Problem with a document

I have a document with some lines next to the slide, I think it is for any comments or something. How can I take off these lines to print only the slide?

Like this.

Probably not something you can do with the free player. It should be that the full version of Acrobat to a minimum. Probably the best way to get the original (pre - pdf) and publishing/print or ask the creator of the document to remove it and give you a new pdf file.

  • Problems with a document that runs after you place an inline movie

I'm trying to put an inline movie and have the content that surrounds reflow, instead when the film is placed it overlaps all the above content.

I put a movie by using the following code:

    paragraph.insertionPoints[-1].place(File("c:\\users\\kurt\\desktop\\movie\\test.flv"));

And this is the resulting behavior:

    undesiredBehaviour.png

The weird part is that when I tested it against blank templates, I got these results, which are what I was hoping. The paragraphs surrounding simply reflow to accommodate the film.

    desiredBehaviour.pngdesiredBehaviour2.png

Any ideas on why the other document is not reinvest in the film placed?

Yes as Jongware has said that it is not question of film.

It's a question of wordwrap.  You can see that just by drawing a rectangle and then cut and pasted to an inline object.

If you want to place as an inline and said Jongware, for what? You can place a change of the vertical offset according to the dimensions of the movie.

I have a HP Photosmart 7520 networked printer.  If I try to print a document of medium to large sized (25 pages), it prints the first 20 without problem, but the remaining pages are incomprehensible and illegible. Initially, because it appeared that the problem was caused triny to print in the background with the closed document, so I tried to print the entire document with it open along the.  This no longer works.

Hello CRC8591, I hope you are well

I understand that you have a problem with printing a 25-page document that the last 5 pages are so do not print correctly and show to be unreadable. I want to help you with this question, the best that I can!

I have a few questions to familiarize yourself a little more with the question and I have also some suggestions to start with.

    1. what operating system do you use?

Operating system Windows am I running?
Mac OS X: how to find which Mac OS X Version is on my computer?

    2. try to print the document of several pages of another program. It prints successfully elsewhere?

    3. the same problem occurs when you copy or scan multipage documents?

    Try:

    1. reset of the printer and leave unplugged for at least a minute.

Plug the printer directly into the wall, avoiding bars power and surge protectors. This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

    2. check if the printer needs a firmware update: get the latest Firmware and updates

  • OfficeJet Pro 8500 has Premium - problem with printing PDF documents

My boss has the printer/HP Officejet Pro 8500 Premium has in his office. He had problems with the printing of PDF documents. • Printing problems with XP and Lexmark-documents are just stuck in the print queue

Original title: printing problems with XP and Lexmark

Until yesterday, I was able to print OK using Windows XP and a Lexmark Printer series 3500-4500 with wireless capabilities.  Reported network test wireless (on printer) and report indicates that there are no reported problem, also did the diagnostic test and which shows no problem either.  I can't print and documents are just stuck in the print queue - please can someone help, it drives me crazy because it's probably a very simple solution.

I guess you do not have all of the error messages.

It is possible that comes to mind that your printer has received a new IP address of your router (this could easily happen if you have several computers and other devices that connect to your wireless network).

Find the IP address of the printer of his network diagnostic page.
Click Start > printers and faxes, right-click the printer and select Properties
Select the Ports tab, then click on the button "Configure Port" (be careful NOT to click anywhere in the list of ports)
Make sure that the IP address in 'Port settings' is identical to that shown on the diagnosis of your network printer page.

To avoid this problem in the future, you must configure the printer to have a static IP address.  See your printer User Guide for instructions.

Choose an appropriate subnet address (i.e., has the first 3 groups of numbers the same as the other addresses in your network) but who is not in the range of addresses assigned by the DHCP server on your router.  See the User Guide of your router for more details.

I get a pop up saying - bar FILE CAN BE USED BY ANOTHER APPLICATION, or FORMAT of FILE CAN NOT NOT BE supported BY any OF THE INSTALLED CONVERTERS OR THE FILE is maybe DAMAGED. It may be in a format that Word can not handle. They are files DOC, DOCX, XLS or or something else?

There is an update available for the words to open the DOCX files.

Or you may need the free viewer for Word or Excel Viewer.

  • Problem with the new printer print only some word from the quarterdeck documents

I hope someone can help. I have a Dell Vostro and had 8 happy years print on a Canon printer. I just upgraded to a Canon Pixma iP4600 printer. I think that with some (not all) MS word documents it prints the rear tray (mean't for photo paper) by opposition to the tape before (designated for plain paper), for which I set the properties of the printer.

Canon tech support say there is a Windows problem. I already reinstalled the printer driver but sill the same problem. Hope someone can advise.

    Hello

This phenomenon only occurs with word documents?
Have you checked if this happens with any other application?

As you have already defined the properties of the printer and the problem is only with a few word documents. The first step would be to check if the word printing settings are defined in law.
To fix printing on word problems, see the steps mentioned in this link:
    http://Office.Microsoft.com/en-us/Word/HP051887411033.aspx

Sometimes this also happens if the printer settings are ignored when you print a Word document. To check if these settings are correct, try the steps mentioned in this article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/904805

If you still find difficulties in printing, run the Microsoft Fix it to reset the settings: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Troubleshoot-printer-problems

Post back with the results, so that we can help you better.

    I hope this helps.

  • LaserJet Pro M426fdw: Problems with printing of pdf documents

Whenever I try to print PDFs in duplex (although occasionally same problem print one page) the first page does not print and on the pages that follow, most of the lines are blackened the right edge in towards the middle of the page.  I didn't notice the problem with documents in other formats, but I always have problems with pdf files, and I have no problem, print the pdf to my other printers.

Do other normal Duplexes of programs (word, etc.)?

If so, it sounds Adobe specific, otherwise I would reinstall the printer driver.

I get a different error during an attempt of an overview.  It starts to get an overview of the page, gets about 2 inches to the bottom of the page and then I get the following error:

An error occurred when you set the properties of the scanner.  If another program is scanning, please wait to complete, and then try again.

  • Strange problem with the default location of Documents

I have recently reinstalled Windows after a hard disk failure. Fortunately, I had previously moved the library of 'My Documents' to a secondary drive, so I don't lose anything. Merge all records (i.e. move the new default library to merge with the library on my secondary drive) seemed to cause some problems with some file search programs, then my new primary drive being much bigger than my old one that I decided just to move the library of My Documents from my drive C (the OS partition).

Here's the weird part: under start > Documents (right click) > properties, I have the save location set to C:\Users\MyName, which (I think) is normally by default when you install Windows. But if I click on "restore defaults", it switches to the root of one of my secondary drives (drive E).

This is problematic because some of my games can't seem to find my old safe. Backups are in Documents > my games, but instead to find there as it should the games create a new folder 'My games' in the root directory of drive E, although I still have My Documents to save the location defined in its usual location on my primary C drive.

So I think the problems are linked, and I can't understand why by clicking on "restore default settings" on the start menu > properties of Documents it would lead to the use of the root of my E drive as the location for all the files and folders "My Documents".

I carefully edit the registry to make sure that this value is set correctly. Be sure to include the name of the final folder ('Documents') in the path. If you simply specify your user folder, all your documents will be dump it instead of inside the real documents folder.

  • Problem with the registration of a Microsoft Publisher Document

I encountered a problem with save a Microsoft Publisher document in PDF format.  I built the file with color photographs and then recorded then I changed inside page photography photographs black and white and registered with the designation of BW in the title.  I have the file in two forms: one is full color, and the second is a combination of color and black and white.  When I save the file with the black and white photos inside as a PDF, it saves as color.  No matter what I do, they keep coming to the top of color.

I spent more than an hour in a meeting with Microsoft Technical Support, and pointed towards Adobe as having the problem.

The file with photographs n & B are sent to an external commercial printer.  We cannot do printing in full color, and when they print the color and b & w, they look terrible.

So he comes to solve the problem with saving the file in PDF format.

    Can you help me?

I thinI think that your problem was caused by an update. Not Adobe software, not Windows, but for the Publisher. Logical, since the Publisher deploys the file. Here is a discussion Community of Microsoft . Best of all, Microsoft have a new fix for this, apparently. Make sure you know how to check the version of Publisher you run and decide if you want the automatic updates to it.
