  What are the parameters of type of paper? The speed to 6 x 8 paper resembles results would happen if printing on photo paper.

  If you are printing on plain paper make sure plain paper is selected in the driver.

  Looks like Yes, you remove normal documents. I ran a few tests on my printer ready 7640 want and he knows the size of the photo paper, that I put (from the screen of the printer), but ONLY 4 x 6 prints.

  Hello.  Have a HP Photosmart Plus B210a.  I just intalled the printer on my computer and it will not print pictures on paper in the photo tray.  I have good info paper game and the only time where he printed the photo paper is when the HP technical support sent a test photo to the email address of the printer.  My OS is Windows 7 Home premium 64B.  The connection of the printer is wireless.   I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer software already and still nothing.  Any help is appreciated as sucks online support and phone buddies hard to get on the line!

  (Pigmented) black ink is not compatible with the media of photography and color cartrdige (s) is used for printing on photo paper.  You have an installed color cartridge?  There ink?  What model is your printer?

  I ended up returning the printer Staples because I had a friend to come and take a look and we discovered that one of the rollers on the side right wasn't in the right place because the paper would be stuck and twisting. • HP C309g: Problems printing with photo paper and not A4 paper

  My HP 309 g perfectly print a picture on A4 paper without flaws. However, whenever it prints the exact image even on HP Premium Plus photo paper, the colors are weird - not black, but the yellow blues and roses. I removed the print head and carefully cleaned and aligned the printer nothing helps. Verification of diagnosis HP shows no failure at all. The obvious flaw must be with the photo paper, but I am not convinced that this is the real problem. Can someone help with this really weird problem please?

  I would normally be with you that photo paper would be at fault, but as HP paper, it should be good. I realize, this may be irrelevant, but make sure that you load the face of photo paper (print side) down so that it prints on the right side of the paper.

  If you load it properly however, which I am sure you are, I suggest that you try the steps in this document to solve the problems of quality Print to the HP Photosmart Premium all-in-One Printer Series (C309) .

• Printing on Photo paper with black ink cartridge - J6480 - grayscale does not work

  With:, Mac OS 10.6.6 more latest software HP Print/Scan/utilities:

  The color radio button to use the black cartridge is grayed out if you choose to print in grayscale. If the color cartridge is empty, you cannot print in grayscale on photo paper. It allows you to print in grayscale on plain paper.

  In other words, that it is making me use the color cartridge for printing in grayscale on photo paper. It doesn't look good for me.

  Well Yes, that's right.  The ink in the black cartridge is an ink pigment (about particles of carbon suspended in the solution) and cannot be absorbed by the photo paper.  The ink in the color cartridge is dye based (like dye food) and is absorbed by the coating on photo paper.  That is why all the printing with black cartridge is denied when using photo paper.

  Pigmented ink is used in the black cartridge to produce the beautiful crisp text on plain paper.  There are HP printers with cartridges 'Photo Black' which are ink to dye black which can be used on photo paper.  These printers also have a black text in another cartridge which is a pigmented ink.

• Save the problem with Photo Story 3 on Windows 7

  I managed to install Photo Story 3 on Windows 7 Home Premium, 32-bit.  The program works until I come to save the project and then just before the end of the process 'save', the following error message:

  "Some photo story program files may be damaged. Re-install Photo Story 3 for Windows and then change and resave your project."

  I did it at least four times, with the same result. Any suggestions please

  ·         This is the first time that you try to save the project with Photo Story 3?

  You can completely uninstall the application and then install in clean boot state and check if it works.

  I bought some HP advanced photo paper 10 x 15 250 g/m2.  Paper stuck in the rollers at the back of the printer when I try to print photos.  I used the older paper and this problem does not occur. Is this new advanced the paper thinking too much for my Photosmart C4780 old?

  Also, have you tried different photo paper coincidentally? I know, it seems not likely the root cause is the paper, but has given all this we tried, it might be a good next step to venture.
