Problem with 16 its image files

Hello everyone,

I am currently working with 16-bit images and found vision does not support 16-bit images and I converts images in 64RGB. I converted the 64RGB images, but as my computer screen is 8 bits so I don't see a black picture no picture inside. I am currently working with 16-bit images. Is there a way that can allow me to work on 16-bit images, or only support 8-bit vision. Thank you

Kind regards

Lazer

Hi Lazer,

Thank you for posting. Please take a look at the following example, which stood on the community of NOR, which treats the display to 16 bit images on a screen of 8 bits.

    I'm having a strange problem with exporting my vector files to jpg.  When I export the file as a .jpg file, then open it some text or shapes (such as rectangles or squares) have disappeared.  When I go back and open the file .ai the stuff is there, but he just went on the jpg.  If I open the .ai file in Photoshop it's gone too.  I have to save the file in pdf format, then open the PDF in Photoshop and export in a file .jpg away.  It's very strange.  If I go into the Illustrator file and re - type the text disapers, it usually fixes the problem.  I'm not an expert with Illustrator, then I can do something wrong, if anyone can help please let me know, thanks! • Problem with updates! Microsoft files won't open!

    My HP just installed automatic updates and then I couldn't access my Microsoft Office files! I went back to the point files and its fine, but I'm afraid to leave my computer to install updates again! What is going on! What should I do?

    (FYI - I have an old version of Microsoft Office - I think that it's 2007)

    Hello

    Sometimes there are problems with the microsoft updates that can cause this kind of problem, but most of the time that Microsoft will come with a patch or a patch for this update soon... I would recommend to not not to manually update now since have restored the top. wait for automatic updates to run and then it should be good.

  • Problem with the metadata (.app) file

    Hello

    We are on Classic HFM 11.1.2.3 and we use DRM for metadata. When we try to load the metadata (.app) of DRM in HFM, it gives the following error:

    PAST I - analyze the Section headers

    Line: 1 error: a line (uncommented) were found before any section header

    « ï » ¿ ! FILE_FORMAT = 11.12

    I checked the file and saw no special characters.

    There is no problems with the properties or the dimension members. I checked. When I copy the contents of the file into a new .app file and load it, its working very well.

    The name of the file is HFM.app and could not see anything unusual in the file properties.

    Appreciate your help with this.

    Thanks in advance,

    AK

  • Problem with CFimage / PNG images

    I have a problem to save images PNG from another server, for example itunes, some work, some are not

    The following picture opens fine in my browser->

    http://A576.Phobos.Apple.com/us/R30/purple/v4/de/60/BB/de60bb7f-8995-4007-cfec-1b0a472fa36 7/icon.png

    This is the error I get:

    An exception occurred trying to read the image.

    javax.imageio.IIOException: error reading the PNG metadata

    Code:

    " < cfimage source = ' " http://A576.Phobos.Apple.com/us/R30/Purple/v4/de/60/BB/de60bb7f-8995-4007-cfec-1b0a472fa36 7/icon.png "overwrite = "true" destination ="#filepath #/ 9999.png '

    action = "Write" >

    I think that some of the images have incorrect/incorrect headers. I guess it's a matter of CF (I use CF8), because it loads correctly in a browser.

    Does anyone have a solution to this? Perhaps another way to get the picture? Custom tag?

    Thank you

    Mark

    I found the problem and the solution. The problem was with the Java, the JVM had problems reading SOME PNG from servers, but not all, there must be a newer way of encoding that was not around when the version of java that I had created, or is it just a bug. I had an earlier version of 1.6 which is downloaded as a version SE 6 from Oracle.

    According to a few instructions from Ben Forta, I tried an update of the JVM to version 7 (1.7.x)

    http://Forta.com/blog/index.cfm/2013/3/3/upgrading-ColdFusion-to-Java-7

    The update worked on my local dev machine that was CF8 with Win 7 64 bit and it actually fixed the CFIMAGE question!

    However, when I did the same update, with the same java file on the same version of CF8, CF is more will re-start throwing an error that it could not find a file.

    Fortunately, I had a backup of the config file because I couldn't change back otherwise if CF would not start the administrator (Java makes also a.) BAK in any case)

    I tried the first generation of version 7, the same problem, so I went to the latest version 6, man 45, installed and it also sets the CFIMAGE crash!

    A few points for anyone else to try this

    Make sure you have a backup of the config, in CF8 is located here (different from the location in the instructions of Bens)

    Coldfusion8\runtime\bin\jvm.config

    Also note that front and rear bars are different for the construction in the JVM that comes with CF and is located in the administrator and the location that you specify

    Place of origin: C:/ColdFusion8/execution/jre

    New location: C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\

    This is the place for the Java file)

    Java SE Runtime Environment 6u45)

    Java Archive downloads - Java SE 6

    Took me days to get to the bottom of this, but the fix is actually in a few simple steps and a few minutes, of course

  • Problems with creating an image mask!

    I have problems with the creation of an image mask. I tried jpg and psd as alpha channel (black and white), but it seems that there is a bug. I also tried a mask "trace" (or whatever it is called in English - I use the German version) but it doesn't work either. Someone has any idea how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance

    You can use JPEG, just set it to Luma Matte. Make sure the mask is white pure for a clean mat.

    If its black set the market back.

  • Problem with the uploaded images.

    Having a problem with images is uploaded to the site. On a page, I have a tag div set to a certain size, but if someone downloads an image that is larger that the size of the div ignores the div size The size of the div is 500px 500px. I even tried a table with a size of game and still no go. I thought to use the cfimage resize function, but go thinking thought that if someone downloads an image that is not more then500px X 500px it will prolong the size I put and can blur the image, so I guess that's a no.

    Is there a way to force the image to do not extend beyond the size, I put in the div?

    OK, let's say the user downloads the image to/home/user/www/uploads, and file name is avatar.jpg

    You can do this:

    <>

    action = "resize".

    width = "500".

    height =""

    source = "" #uploadfile # ""

    destination="/home/user/www/avatars/avatar.jpg".

    Overwrite = "true" >

    <>

    action = "move."

    source = "" #uploadfile # ""

    destination="/home/user/www/avatars/avatar.jpg" >

    If the avatar is on 500px wide, it resizes and puts it in the folder avatars (or wherever you want to go).  If this isn't the case, it just moves.  The 'userimage' in userimage.width is just the name = "" of the first tag . "  It can be anything you want, as long as it fits the name.

  • Problems with the "use tiny file names...". "checkbox in the settings of WebHelp box

    Given that the RH 9 is only able to run on Windows, the checkbox "Use tiny file names..." ' (see image below) can cause some unexpected problems when generating output for a unix (or linux) platform. I found this recently when generating output of web for a project that is visualized on a linux platform machine and met hundreds of broken links unexpected help.

    WebHelp Settings - User LowerCase for Unix.jpg

    If this is the first time you generate your project output, this function works very well - it converts all topics, image files and all what it takes to display help, lower case. However, if for some reason, you had generated previous outputs without this box, and now you have decided that you want all your files output in lower case, just check this box and regenerating the output will not work.

    The reason is simple - the Windows operating system does not distinguish between upper and lower case in file names (e.g., fichier.htm name is the same as the FILE name.) (HTM). UNIX (and linux) are case-sensitive and treat these files are two separate files. Therefore, HR fact not (cannot) change existing file in your folder names with this checked out and gives no message indicating such when generating the output. In this case, the only way to solve this problem is to delete the folder containing your output files and have HR to regenerate your project from scratch.

    I had an additional problem which has made things even worse. In a project for a linux platform, I have unchecked the box during the creation of project by accident (perhaps over a period of days or weeks). Then, due to another problem, I had to restore my project at an earlier stage. At this point, I discovered that my necessary help links of the files using lowercase and uppercase the filenames for all work very well.

    I've seen no mention of this in the HR documentation, so I thought that I must draw the attention of the HR community.

    Yes - just to clarify, I'm taking everything I publish on.

    Reminder - just those who publish in a Unix/Linux warning environment if you need to change the case of file names in your folder you post on and you already have stuff in there with the same name, you will need to delete the files first before you republish.
