Problem with files on creative cloud
When I connect to Creative.adobe.com/files, I can see the buttons on the top to find, download, organize and Recycle Bin, files and folders, but I don't see any file or folder.
• If I try to download a file, it tells me the download is in progress, but nothing happens.
• If I try to create a folder with a name, he said the record already exists (and no, I'm sure I already do not have a folder with this name since I've never been able to create any folder)

• Try different browsers

Problem with installation of creative cloud

My problem is the following:
Creative cloud was unable to complete the update process and it list Type 1 error, I checked in the AdobeHelp for troubleshooting page, he advised to uninstall the cloud creative using Creative Cloud Uninstaller and after it was done, I started the installation again but the problem remains the same. In addition, Photoshop and Lighroom disappeared from my computer.

Simply find the file downloaded in your download folder, remove the .ps and keep the .ai extension.
