/Chicago
    Now: 2009-04-27 11:20:15 America/Chicago (millis = 1240849215406)

    In Tokyo (at just about the same moment) outputs:
    Default Timezone offset: 32400000
    Epoch: 1970-01-01 09:00:00 Asia/Tokyo
    Now: 2009-04-28 01:19:24 Asia/Tokyo (millis = 1240849164046)

    Note that 0 millis formats 'evil' (not midnight) in both cases. It is not a bug, it's how it is supposed to work.

    System.currentTimeMillis () returns the milliseconds from the time (no matter what time of the phone). If everyone called him at the same time, we would have to pretty much the same result (small variations for the clocks that are a little faster or a little slow).

    If everyone calls new (Date()) sdf.format at the same time, we would each get local time. That's what we want to achieve. That's why SimpleDateFormat compensates millis since the time for the local time zone before formatting.

    If you want SimpleDateFormat to show the millis count as-is, you need to compensate with the local time zone as follows:

    sdf.format(new Date(millis - TimeZone.getDefault().getRawOffset()))

    This will return the same string regardless of the phone's time zone. With millis = 0 This reformatted as midnight 1970-01-01, new, independently of the phone's time zone.

    As the external source is GMT + 1, the returned string will be off by one hour. It may be a good idea to move the source external to UTC when you import it. This way you can do the math as (System.currentTimeMillis () - externalTime) and get the correct answers.

    Cheers, Barak.

    p.s. The GMT and UTC are not the same thing. They are a few seconds apart, which makes no difference for non-scientific applications.

  • Convert the XMP Date and time

    Hi, in my script I try to read the Date and time using the functions of a file selected in bridge XMP.  So, I want to convert this date and time in a format that looks like: "12/01/10 | 13:23 "and writing, to another field of metadata, like the description.  Im stuck trying to convert the date and time in I want it looks like?  Someone can help, thanks!

    Here is the part of the code, with the fact that I have a problem:

    When I read the dateTimeOriginal file property, it's in an unfriendly format.  It seems strange and indicates the time zone.  The commented lines is the code that I tried, but didn't work.  I tried to convert the XMPDateTime object in a Date object so I can adjust the format, but I failed.

    var myXmpFile = new XMPFile (selectedFile.fsName, XMPConst.UNKNOWN, XMPConst.OPEN_FOR_UPDATE);

    var myXmp = myXmpFile.getXMP ();

    var Name = myXmp.getProperty (XMPConst.NS_EXIF, "DateTimeOriginal");

    var date = new XMPDateTime (new Date ((Name));

    date2 var = new Date (date);

    dateFormat.masks.portfolioDate = "mm/dd/yy" | "hh: mm TT';"

    Date.format ("portfolioDate");

    date2.format("mm/dd/yy");

    Alert (date2. ToString());

    Name.convertToLocalTime ();

    Name ();

    Alert (Name);

    This should be close...

    var str = myXmp.getProperty(XMPConst.NS_EXIF, "DateTimeOriginal").toString();
    var dat =str.match(/(\d+).(\d+).(\d+).(\d+).(\d+).(\d+)/);
    var amOrPm = "AM";
    var hours = Number(dat[4]);
    if (hours > 11) amOrPm = "PM";
    if (hours > 12) hours = hours - 12;
    if (hours > 11) amOrPm = "PM";
    if(hours <10) hours = '0' + hours;
    var dateString = dat[3]+"/"+dat[2]+"/"+dat[1].substr (2) +" | "+ hours +':'+dat[5]+ ' ' +amOrPm;
    $.writeln(dateString);
